I’d rather they say it will be an hour rather than say 45 mins and then be late. My pizza arrived and looked like it traveled on its side. All the toppings had gone to one side or over the edge and one side was damp bread. Kebabs were tasty. Just a little more care would go a long way

Food was terrible. No salad or sauce on the burgers which I asked for. Chips were dry and cold. chicken kebab was just fatty bits and cold again. Over 40 quid for a meal where half was thrown away. Super disappointed!!!

I ordered 2 7 up cans and only 1 was delivered.

Was a little late but food was👌🏽so made up for it.

chicken kebab - 4 pieces of luke warm chicken and a plain dry pitta bread will not order again. Everyones else seems ok looks like they made no effort on kebab

Well I’ve ordered hummus and pita and had a call that restaurant run out of hummus, so they offered me something instead, but I didn’t want anything else and I cancelled pita as well, and guy told me they will refund me coast of pita and hummus. So order arrived with pita in it even tho I cancelled it, and I didn’t get my refund. Thanks marmaris, it’s so lovely to pay for something you didn’t asked and you didn’t received.

Usually have a great meal from marmaris .. garlic bread was lovely but this time all of our pizza’s didn’t taste or look fresh at all. Meat feast pizza tasted like it was old dough or had been reheated, as it was very dry..like I said , usually a lovely meal from here so I’ll just assume you were having ab off night..

This is the best chicken shawarma and donner meat I’ve ever had! The portions are huge, garlic bread is mega! Love how the salad and sauce comes separate. Fast delivery too.

Food was all cold when arrived. Really horrible taste, left the food and ended up having a pot noodle for dinner.

Wow! Really impressed with service and food tonight. I ordered the Chicken Special Burger and it was absolutely amazing! Thoroughly enjoyed it. Other half ordered the Donna and chicken shawarma wrap which was really nice. Chips were good too. Nice touch of sending forks and serviettes out with our food as well. Food was ok, not hot and was late. Very very over priced. Cost £28 and got nothing for free unlike most places.

Food was okay, we thought the garlic bread could have had more garlic and unfortunately they forgot to send the drink with our order… but the delivery driver was absolutely lovely and the food was early :)

We have this takeaway often but tonight was the worst experience we have ever had. 2 hours wait on delivery and when the food finally arrived it was all freezing cold. No sauce on the kebabs either, just thrown into the tin packaging.

Decent food and arrived on time and hot

Very very dry over cooked chicken with the biryani rice which was also dry and hard. Chicken burger and pizza was ok. My meal came small instead of large, I phoned the restaurant and was told that it would take over an hour to deliver the other skewer of chicken. I was offered a free chicken kebab instead next time I order but with the dryness of the chicken, there won’t be a next time

We ate the food, but today both myself and partner do not feel great if you get what I mean? My stomach is not in a happy place, last time this did not happen, but for 2 of us to feel unwell the day after, it must have been this food

No where near as good as it used to be, Donner meat is mixed reformed stuff not lamb as it once was, Items missing from online order, Skanky girl on phone trying to sound sympathetic about missing items… What a dramatic dip in quality and service! Never will I ever use again nor will I recommend to friends or enemies!!!

Delivery time is way too long for Birchwood, my advice if you live in Birchwood don’t bother. Advice to the restaurant just don’t accept Birchwood delivery it’s easier for everyone. Can’t fault the food it’s really good 👍 probably 9 out of 10 Restaurant etiquette could be better and possibly a just eat training session, customers can ask for a partial refund due to deliveries being so late this doesn’t cancel the complete order just a good will gesture for the customer. Overall - Food Great 👍

Food was really good, service gets a 4 because I ordered a chicken meat and chips but got a kebab…couldn’t be a###d to complain and wait for replacement but everything else was bang on.

Never received food at all. Rung up to ask where food was an hour after it was due and learned that they had delivered food to wrong house. Who apparently took the food happily. When I asked could I receive my order they refused and debated hanging up on me behind the phone. (they did not put me on hold and began talking away from the phone) Disgusting behavior, I have not received anything at all and they told me I was lying to them. Will not be ordering again.

Driver tried to have us off with £10 by not giving us change. The food arrived barely warm and no naan bread for the kebab and to be safe perfectly frank for £16 a meal that was disgusting! No dips that were paid for. When we phoned the restaurant we were told that despite the food being cold and a disgusting amount that they wouldn’t refund. Shocking service for mediocre food that was over priced! Disgraceful and certainly won’t return and wouldn’t recommend to anyone

If I could leave -5 stars I would. Absolutely vile. Frozen food, a woman with a massive bad attitude that's words were 'one less customer'. I have never experience anything like it. Absolutely shocking.

Disgraceful! We ordered a home delivery, after an hour and a half I called them. They were immediately aggressive, they said the driver waited 10 minutes, but no knock on the door, no use of our prominent doorbell or a call and said they left the food, absolute lie, why would we lie!? They are the liars and really obnoxious on the phone. Go somewhere else, we just wanted some food, were honest, they are not.

Ordered through Uber Eats tonight and after 2 hours still no order delivered. Phoned 4 times to ask where order was and no answer. Very poor and will not be using again.

Used this kebab shop for years, absolutely amazing, lovely people too, so friendly. cheesey garlic bread with doner meat and mushroom is the BEST!!!
