Visited again with friends to have Lebanese cuisine. Good service, welcoming & kind owner. Amazing and tasty food for both veg and chicken based non veg. Nice indoor and outdoor seating (allowed to smoke a cig.) Very filling quantity served Must try pita bread and hummus , falafel Very yummy garlic sauce and spice level eatable. Various Dips are speciality which gives added taste to the food. Milkshakes could be better and can add more chocolatey flavour Alocoholic drinks are not served. One of the best shawarma wraps in kingston. their chilli sause and garlic sause is amazing. i have tried most of their menu everything is notable. been there with couple of my colleagues they loved their waffles and shakes. One of my option kingston for lunch.

First time in Kingston Upon Thames. Being a foreigner, kinda shocked to see most shops were closed including eateries and its only 730pm. Amazing Halal Cafe with delicious food and very friendly staff! The owner of the cafe is very hospitable and creates a welcoming environment. The hot chocolate is delicious as is the food! I will definitely be visiting many more times and recommend everyone else to visit aswell.

Nice food and genuine welcome. I was planning to recommend this to friends, and to have as my go-to in Kingston. However something prompted me to look up the Food Hygiene rating; I can’t recommend anywhere that has a Zero rating for hygiene. If it was simply down to an issue on the day of inspection, they need to ask for a revisit, which they can. I’ll certainly be back once it gets back up the hygiene level.

The food is carefully crafted with a home made feel, and the prices are very reasonable. Lovely outdoor area is plus.

Sorry to say but o didn't enjoy the food....just had chicken leg shawarma and didn't like the spices and I found to much chicken hair in it... couldn't eat and I feel sick now.... everything comes back... I was just after work, very hungry ... I won't go back. I regret I tried!

Delicious food and good portion size! Very nicely seasoned and grilled. The chicken taouk was divine! The owner and family are also very polite and kind. A really lovely place and highly recommended with great prices.

Bored with usual offering in Kingston, came here during lunch and I was a bit apprehensive as the place was empty. I had a halloumi and falafel wrap, packed full of fresh ingredients and flavours, it was really tasty. Friendly staff, but found the menu arrangement a bit confusing initially.

Waffles were okay it was open later than anyone else so it was a nice place to visit ahead of going to the cinema I had the Eton mess dessert it was okay nothing to write home about. But worth a visit if you want somewhere less busy to sit with friends and have a bit of food.

The staff were so friendly and kind there! They went above and beyond helping me connect to the WiFi. Would definitely recommend!

Hi guys, today I've had lunch with my family in the cafe l'amour the food was awful and disgusting I don't recommend anyone to go there you will waste your money and your time and then you will be really upset from your self after that, there is nice places in Kingston don't miss it don't be like me please I feel like this now🤮🤮🤮

Came in as a group of 4 with 2 kids. Owner was very friendly and took the time to go over the different options and make sure we were seated comfortably. Staff were very friendly and efficient and the food was delicious. Highly recommended.

I came here as my friend had training near by ad she came here by accident. She ordered chicken burger and the rest was history. It is unbelievable hard to get something so simple and sold everywhere to stand out so much. It is a must try. I honestly forgot to take picture of it in a second I received it. Next time will do it hopefully.

First the lady didn't understand my order, then they gave me something I didn't order and then tried to charge me twice stating that my payment didn't go through. It's a shame because the cafe is not bad but some of the staff aren't very bright.

On recommendation of my youngest brother, I visited today with the courage to try falafel for the first time and am so glad I did. The wrap was worth every penny of the £5, freshly prepared and served warm with a fresh, clean, refreshing salad and some olives on the side. The downside was I couldn't quite finish the wrap as since having bariatric surgery, I not only have to watch what goes in, but the amounts to. I was served politely, friendly by a gentleman on the main counter and other members of the staffing team were also welcoming and friendly. Whilst present a lady with a baby needed some additional service and nothing appeared too much trouble for the team who only more than happy to help. Also for those waffle fans, the Wafflemeister menu is available here, including hot endulgences and cold treats. Will be revisiting, also thought it was a good place for a first date or soft refreshments with friends.

I really enjoyed the breakfast here. Delicious avocado 🥑 on toast with fried eggs and nice added touch of tomatoes 🍅 and rocket....Delicious coffee ☕ too. I will be returning and would recommend it.👍

Terrible service and food!! Lots of ingredients missing in our dishes and when we asked for them they said they had forgotten or didn’t have, which meant that the dishes were very different to what we ordered. (in the photos we had already eaten some bits but you can see how empty the plates came). They didn’t have many of the things we wanted in the menu as well. Also, the cutlery was dirty and we could see the chef making the food with disgusting black nails. So very little hygiene. The staff had poor skills and either didn’t know things or wanted to take our plates away when we hadn’t finished. It was very expensive in my opinion for the quality of the food and service provided. We clearly won’t return!

Little new gem in Kingston! Lovely staff, pleasant atmosphere and good menu. And personally it's so wonderful to be able to drink a delicious Belgian hot chocolate after 6 pm when every other coffee shop is closed. It's now one of my favourites in town (any time of the day)!

It is a joke of a cafe. Since they have been hosting wafflemeister the quality of the waffles went through the floor. They managed somehow to burn one and undercook the other. my waffles also arrived stone cold with liquid whipped cream. They threw 2 pieces of strawberries into the box and drowned the waffle in Nutella in hope I wouldnt notice the waffle was burned. On another note, is it a cafe a restaurant a waffle place or shisha bar? I’m confused.

So nice and welcoming , I split my breakfast and they made me another , so hospitable recommend food amazing too.

Wanted to give my business to this cafe as they are an independent which is rare these days. I came here shortly after it opened and had coffee and croissants which were great. Came last week with my husband and had coffee together with a lemon crepe. Again both good but the seating area seemed run down and dirty. The planters outside had some remaining dead plants but ultimately were full of cigarette butts. In general it looked a little uncared for. We visited again yesterday with our daughter and ordered a lemon and sugar crepe and a chocolate crepe with fresh strawberries. However we noticed that these were not crepes freshly made in front of us. Instead they were pre made and stored in the fridge. The guy making them had trouble trying to straighten them out on the griddle and was using a piece of butter to try to flatten the edges. In short they were not edible in various areas and we asked for a refund which we were given straight away. We couldn’t even cut them!! Apparently this is a time saving exercise but I’m afraid this won’t be good enough for the majority of people. It takes 5 minutes to make a crepe on these griddles and street vendors manage it with no problem. In addition to this it was very dirty inside the redo. The table we sat at had lumps of food underneath which we noticed as we stood up to leave. My daughter was far from impressed and won’t be returning and I’m not sure we would either as there are many other choices available that are offering good fresh food and a clean environment in which to eat it. Sorry

It's a shame because the place itself has potential but after I ordered and was waiting for my takeaway, the man who I believe to be the owner came over to the till and shouted at the worker who had taken my order, under the impression that I was still waiting. It made me uncomfortable, and this is not the first time I have been here and seen disrespect. Everybody who works there is lovely and friendly, including the girl who served me, but it becomes quickly unpleasant as the owner will hang around you and ask you questions when you are just trying to eat. Overall, very poor leadership, but lovely staff and food.

Fantastic new addition to Kingston, had a generous meze platter for two that was quickly finished due to the incredible combination of flavours. Next time I will be having Turkish coffee!

Visited the cafe yesterday and ordered a chicken wrap and a cup of tea and was charged over £12. I assumed the female owner had thought I had ordered a wrap meal. Once the food was brought over I questioned the waitress why I had been charged over £12 for the food and tea. She then checked this and came back to me with £4.45 in cash. At no point did the owners apologise or seem to be concerned that they had significantly over charged me. Highly suspect behaviour and even the food was very poor quality that I left half the wrap behind. Be cautious!

The waffles are absolutely amazing! I recommend a cookies and cream signature waffle with a warm cup of coffee. There thick shakes are also out of this world.

Their garden is made very tastefully and makes you feel like you are in the paradise. Everything from the entrence to the back garden is made with love, you can see that the owner/s really cares about it. Staff was so nice, we ordered copule of coffee drinks and two sandwiches. The food was freshly made and coffee was freshly founded. We will definitely come back to try thir ice-cream.
