WOW WOW WOW!! This place is truly amazing. We went on a Thursday night and we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time but we loved it! It was like having a private dinner. Fabrizio the manager couldn’t have been more attentive! It was my boyfriends birthday and Fabrizio make it a truly memorable evening. The food was amazing and well priced for London! Will definitely be back and have already recommended to family and friends. Thanks again Fabrizio and Mano team!!!

Wow where do I even begin.. this place is amazing. From the second we walked in everyone was super friendly and welcoming (inc the door staff) nothing was too much trouble, going above and beyond. The food is easily the nicest I’ve ever had. Just when you think it couldn’t get any better there’s a fantastic DJ who had everyone up dancing. The best vibes, couldn’t recommend more!

First and last time you see me there. Food is not brazilian at all. They would laugh at you in Brazil. Worst picanha ever. The service is totally a nightmare. The owner was an idiot making us waiting an hour when we booked the table the week before. It's not a dinner place but a club. Very cheap design for charging us almost 800 £ for 4. For that, I prefer to go to a Michelin star. Plus one of the promoter/owner was flirting with my gf and trying to get her number. Didn't appreciate it.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in amongst bustling central london! Cuisine is Brazilian/Japanese fusion and really fresh! The beef tacos, sea bass ceviche and salmon tartare are highly recommended starters and the succulent lamb and sizzling steaks for main courses were truly delicious. The service was very attentive and there is a long list of opulent cocktails to choose from. We were served by Gabry, the sweetest waiter who was friendly, cheerful and couldn’t do enough to ensure our dinner was truly memorable. The DJ played soft soothing beats which built with the energy of the room and had everyone singing and dancing by the end of the night. It feels like an exclusive members club, a must visit!

My birthday dinner celebration with family and friends was ruined by deciding to trust the promoter and owner. First of all I have been working in the hospitality of high end establishments around Mayfair, park lane and Belgravia’s . Been invited to events and reopening, opening of establishments on a regular basic. I was approached by promoter , that she would like me to choose Mono to celebrate my birthday with family and friends and that the restaurant would look after us to ensure we have a great things. Sadly the reality was a nightmare and will forever remember that venue and owner for how I was treated on my special day. We waited for 2/2.5 hours for seating in a congested area when the restaurant was booked for that day weeks in advanced. It was very chaotic, no one seem to be in charge, owner was there and he doesn’t seen to be in control of the situation, doesn’t seem to resolve the issue and no communication whatsoever. Even though he is aware of my group been waiting hours for our pre booked table. The senior host seem reluctant to help us since she showed no interest in resolving the booking issue. After patiently waiting on our feet for over 2 hours, several drinks by the bar, we decided that we will go somewhere where we would be welcome, atmosphere and get service that we thought we would be getting.I decided to leave after 2 hours, which was a total waste of time. Ended up going to Aqua Kyoto restaurant without any booking, they were very helpful and eager to find a table for us, even thought we had no bookings. The food was great, atmosphere was fantastic and service by people who know what good service looks like.

I went with my Brazilian friend as he was very excited to try the food but sadly it wasn't that good. We shared a number of dishes, the only one of which I could recommend would be the octopus carpaccio which was excellent. The porquinho and mandioc was ok but nothing special. The mano roll was ok too but there was way too much "roll" and £22 for a huge amount of bread with a tiny amount of shrimp is just offensive. Finally, the Picanha..... We had asked how the meat would be cooked and when we were told it would be "rare" we did ask for it to be cooked "medium" but it was served completely "well done" and the meat was tough. The restaurant itself is nice and service was excellent but I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I have no problem paying for good food but this just wasn't.

If you are looking for authentic brazilian food, Mano is the place! Amazing food and drinks as well as a great atmosphere.

I loved it here. It was an absolute slay the house down! Everything down to the food and customer service was amazing!

10/10 was insane, this was a birthday celebration. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Will be returning!

2h30mins for very mediocre food. I have lived in London for 5 years and this is hands down my worst experience ever. This is NOT a restaurant, just a place to get some drinks. Only appetizers arrived and they were mediocre. I left without paying and eating. Stay away from this place

Very slow and poor service which really should be better. Four of us visited for dinner on Oct 7th. At one stage we watched a waiter step over a chair as the occupant was dancing by it, rather than use his initiative to walk around it. That was a first! This is however a Mayfair party restaurant with DJs, loud thumping music, perfect for the younger crowd. DJ had an excellent playlist and got everyone in a good mood, people were getting up and dancing, this is therefore more than just a restaurant and it is highly Instagramable. The lady who was handling the greetings was good and her personality helped create vibe in the restaurant...she also went around the tables trying to make sure everybody was happy. No chance of that with such hopelessly unorganised service. It took them half an hour just to take four order. Then it took one and a half hours for the first dish to arrive. When the food eventually started to turn up it was haphazard and disjointed in its arrival stages. Only one starter for one person arrived, they finished that starter then the starter for two others arrived, they finished these and then the fourth starter arrived. Similar disorganised service happened with the main courses …and the food was good but nothing special. I go out for dinner with friends to dine with them not watch them dining and then have them watch me dining. It also seems that the staff need some training. We ordered a bottle of wine and the waiter was struggling to open it then he dropped the corkscrew. We had to repeatedly ask for drinks that staff forgot to deliver as well as having to constantly ask about our food orders…and we are hardly impatient customers. Trying to order an espresso martini was quite a task. One of us ordered a single glass of champagne and after a 20 minute wait, it turned up BUT a few minutes later they then brought another glass of champagne which we had not ordered then ten minutes after that they brought a third glass of champagne which we had not ordered. The waiting staff were perfectly friendly, just not very good. Food is reasonable value for a restaurant in this location. They just need to get themselves together. I am giving this three stars as it has plenty of potential and they are fairly new. As you can imagine the restaurant got the bill significantly wrong. I know of other excellent nearby restaurants which provide the same type of vibe and much higher quality/service for the same price.
