Best pizza at all,and the Romanian lady is the best!

The food is not really in good standard and the hygiene is absolutely poor because they have a problem of not washing there hands before serving while this has happened to me many times and I regret coming here ever again.

I don’t recommend very poor customer service

Price has gone up same rate Quality are down massively...We used to Rate this pizza a lot but Others are Now offering Far Better Quality like Papa Jones down the road.. So this is the 👋 goodbye. Enjoyed your pizza in the past ...

Was a regular customer at this place, the service we got today was appalling. Drives 25 minutes to collect our order, once home realised they gave us the wrong pizza. Called up and was told they will not send deliver and we have to come collect the right pizza and apologised as they realised they did give us the wrong pizza. didn’t bring the pizza back for hygiene purposes. We drove all the way back and they refused to give us our pizza being rude and arguing saying why didn’t we bring back the wrong pizza which we clarified as it’s unhygienic ? They then began to say to us well you’re not getting this pizza because that’s like giving free pizza away. Rude staff, will never be going again and will make sure no family members go again.

Quick service. Have pre-ordered pizza's for work lunch a few times. Customer service is great, the staff are polite & very helpful. Pizza's were nice & fresh Price is a bargain Some of the meat eaters commented about the quality of the pizza but the veg ones seemed fine. All were eaten up quickly! Thank you Mario's.

Really bad smelly pizza this time Had Mario’s many times before but never had this Could not believe when I called and they said donner pizza smells like this But both the donner and chicken pizza smells We have had same pizzas before Could not eat either - very disappointed :(

Food was good I gave 5 star but unfortunately the service was very bad, If only I can give 0 star I would’ve. I bought 18 Inch pizza and only got 1 sauce when all the other pizza shops give’s 3 to 4 when you buy a large 18 inch pizza. I asked the guy to give me more sauce as there will be 4 of us eating he replied back the pizza cost £11 and it’s cheap so how can i give you more sauce. He needs some common sense and needs to respect costumers. I hope the manager or the owner can put some sense in him.

Today first time I bought pizza 19” inch from this shop saw staff didn’t use gloves to make pizza when I ask they reply they can’t afford to buy gloves I was surprised and other disgusting thing was Asian boy was keep staring to me I asked to him what’s his problem he should respect customers he was so rude. Unhygienic food don’t recommend this shop. Zero customer service. Very disappointed.

My team use this place as its affordable and yesterday I went in with £9.50 and asked if I could settle the rest on my card (£1.50 as costs £11 per pizza) as I'd collected cash from the team to get a number of things for our lunch event. A rude lady working there said no their minimum payment is £20. I left and we won't be returning after supporting this business for the last year.

Great discount for £11 for any pizza - was amazing to eat with a group of friends where we could get multiple toppings and large sizes for several people at cheap prices in comparison to other shops - food was also great and served fresh and hot

Yo, Marios pizza best in the UK and is the bomb! It's so fresh and tasty, and it's halal too. Plus, the price is super reasonable. Must call at least 20 mins before, very busy on weekends and supper packed on bank holidays and Eids,Big ups to the owner for keeping the quality high and the prices low.👏👏👏

Went there yesterday's evening. When I try to collect my pizzas, 2 workers are staring at me and walking around. I've ordered 19 inch pizzas but it's actually 17 inch pizzas. Also the workers are stingy. They have put less meatballs and less pepperoni just around crust. Taste nice but huge disappointed. Will never go there again.

we ordered 2 pizzas, both of which were tasteless. one had raw ingredients on it. I called to ask for an exchange and the lady told me to bring the pizza even though I ordered delivery and I live far away. I do not recommend

Gone downhill used to be really good now it's quantity or quality, feels like you're eating cardboard pizza. Definitely way better pizza places in the area than Mario's now

Extremely disappointed! Ordered food at 7:00pm, estimated delivery time was 8:05pm. Since 7:45pm showed driver at the restaurant. Called restaurant but there was no driver to collect the order. Finally order got delivered at 8:45pm, stone cold. Poor service from just eat, hard to contact cut service for help.

Shockingly bad. Mario sounded like it will be a good place for pizza. Very dry and tasteless. Chicken shop pizzas are better. Papa John says ‘ better ingredients make better pizza’, take note. Misbehaving staff, ordered food online n upon collection they refused to give the food. Only reason was that” cash on collection” No cards entertained. Pathetic service. Good price. Good food. Good taste. Only thing I would say they need to work on is making sure the pizza cutter is sharp as my pizzas arnt always cut through properly

The pizza deals are really good and really affordable especially in this day and age. Unfortunately price went up a bit but it happens.

Big disappointment. I ordered a 19” pizza which was not 19” at all. Very less toppings and big crust which I got. Toppings were miles away from eachother. It’s a big NO for me and won’t recommend to anyone specially who has never tried it before.

Absolute piss-take Order a 19-in pizza and you get 17-inch pizza never again will I order from here, I encourage everybody to check their orders properly good thing I paid with a credit card so I will be putting for a section 75 claim as this is not what I ordered. Yeh man these pizzas are really good standard. Quality stuff. They are so kind and friendly and have great prices for one massive pizza. Location is great right near pub right near station. I think this pizza places smashes any other in uk and that's a massive statement I've eaten alot of pizza in my time believe me and I have to saybthese ones are absolutely top quality.

Went there today, except Manager staff is rude and careless what they do in front of customers. -- Saw one Girl rubbing her eyes continuously and making pizza without washing. -- Watched how for the minor tasks. owner hired many persons, BUT WHY if we have to wait for 25? minutes then what is the advantage?? -- Staff was playing with each other in front of 5 customers and didn't have care about orders. Thanks to Manager for holding little bit reputation of mario'z as she is the only one there who know professionalism and customer dealing.

I was told to come collect the pizza in 20mins. So, I went to collect it and as I live literally next door on Pembroke road, the Pizza should be hot. I got home and my wife said pizza is cold and to make matters worse they were greedy with the pepperoni and the cheese/tomato base, which made pizza abit dry. I had to warm the pizza up in the microwave. I called the store and asked them about the toppings and the guy said you get what you paid for. Now I know why I always walk passed their store and don't buy from them. The pizza ain't bad, hence why I gave them 2 star.
