McDonald's in Huntingdonshire

Well situated off the A1. Great service and food. Very large car park and a nice drive through. Overall excellent.

The staff it's very lazy I am waiting 15 minutes for one hamburger 🥵🥵🥵🥵

Recently refurbished, very clean and the drive through now has 2 lanes of which allowed for a very quick and easy process.

Not open 24hrs as stated on their own app, I’m a night hgv driver, was attempting to get food and coffee, doors locked and cone over drive thru at 0245

Average at best. I don't know why I get food. Even the previously proud cheap coffee is not cheap anymore?

Today I was treated badly.... While waiting at the counter I was ignored by the staff, then I waited 10 minutes and reminded myself that I was still waiting, I heard that the lady would not serve me.... I don't really know what the argument was, lack of knowledge of the cash register or cash register not working. Thank you for the morning coffee 👍

It's a McDonalds, had a recent refit, now two lanes to take orders but only one for payment and order fulfilment seems a bit of a mistake to me across all McDonalds

What use is it to a truck driver that’s hungry and only the drive through is open. 🤬🤬 24/12/24 Now they are shut overnight in a prime spot talk about the huge loss of earnings 😂😂🤦‍♂️

The recent changes to the restaurant have significantly diminished the overall dining experience. The atmosphere now resembles a chaotic cattle market rather than the refined ambiance one would expect from a restaurant. During my visit, I was forced to endure a frustrating 20-minute wait in a cramped holding area. This provided an unwelcome front-row seat to the rather unappetizing spectacle of staff haphazardly assembling meals onto trays and then unceremoniously stuffing them into plastic bags. This assembly-line approach completely undermined the sense of occasion and culinary artistry that should be associated with dining out. Furthermore, the overall organization of the service appeared to be in complete disarray. There was a palpable lack of coordination and efficiency, leading to unnecessary delays and a general sense of chaos. In conclusion, I believe these recent alterations have had a profoundly negative impact on the restaurant's character. The current format falls far short of the refined dining experience I had previously enjoyed, and I sincerely hope that these changes will be reconsidered.

New franchisee, I think. Maybe they're still finding their feet...

Really messed up this place with the new store layout. No longer going to be our regular stop on the A1.

Usually McDonald's food and service. Restaurant was clean as were the toilets. Hand driers in toilets were all out of order though

This branch advertises as being open 24 hours a day. This morning I visited at 2am, the restaurant was empty apart from one employee who said they were closed due to a system update. When I questioned that you are meant to be 24 hours he said we are but we close everyday at 2am for a system update which takes about 20 minutes, then they reopen. So they aren’t open 24 hours. Please amend your opening hours to avoid me passing by other restaurants that were open including the McDonald’s on the A14.

The food was pretty much cold by the time we got it. The large sprite was only half full and lukewarm, just a bit disappointing really

Drove to wrong address & cold food

Raised politely an issue with undercooked food. Refused to consider it, look at it or to change. Stated "cooked to perfection" when clearly raw. Never had such an experience before in a macdonalds. Will not recommend unless raw undercooked food with ignorant staff is your preference.

I ordered food at prior to midnight only for my food to never arrive & when I check back the on app after generously giving it more time to arrive. It tells me my food arrived at 00:30. DESPITE them changing the delivery time to 25-45. & THE FOOD NEVSR ARRIVING & YOU STILL TAKING MY MONEY! Disgusting behaviour

The restaurant was very busy, but what else do you expect at 7pm on a Friday. The table service was excellent, and the wraps very good, although the fries were not very hot, which rather detracted from the enjoyment. The only real - and significant - minus point was the men’s toilets, which were disgraceful. The floor was awash with indeterminate fluids, the nappy bin was overflowing, and the smell was pretty bad. If there was a separate assessment for toilets, they’d deserve no more than one star. McDonald’s needs to pay more attention to keeping those facilities clean. Disabled access was pretty good. However, there are very few disabled parking slots (all of which were occupied when we arrived). In the end we parked a fair distance away, which made things difficult for my wife.

Stated I had a tomato allergy and ordered a triple cheeseburger with no ketchup. The burger came with no allergy label and was coated in tomato ketchup, if I had taken a bite it could have been fatal. Stay away

Worst mcdonalds around..orders always wrong..times I've had to go back to get missing items..its not just me either, others have said same..

I would not even give a 1 star. Litteraly now about 1.30 am visited brampton hut intercharge MC Donald . Absolutly disgusting staff stand in between door not let any People in to.order food and to do toilett . Open 24 hours a day.!! I had severly disabled little Child with me Who desperatly needed toilett and even thought the MC Donald staff not even let the Child go for toilett ..absolutly ridiculous.

It is jolly hard to find. It is behind the M and S simply food and it feels like you have to go the wrong way down a one way road to get to it. You know what to expect food wise so it was worth it though.

Both Happy Meals were shoved in one box and the food fallen out of all the bags, the other box was slipped underneath the other. No ketchup for the kids Happy Meals as requested or the dip for the mozzarella bites as requested.

No sausage in the sausage and pancake! Therefore over charged!

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the young man got me an allergen leaflet when I told him I was a coeliac and the young lady who served me explained that I could have a mcflurry plain which would be gluten free even though the leaflet didn't have that option. I was rather disappointed with the salad, some green leaves, 2 thin slices of tomato, 2 thin slices of cucumber plus a rather dry chicken breast. When compared with the burger my friend had it certainly wasn't value for money so I won't be repeating the order. I was disappointed that in the UK there still isn't a gluten free burger option, a pity considering how many coeliac's there are in the country. So overall I would say it was ok, the fries were lovely and hot but as for the rest could do better.

It's not 24/7 restaurant, yes there is about 5 employees sitting outside after 2200 smoking and saying their closed. Avoid if you're traveling at night as you won't eat here.
