Had nothing everything out of stock tea ranchid never again horrible took all the best cakes off replaced with rubbish selection or out of stock

Visited this pub whilst working at the NEC for a few days. Really enjoyed the Sunday roast which was all cooked to perfection, staff were all very friendly and professional. I made sure that the manager knew of my satisfaction as I feel that it is important to give credit where it's due. I felt that I received good value for money and I will definitely return to this pub next time I'm in this area.

Took my elderly parents out for New Years meal. It was the 1st time my dad had been out for 2 years and my mom 9 months. There were 5 of us in total and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our request for no steps and to be seated close to the servery was accommodated perfectly.

Slow service at Christmas meal waited nearly 3hour to get meal. food was disappointing but main was lovely never had this problem before been for a few meals here always been great hopefully this was a one off they looked a bit short staffed

Booked Breakfast for 10 people, very nice food

Carvery with a good variety of vegetables. I had ham and turkey and they were very tasty. There was also an extended menu a la carte. They serve beautiful desserts.

We came Monday 30/12/24. 6 of us dined at booked table for 1pm. We had a fabulous time .. the staff ate very friendly and conscientious and the whole dining experience was is relaxing. Amazing nice chef .. portions of meat were unbelievable and the veg was tremendous.. manor farm should take top rank of all the other carvery competitors.. it really is the best high end quality ingredients.. the beef melts in your mouth .. everything cooked to perfection.. well done to all your staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Manor farm is always really nice to eat as a family, and the service is always with a smile and helpful. I've been going manor farm for years and I just can't fault it!

Very welcoming on entering, we were shown straight to our table. Checked that i would be ok sat there due to using crutches. Good selection of food to choose from which is great fir everyone. Wide range of drinks available at the bar. We were served very quick, checked to see if we had any allergies whilst ordering. Had carvers, even though the queue was long it went fiwn pretty quickly. Chef was very pleasant and greeted us great choice of seats and vegetables yo choose from. They even did a pot of peas for my husband as there were none on the carvery deck. All the food was hot and freshly cooked and presented well. Kitchen staff were cleaning the decking area each time they bough fresh food out. Great meal at a reasonable price.

Not very good, gave my food to someone else, I arrived at 630 n had my food at 830 so had a refund a group of friends at carvery it was cold n some else Chips were cold n we had our chef with us had fried tomatoe was ice cold weren’t fried at all it was terrible wont be going there again. Thy gave refunds out for my meal all for my mates meal n a free drink, wot does that tell you

A festive lunch for 10 friends. It was fabulous meal. Food was great and the staff were wonderful. All my friends were very impressed.

We went with some elderly realatives for a carvery. The food was really nice. The atmosphere seemed a bit off, and we were rushed to finish towards the end, we then found out that it was a strange atmosphere because someone had been in with a running chainsaw looking to hurt someone! Just minutes before we got there. Never the less the staff were great considering what they had to deal with.

We visited this morning for breakfast with Santa and had an amazing time. There were 29 of us in our group but the staff were exceptional and nothing was too much for them. Santa was great too and the food was beautiful. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you for making our Christmas experience special.

We thoroughly enjoyed the meal; it was both delicious and reasonably priced. The service was excellent, and we appreciated how quickly our orders were served. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Been using here for years never had a bad meal not a fan carveries but this is far the best I’ve had my only criticism is they are getting very tight with the amount of meat they give you they are definitely cutting back

Had our family meal last weekend and the food was fantastic, really enjoyed it Will be returning soon

We came with family for breakfast buffet but the experience was poor. Food was not that great, service was also not at all good as described in the reviews. We checked for a hot chocolate and despite breakfast time they responded it is unavailable. Only positive was children play area where my daughter spent sometime.

Absolutely love this place carvery meals come in 3 sizes sml standard n large I've a sml appetite so sml carvery was fabulous 👌 my daughter recently moved round here n we come in especially for the takeaway cake all different flavours well worth the money n special shout out to our wonderful waitress Shell you made us feel.so welcome with your down to earth personality what's not to like about this pub a 10 out of 10 from all our family 💖

Had a lovely carvery today, Nathan the carver was so friendly too Also whilst I was eating, there was a large party of elderly people on enjoying what looked to be a Christmas party and I noticed some of the staff were so good helping them carrying plates and being generally friendly with them It was very nice to see Finished our visit off with a slice of toffee fudge cake and it was so fresh and tasty!

Very polite and helpful staff as well as tasty food. Holly is amazing, very polite friendly and cares so much about making everyone having a great experience always speaking to the kids and making them smile. Sam on carvery was also great, very conscientious about his job and putting a smile on everyone's face. Darcy was also great, kept popping over making sure everything was OK and checking on the kids. Will definitely be back.

We had our family Christmas meal last night and had a great time The food was all lovely and I’m always sceptical when a large group of people go to eat with me, but there was no complaints at all The food was all hot and cooked perfectly Definitely recommend the cherry bauble fro the Christmas menu! The waitresses who brought the food did so well with handing the food out too even though there was a lot of us to deal with Taylor and Renee i think they said they were called Thanks for a memorable night

Had a Christmas here with family- it was fantastic!

all the staff was lovely even the kitchen staff,and the carvery was very good and very tasty.i would definitely come back here again,i would 100% recommend it to family and friends.

Always come here for a carvery with friends and family ,good was as lovely as always but we all noticed that the meat was very sparse that was served on our plates this time , we all said how it was less meat than usual. So next time we are thinking of ordering from the main menu

A larger selection of vegetables than other carveries but usual problem of food drying out from spending too long under heat lamps including the roasties and stuffing which were hard.A very good presentation of the cake and ice cream stands if you still have room after your meal.Price was good and overall enjoyed our evening out and intent to return.Seemed a bit light on staff for such a large place and no one was manning the seating desk so we stood for a while before the barman finally told us the spare tables

Couple of things let this place down.rock hard parsnips, cauliflower cheese was just like boiled cauliflower no cheese , and server at the till not listening to our order for 3x large and one small, but charged us for 5xlarge and one small had to get manager for refund, our guest from abroad was not impressed at all more embarrassing for me shocking would be an under statment. Just seemed staff were a bit of did not care attitude, would take a lot of good reviews to get me to go back and try again. I've just seen not a lot of good reviews in the past month , considering a lot of people use this place.

I have the chip shop special. The 1st one was cold, & it was burnt when it came out, after 30 mins of waiting, & the 2nd was not burnt, but mushy peas & curry sauce were cold, it was disgusting, but the wait staff were brilliant. I was given my money back, but the other meal was just as bad, but I didn't know that until I got home

It took me ages to through to them on the phone to book a table for our group of 26. However once booked everything went smoothly. Staff on the day were helpful and friendly. Most of us had the carvery which was delicious. Staff were happy for us to bring our own cake for the special birthday, and even lit the candles and brought it out to us. It did get busy while we were there, so the only downside to its popularity is that there was a queue for the carvery, so our guests started eating at different times. But the location was convenient and I'm happy I booked it. I would have no hesitation in booking again in future.

Renee was on the floor. Staff are polite, efficient and extremely helpful. Food is ALWAYS delicious here. My favourite pub! The choices for dessert are beautiful and brilliant.

We visited on Friday evening and had never visited before, we will definitely go back. We were a table of 10 and the service was brilliant. Katie, Darcy and Martin couldn’t do enough. We had carveries and a hunters chicken plus sides and all the food was delicious and plenty of it. I would highly recommend the cake away, so much choice and indulgence 😊. As I said I would highly recommend 👍

Food is great. We come for carvery weekly. Hendrix has to be our favourite. Will recommend any day. All waitresses are helpful and pleasant

We have been visiting Manor Farm recently for carveries and drinks. We can highly recommend the food served by Marcel!! Such a lovely, polite, friendly guy. The meats are cooked to perfection and the variety of vegetables, roast potatoes and other potatoes are delicious! The best carvery in the area! Thank you to Michelle for your service too! Very very disappointing at Manor farm tonight it was our daughters birthday 5 of us thought we have a lovely meal tonight what we notice flies so many flies I ask the lad who was doing the carving why so many flies his words was I don't no if they did land on the food it will be removed or cut away from the area he said it's probably cause it mild I said no you got maggots look they on the ceiling above the food ...I ask the waitress why so many flies she said someone else said that...i said look there on the ceiling and they been flying around us it's not on...she went off to tell the staff in the back and went up to the bar staff and told them I heard her tell another staff female member about it and that lady said we cannot do anything about it ..I'm very disappointed this evening at Manor farm to me they got some issues maggots from waste food...this happened tonight Tuesday 12 November 2024 I did take photos.

Went yesterday ordered fish and chips sent them back disgusting for the money the fish looked as if it had been cut in half and flattened with rolling pin so dry no argument exchanged for something else I later learnt that the fish abd chips were a two course special which nobody mentioned when ordered sry would not recommend

This is a great place to eat at. Kids area and adult section. Amazing carvery deck with fresh vegetables with pub menu and bar.

We came here for my 11year olds birthday and it was brilliant couldn't fault anything so yesterday we thought we would pop in and have a carvery , big let down , the beef was still red and blood moist ,wasn't cooked properly at all and even people in the queue were saying it looks disgusting etc , the turkey looked more like chicken tikka and dry and horrible , when I and other people complained , the man sorting the food out was so unfriendly and acted like he didn't care , I told him to get the manager but he didn't and when we had finished our drinks we just got up and left , we never asked for a refund because we thought keep the money and get anew chef , we will not be going here again and I truly hope all the meat is cooked properly for other people next time ,oh and I'd like to complain about the man who served our food , wasn't very nice at all I think he's got a big chip on his shoulder🤬😠😡

Came with my 3 children as a treat because of the half term kids eat free offer. First of all I was told you has to sign up to get a code for the kids eat free which was NOT stated on the terms and conditions on the website. Another member of staff heard and luckily was able to put it through manually, but I was told I had to pay for the ice cream for the kids meals (which should also be free with the offer) despite the children eat free half term offer £1.50 per child, an extra expense of £4.50 this I didn't mind because they were nice enough to let me have the offer with no code. Then I let my 3 excited kids choose am I've cream of their choice to then be told I have to pay an extra £1 each for 2 of the kids because they had not chosen chocolate, strawberry or vanilla. So that was £6.50 for 3 scoops of ice cream 😡 It's absolutely disgusting considering it was meant to be free with their meal that I had to pay for it twice, the first I didn't mind but they should have said at the time of ordering that it only included the 3 flavours, because then I wouldn't have let the kids choose other flavours.

Go every Monday and have not had a bad meal yet

My mother and aunt said there food was great my food wasn't too bad it just lack flavour sorry I have to be honest I suffer from IBS so I have problems with food but I will suffer to eat the foods I love ❤️ expecially if it has flavour

Not once have I been to the pub and had a bad experience. The food is fantastic. Place is fantastic and the staff give 100%. I would recommend this pub to anybody

Enjoyed a lovely mixed grill, steak cooked just as I like, would have given 5 stars had the side dish of bread and butter I ordered had the bread not been dry and stale. Overall very good.

Visited here for 3 year old family member's birthday. We were a large party of around 30 of us. My husband and i had the carvery and the food options were plentiful, we chose turkey and beef with all the various vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower cheese, parsnips and lovely crisp roast potatoes cooked in goose fat. The only criticism I can say is that the beef was very gristly, I couldn't cut it and when I managed to cut a piece off I was unable eat it as it was too chewy so i had to leave the beef on my plate. The turkey was melt in the mouth tender and luckily I had been given a generous amount which made up for the unedible beef. Our server Lorraine was brilliant, she cleared away the finished plates promptly and cleaned the tables with a friendly smile and chat. All the meals were hot and of generous proportions and there were no complaints from any of our party we all went home happy. I would have no hesitation visiting this restaurant in the future.

We visited here early evening, everything on the carvery was fresh and served by a friendly chef. Darcy was very accommodating and friendly. Would 100% recommend visiting here and will definitely return. And the deserts are so good

The only fault was with the meat, which was carved so thin, but very talented chef, though, to do it .everything else was lovely food, staff 👌

Came from Australia for a family catch up of 30 family members. Great food , great service. Special mention for Darcy who went above and beyond.

Had a lovely meal here with my family a few nights ago a wonderful young lady called Holly greeted us as the door and showed us where to be seated we then had a lovely meal being checked on by the staff to make sure everything was ok which it was perfect! Can not fault this place at all, all of the staff were amazing but Holly especially ensuring we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves it was great!

The food was okay, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Andy was extremely rude towards me. Darcy was a great waitress.

We stop in this restaurant after a trip to Fort Dunlop centre we where made very welcome from start to finish and the food was reasonably price hot and and very taste .we would definitely return when in the area again

Visited Manor Farm today and was served and looked after by Danni, who was very lovely and helpful. We have been here multiple times and have been served by Danni a few times too and has always been lovely to see her. She is always very friendly.

Good food friendly staff nice surroundings and reasonably priced drinks. We are a group of four older people, one of which is suffering from a prostate condition which requires him to wear a incontinence pad which needs to be disposed of on a regular basis, unfortunately in the adult dining section there is a toilet but there is no bin to dispose of the used pad. We normally stay from one o'clock to about 4:30 , that's four meals four puddings and far too many drinks. The lack of a disposal bin in the adult male toilet is giving us reasons to question whether we should actually look for another location.

Incredible experience. Special mention to Nicole, she was amazing at handling the two gents that we brought in who have disabilities, entertaining them and handling their behaviour well, aswell as generally being lovely and kind to us all. The food was exceptional, carvery tasted amazing. The cake slices, huge homemade cakes, slices match the cake size. Theres a full collection of mixed ice creams too. Could do with air con in the hot weather 😅

Visited on Friday lunchtime with family, food was great especially the carvery and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Will be back again with work colleagues next week

FOOD Sunday afternoon we had Cheese & Onion pie , Sirloin Medium Rare with Jacket potato, Rump steak Medium Welldone a carvery & 2 coleslaw. The cheese & onion pie not much taste, the steak of the medium rare was like well cooked, I could not see any pink meat, half a tomato and a mere 2 onion rings. The coleslaw had more mayonnaise than raw vegetables. Absolutely gross we left all of it! The only thing that looked good was the carvery. STAFF Very friendly, double checked the order. The rooms were so hot, we were using the menus to fan us to try to keep cool. Unfortunately the window we couldn’t open. No air con in the place.

We had a carvery and it was the best carvery I've had, by far Priced really well, we had one regular and one large and a pint of coke and it came to less than £20

Came here for my birthday Sunday 25th August with family. One of the nicest carveries I've had in a while. I drove from stafford and was not disappointed

Wasn't happy with the service. Standing at bar for 10 minutes. Apparently its one queue for food and drink. So waiting to be served and bar staff just walking past me no eye contact. Just invisible. Also really miserable staff. Will be avoiding the place from now on. We used to love it there.

One of my favourite places to go , lovely clean restaurant and bar , food great , carvery great except that you only get two small slices of meat on a medium carvery and it's quirky experience on weekends.

We held my mums’ 90th birthday celebration with you, there were 19 members of our family, some of whom had travelled from Weston super mare to attend. We all had a wonderful time, food was delicious and delivered efficiently by friendly staff. We couldn’t fault anything. Thank you
