Surprised at the reviews. Ordered on Uber eats because all the takeaways in Glossop are shite. Had Spaghetti Bolognese, chicken burger for my partner and the 4 season garlic bread which actually tastes like garlic. Not like the cardboard shite round here. Thank you guys. Exceptional quality food. Fresh and prepared with care and attention. You can never go wrong with Marple Pizza. We had a Mexican with extra jalapeños and chillies and a donner meat and chip calzone with extra cheese. We added peri peri fries…these were marked as spicy but they were not really spicy just fresh and yummy! THANK YOU MARPLE PIZZA PEOPLE!!!

The pizza (and all food) from Marple Pizza is consistently lovely. Always fresh and piping hot. What does this mean? It means it does not matter what and when you order from Marple Pizza - it’s as good as the last time. Always lovely, always tasty and easily one of the (if not the best) takeaway establishment in Marple. And we have some amazing eateries. But Marple Pizza is great all the time. Enjoy!

Delicious pizza , lots of choice

We have just moved to the area this evening and we are so glad we ordered from this takeaway, as it was the most amazing pizza we've eaten in years! The driver was so lovely too and asked if we needed a hand! We have definitely found our new favourite takeaway 😀

The order wasn’t right. The filling on the kebab was not very generous. And the salad was missing. It’s a real shame as usually they are amazing

We recently moved to marple and we wanted to try a takeout, I was a little skeptical with the reviews on here, however we ordered pizza, garlic bread & chips, & I have to say it’s was incredible, the food was hot on delivery presented brilliantly, I never leave reviews however I feel like this needed to be said. This will definitely be our go to take out! Best takeaway we’ve had in months.

Marple Pizza is normally excellent…but today was not good. The Pizza, although tasty, had clearly been mishandled, meaning the toppings were missing from 2 slices. Worse still, the chocolate cake, which cost £3.50(!!!), was absolutely tiny. Very disappointing.

Do owners try their own food? Chips were greasy, soggy and horrible, burger wasn’t good either. Garlic dip is just crucial sauce you can buy from Asda. Driver forgot my drink but had a lovely red hot can in the boot! A shame because the pizza wasn’t too bad. Wouldn’t waste my money here again.

Always good and freshly hot, best takeaway place ever

My new go to place. The pizzas are absolutely lovely. In the kebabs the chicken and lamb were both juicy and tender. A perfect meat, to salad, to sauce ratio. The staff and service are perfect. Absolutely top league in every way.

A little disappointed again. The base was soggy and I ordered a double pepperoni pizza plus paid extra for another portion of pepperoni. It came with 2 slices per slice 😒

First time I can honestly say I'm disappointed with my order. My food was cold, the Donna meat is tasteless and taste like it's been reheated. Oh and my piece of chicken was like a brick it was over cooked and looked burnt. Not worth the amount of money I spent.

Sadly the food was not up to par for the price paid. Chips were soggy, kebabs were both cold, not lukewarm but cold. The meat was really poor quality and very gritty. The only plus was the Garlic bread with cheese was nice. Paid approx £30 for this and it was definitely not worth the price. Disappointing.

The food was pretty late, they delayed the order. When it finally arrived part of the order was wrong which meant we paid £6.20 for 4 small soggy mozzarella sticks. Very disappointed. The rest of the food was fine, I wouldn’t be keen on ordering again

I have been using Marple Pizza, for many years, and have always loved their pizza, but recently the prices went up quite dramatically but I was still prepared to pay for a decent pizza, but what I received last night was horrendous, only a bare scraping of grated cheese on the pizzas, not enough to even cover the base, I would not normally complain but even my children asked what sort of pizza it was, because of barely any cheese, the chicken wings were greasy and stale and the prawns on my pizza were smelly, perhaps in the past I would not have complained but with the cost of things now, this is a one off treat for us

Shocking food chips wet and soggy, garlic bread cheese was burnt and cold, chicken burgers tasted like frozen. Had to wait over 1 hour 30 certainly won’t be ordering again.

Garlic bread looked like it had been thrown around in the box. Forgot the dip, when it’s a £1 a dip that really isn’t acceptable. I suggest using cardboard containers for items like chips. This will help prevent the chips arriving sweaty and soggy. Or a piece of grease proof paper in the polystyrene container to prevent the hot chips burning into it, contaminating the chips at the bottom. But I suspect you know this and use polystyrene because it’s cheap. When you charge £5 for a burger I would at least expect two sauces and my choice of salad. The option of salad or no salad is lazy considering the price. I mean who wants cucumber on a burger! I ordered from here extensively when they first opened, best shop around. Then bad experiences drove me away, gave them another try and found the service to be poor, food underwhelming and the prices high.

Me and my partner fancied a takeway as a treat ... we went to shop to ordered a pizza and large donner meat tray total was £24!!! The “large” tray of donner meat wasn’t large! The meat was cut very very thinly! £9.50 for a “large” tray was completely ripped off! The box wasn’t even half full! More like a small! Pizza was okay hardly any toppings, usually get chunks of chicken on pizza but this place must blend their chicken so you can very little! Wasn’t worth £14.50. We didn’t realised till we got home live 15mins away didn’t fancy driving back. Highly disappointed ruined our treat night!
