McDonald’s has consistently been one of my favorite places to grab a quick and delicious meal. This particular location stands out for its exceptional service, cleanliness, and overall quality. Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring my order is prepared accurately and served fresh. It's a McDonald's what more do you want to know?? They have a drive through & seats upstairs if you want to eat in. You know what you're having before you get their 🍔😋🍔🍩... I just stopped for a triple cheeseburger & a coffee ☕ 😀

A quick bit in the hemel hampstead branch. Busy drive through and home deliveries so I had to wait a while. Used the toilet which was very clean and tidy. Usually I try to avoid Mcdees toilets as they are usually a disaster. This one was not.

Staff here are rude and either have hearing problems or don’t understand properly because you constantly have to correct them or you’re order is wrong when you collect from the window then tell you that isn’t what you paid for so you then have to then go round and re order what’s missing . The large chips are basically pointless ordering as they always come half full and they have the classic milkshake problem all the time .

I ordered online through Uber eats I only received my drinks and not my food. The Uber driver communicated very well expressing they haven’t got the food was only given drinks even said I could come and check his car that he hasn’t got them. He said to call mc Donald’s about the issue. So I did they were no use and said yeah they still have the food here but they can’t send it out for some reason and I asked for a refund they said to do through Uber eats and they will help but half the time they don’t give a refund so I lost out on my food and my money.

incorrect order recieved. when going on to just eat they said because I gave the delivery code it was the right order, even though the driver had gone before the order could be checked! no food received that my children wanted. i have lost money and just eat said they are unable to refund as it was delivered. Really, really poor service on behalf of just eat. a very disappointed customer.

We went for dine in at 8pm but they closed upstairs seating, only downstairs tables for eat in but some people was already eating. Else where dirty tables . We had to take out and eat in car Next time I go here I better check upstairs seating available

Says 24hrs but only for drive thru. I was desperate for a drink, I walked up to the drive thru window to make an order only to be told you have to be in a vehicle to make an order, my vehicle was a 40 ton artic it would take out the restaurant if drive down drive thru lane. I begged to by a drink but total inhumane “it’s our policy” reply. I almost had a breakdown over it. Disgusting inhumane way to treat someone. How would you feel if someone you loved was treated with total disregard when needed a drink or a bite to eat. When the place is open selling it. McDonald’s UK needs to change Policy over Humanity.

I ordered a McFlurry and drink. I did not recieve a straw and my McFlurry had a piece of hair on it. I called the store and they were defensive from the jump saying it wasn’t them and said to take it up with Uber but they were the ones that made the food so why is it Ubers concern? It’s a food quality concern. The person on the phone said they were wearing a hair net or scarf so my question is how did hair get on my McFlurry then? Horrible customer service and horrible quality of food. Lacks hygiene and cleanliness.

Absolutely appalling service, was given 2 different delivery times and an hour later after the amended time still no food!, tried calling the restaurant and they hung up as soon as I spoke, eventually they marked my items as delivered and I was left sat waiting for nothing to arrive and a large chunk of money gone on air.

I went to Mayland McDonald's on Saturday at 8 PM, hoping to dine in, but had a terrible experience. They had closed the upstairs seating area, and the downstairs was full and dirty. The staff were disrespectful, and there was no hand sanitizer available. It was frustrating that we couldn’t sit and eat peacefully because they decided to clean the upstairs area during a busy time. I ended up eating in my car and was very disappointed. I won’t be going back to this McDonald's.

Our order arrived 1 hour 40 minutes after ordering and was stone cold! The burgers had a sticker on the box stating the time they were cooked which was 10 minutes after we had placed our order!! So they had been sitting there for 1.5 hours!!!!

food takes ages to come and when it finally arrived it was clear it had been sitting for ages. all of it was stone cold. On top of that only offered a £6 refund from £30 order. Absolute joke of a franchise.

Missing my son’s order. So he was the only one without food! So I gave him mine!! McFlurrys completely melted like water. Waited 45 mins for this. Terrible and this has happened more than once!! Will not be using this McDonald’s anymore!!

Ordered food from this store via just eat. 50mins later cold food arrived, no phone call no contact at all in fact. I took food back and was presented with yet another tepid order, with the exception of the freshly cooked nuggets. Could not think of one single good thing to say about this store. Furthermore, stashing cooked food on an unheated shelf has got to be a health violation. I'd be exceedingly surprised if it weren't.

Fillet of fish was BLAND!! Overloaded with grease, cold fries and orange drink was watered down chemical tasting muck. Not eating here again.

What a great McDonalds this is, feels so new and modern. The coffee is fantastic and a fraction of the price at the other place. Staff were really helpful. Great atmosphere in store, i sat upstairs. Couldn’t fault the staff, they were happy and keeping the place clean.

Absolute shower of incompetency. No card payment. Could live with that . The till at the drive through stopped working but couldn't work out it would be easier for them to put it through on another till than make me come in. Then they took the order wrong 3 times. Sometimes I think they are all going down hill.

only ordered 20 box of nuggets and 3 small fries, the shop managed to only put 2 fries in....ridiculous

the drinks had all leaked and the bag was split open, the 2 bottles of water wasn't even in the bag. the food was cold the delivery guy just had on seat of his car. we were multiple stops in too which resulted in the food not being as good today as normal. very disappointed

They are using a cowboy parking company that targets the customers for miscellaneous reasons via the camera so please don't visit this McDonald's Also sometimes there is a guy from a cowboy parking company that is being aggressive with customers so hence I don't go to this McDonald's anymore You go to this McDonald's you more likely end up in court and a county court judgement. The McDonald's staff are nice with customers but be aware of the parking companies that are destroying businesses hired by either the land owner AVIVA or McDonald's themselves

Pretty small and the recipe print out didn't work, fries barely had any salt, however the chicken nuggets were amazing and staff was friendly and fast and the place very clean, overall a pretty nice experience.

Awful service as always. Out of 5 orders 3 had something missing or wrong. I always go around and get food in hurry and don't have time to go back and complain. Probably the staff can't do more as the management pushes more and more work onto them. We were waiting for 10 minutes in the queue the other day and in the end the order was wrong as well. They should close it down if they can't do basic stuff lile serving a burger. You get a meal nd they don't put the ketchup in the bag or other day they don't put the napkins or no straw. Every day I have to stop by the window when they serve me to go through the bag and check everything. They look at me like I'm doing something wrong when is their fault actually. Awful service.

all fries were in stone cold and under cooked , cheese bites were cold and unpleasant. bottled drink placed in the top of the McFlurry, which caused McFlurry to leak over edges of the container due the weight of the bottle of water, bottle of water was then also covered in ice cream and a mess to clean up, not to mention that it meant the McFlurry was therefore not to expectations for the price paid

Items are always missing from this McDonald's when I order online. In the past I've placed orders via just eat, Uber eats and McDonald's app...always items missing.

The ice latte was all gone and most of got spilt on the way over not happy as didn’t even get to drink it and cost almost £3
