McDonald's in Hertsmere

They we’re getting angry at me because I was waiting with my friends when I had got my food and I was called up agin and they told me to go away

Fairly small McDonalds but service is great. I went at 4pm which had a lot of students in. Good high chairs if you have a baby. Food was fresh and tasty

Yesterday, 18th December, I was sharing a coffee with my wife. I noticed a promotional offer on an adjacent table and read the details out of curiosity. I have an acquired brain injury, and found the qualifying requirements ambiguous. My wife also thought the offer details to be ambiguous too. I took my query to the main counter and was helped by the store manager, Veronica and an assistant, Forhad. Between them they agreed and gave light to the offer. They were not patronising, and were unaware of my cognitive difficulties. Our question was answered in a polite and enthusiastic manner. Well done Potters Bar team. Credit given when credit due! If the weather is too bad to deliver quality then don’t bother! Unacceptable

I usually come here for a lunch break most of the time and usually at different times. You see older aged staff arguing with each other, staff calling out number and getting angry because the order isn’t collected - understandable, but walking around with a tray and calling out the number isn’t appropriate. I saw a comment where the service is slow for the amount of customers and that is true. Food is “alright” here.

This place is a discrase do not order from here. I ordered a breakfast on just eat it they gave me a delivery time said courier was at the restaurant then 30 mins later still not being delivered and still saying preparing. In other words no courier to delivery but saying there at the restaurant. Yeah my righ

Order Not Complete. Requested dips and did not receive any and they were on the receipt !

Wrong order..can’t re order as breakfast at McDonald’s finishes at 11am..Disappointed

The chips were under cooked, all the food was freezing cold and the chips were half full! Just awful

Why do you always have items missing

This in the worst McDonald's. Yet again there is something missing from our order. Even if you repeat your order several times they can never get it right. Unfortunately we were in a hurry so couldn't check. I woukd advise anyone visiting this store to double check what you are given even if it means you hold everyone up.

Long wait. Food quite cold. Other than that okay.

Rubbish. Cold food. Burger missing. Wrong drinks. Ordered one burger plain and everyone else’s came plain too. Expect better from McDonald’s. Actually delivered in 15mins but marking 1/5 because the order was so wrong I can’t considered it delivered.

Driver got lost i tracked his route. He sat outside the top of our road for 20 minutes then went 4 miles round to come back. I tried messaging him but no response. Food was freezing not others refund for less that one bag of fries. Insulting

most probably he got more than 1 accounts

Food came stone cold! Including the not so hot chocolate and the delivery times just kept extending.

Just went through drive through at potters bar Darkes lane, the drive through (where payment was taken) was extremely helpful & polite! highly recommend & nice to see staff being so helpful Thank you Sunday 10th Nov @ 5.26pm

My child's happy meal burger had Jalapeño slices in it. So she couldn't eat it

Went to McDonald's at Potters Bar. To use a competition voucher ( big mac ). No marked out order counter. Paid with cash and voucher Service seemed slow for the amount of customers there. Bought large fries and a coffee, to make up a meal, with the big mac

Have certainly improved over the last year, orders are correct and delivery on time.

It's the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to in this country. There were quite a lot of Uber orders ahead of me, so it took a little while but I had a pleasant stay.

Worst McDonald’s ALWAYS something missing or food is inedible - what is wrong with the staff here?

This is the second time items have been missing from my order! The list of food is stuck to the bag how can they forget major food items! Ridiculous!

We received our order on time and it was really hot and tasty. Excellent, will order again.

over 30 mins of me trying to contact the driver whilst being ignored as he couldn't find my flat. begging him to just tell me where he is and I will go down to meet him. dude never called, didn't respond to a single message and when I finally found him he was snapping at me for his inability to find my home.

Close early when they don’t fancy working and claim “lack of staff” Tried getting food an hour before their closing time but no said walk ins, despite still serving the drive through

Not great this time late ok no problem Friday night so expect to be busy but drink lids were of two of the drinks so bag was soaking wet

Second time ordering from them in a week and both time they didn’t deliver any sauces with the chicken selects. Burgers on the first order were cold. Chips were stale and cold both time and honestly inedible so we just bin them. After reading the reviews now, I think it’s time they sort themselves out as it is not a one time thing!

Salad was just a box of leaves with two bits of cucumber, I ordered two plain burgers but got two cheeseburgers, (hate cheese) got two paper forks and no knife, and I didn't get a straw with the milkshake. Did not enjoy the meal at all, not worth the money I paid for it. Will not be ordering from McDonald's again.

Bought these as a treat for my kids, Fries were cold and stale, chicken nuggets stale, feel underwhelmed and I have wasted money, disappointed !

My food was cold and disgusting.

I leave this review as a warning to others. Out of the last 7 times I used the drive through they forgot to pack part of our order 6 times. This has ranged from forgetting 1 burger, through to 40% of our total order. Normally, we go back and they sort it out, but it’s a hassle and a stupid one at that. We never order more than 10 items, so counting to 10 and ticking items off a list appears to a be step too far. This time around, they forgot 30% of the total value of our order. I cannot be bothered to go back and have it out with them. What a poorly run business. Be sure to check the bags thoroughly before leaving the premises! I won’t be going back.

I ordered my food and you took payment and didn’t place my order so I can to order it again I have emailed to say this I payed twice for my meal I would like a refund as that was my last £30 I spent as me and my daughter needed food so I need half of that refunded I have the transactions on my bank statement that just eat took pay meant twice but I only made 1 order
