McDonald's in Peterborough

Took ages to come and when it got here it was cold I only got a 3 pound store credit when the burgers cost way more than that !!

driver was incredibly rude. when my mum answered the door to collect the food. the driver had a right go at my mum when she opened the door. which is completely unacceptable and should be looked in to.

Other than getting the wrong hot drink food was good

Stone cold chips and vanilla milkshake (not the chocolate ordered). Never had a single order correctly delivered. Definitely the last time

the staff can't fulfill orders even though its printed out for them. you will have missing items because apparently their staff can't read or do their job properly.

I go in McDonald’s every single day for about 8 years, now McDonalds rolling fast downhill. Morning coffee, 2,29 for regular coffee and getting only half a cup!!! Not one time off every single time now, doesn’t matter what coffee and how big it’s always half cup! Not worth money!! McMuffins are soo small now if compare to what was few years ago it’s unbelievable! Definitely not worth money at all!

Drinks were spilt over certain food items not happy, waiting for a refund as i had to reorder ruined items!!

Driver wasn’t at my door he was at a different door app wouldn’t let me reply too his messages so no contact and he just marked as delivered and went off with my food too wherever

I didnt get my order and its says its been delivered I never got my order

We placed our order at 1728 yesterday and included in the order were 3 Terry’s Chocolate Pies. The packaging on them is time stamped and it stated that these items should’ve been removed from sale at 1426 the same day. That’s 3 hours before we placed our order. These items were out of date.

Nothing was delivered and app just changed "delivered". Not what people want to see, when wating for dinner after long day at work. Makes no sense to leave a tip before delivery arrives.

Food is cold, delivery person said he had to walk as his bike had a puncture.

Awful service, no food delivered to my house even though it says delivered. Waited an hour. Ring door bell to prove no one came. Not good service. House number and road name on my house...had to email my complaint, come back to me in a couple of days

Ordered a lot of things that come with dips. No dips arrived. This has happened too many times and I’m fed up. Last time I tried to claim a partial refund because my order was not complete, they told me dips don’t count. Not happy

Food is always hot. But when I place a large order there’s always an item or two missing and never send straws or dips. Just infuriating!!! It’s not difficult.

again payed for dips and still got no dips this has happened now four times.

when I ordered the delivery time changed 3 times which was frustrating and no option to cancel order.

I had order for two mcspicy meals and one mcspicy burger. should have got 3 mcspicy burgers but only got two.

Food was late. But that's fine, if it's worth the wait. It wasn't. It was tasty yes, but cold. The fries especially were cold and we had to microwave them to warm them back up. This is the 2nd time in a row this has happened.

The bag from McDonald’s that is meant to be sealed wasn’t. It had been opened. Everything was there but it was cold

All good with no problems. A typical standard mcdonald's with typical standard food. Stuff they are generally friendly and nice. You can't go wrong there if you can't decide what to eat.

Tried to order twice, first delivery driver cancelled order when couldn’t find apartment, second delivery driver ignored direction instructions, got irate with me on the phone when I tried telling him (nicely) where to go and put delivered on order without arriving. Place was filthy from tables and benches to the floor and toilets. Food was OK as mcdonald's is but the restaurant it self was far from worthy to serve and eat food in it.
