McDonald's in Solihull

Why do you not salt the fries? Why are the fries never warm? Why do you get the orders mixed up all the time? Why do you forget the sauces in our meals on delivery? Just take note and fix the issues please

Great service, even though the staff was busy service the breakfast, they made time to make some fries specifically for me on my request at 10.20 am. Special thanks to Rhia, the manager for that I highly appreciate it.

Order took 20 minutes to be delivered while all the just eat and diliveroo drivers walked in picked up food and left. Seems that serving people at the building is not a priority.

We received non salted fries, and the service was bad because the person could not be understood and secondly because we waited in our takeout lane with the car and the other lane was moving very quickly. It was as of we were forgotten and there was five cars behind or so who was able to put in their orders before ours. We'll likely never go again as McDonald's can no longer provide a consistent service. There has now been multiple instances where the order is wrong too.

Supposed to be a 24h McDonald’s. Stopped to charge my car here at 10:30pm and the doors are locked. Not sure you’ve understood what « open 24/7 » actually means.

Ordered uber eats and slight amendments on the burgers. All the burgers came with everything on… I literally mean everything, cucumber, mayo, ketchup, loads of gerkins, sweet chilli…. Everything that could grab their hands on. Drove back to the store to be met with a rude manager. Rest of the food at home cold. Not sure if someone thinks it’s a joke to handle customers food like that but it’s disgusting.

My order arrived cold and without a single source /dip I ordered 4 dips with my order but no a single one was delivered. Very disappointing and a total waste of money

everytime sprite taste like water. dpreparing food in 25 min its way to long for Mac standards. eventually order time extended to 30min. again and again and again. discipline these kids

Adam with the hearing aid service was way better the shift manager that was working there. Adam was amazing and very friendly I really hope he gets recognised and gets a recognition for his service and his time.

Ordered a mcchicken sandwich meal and the chicken sandwich wasn’t packed. Waisted meal as my partner only had the chips, that were cold. How can they get this wrong.

0645hrs today restaurant closed despite signs saying open 24hrs. Went through drive through mumbling lack wit on the intercom. Ordered two breakfast wraps - no sauce. Two coffees one black and one white plus an extra shot in the black. Waited 5 minutes for the food. One coffee- black and one espresso. The girl on the counter could only keep repeating that this was the order and that she couldn’t charge me at that window for another coffee. Told her to forget it and drove off to the parking area to eat. Two lukewarm wraps with brown sauce and no way back into the premises to complain other than dodge the vehicle in the queue or drive through again. Never again McDonald’s , Greggs it is in the future

There was a group of 12-14 year olds cussing, swearing, saying the c word & f word. When I asked the manager to do something they didn't and the kids carried on. Disgusting management!

Food is as expected. Orders can be often wrong and fries can vary wildly in quality.

I bought a gift card. You took the money and haven’t given me my gift card!! I can’t get hold of anyone and your app is rubbish as it doesn’t answer my question.

Frustrated, visited twice in the last two weeks, first visit on 20/10/24 at 5am, I was told that the system was down and I would have to wait 15mins. Again went to visit on the 26/10/24 and told that the system was down at 04:25 Seems convenient that this is around the same time the switch over happens to breakfast. If you’re unwilling to make the food, on your website just say you’re closed from 4am to 5am, atleast then I know not to waste my time.

Drive through a is a joke,people using there horns to get attention to order food,they served 3 people at the other order point until I gave up and drove to the window,worst drive through ever and it's like this every time I've been!!!!

This McDonalds is ok. Their service, whilst ok, used to be much better several years ago. Guess it's staff turnover. Food is ok, but beware this place gets very busy. Always check your orders before leaving as I've seen incidents of the occasional missing item.

This is one of the worst mcdonalds in terms of service that I have been to. Not only are they REALLY slow at preparing your order be it via drive through or at the counter, they also consistently make mistakes with the order or produce substandard food. On my visit today I waited over 20 minutes in the drive through queue to be served and receive my order. When I finally got my food both fries and burger were cold and stale. My sprite had no flavouring and was just fizzy water. My Fanta had no fizz and was flat. Mcflurries were supplied melted. Considering how busy they are you would think that food would be cooked and handed out fresh but staff quality is really poor here and on most of my visits there is an issue. Mcdonalds are useless to raise complaints with and their virtual agent to log the complaint is the worst. Only upside about the poor service here is that I have started using mcdonalds less and spending my money elsewhere on better quality restaurants

ordered 3 double cheeseburgers, 6 nuggets, mozzarella sharer box, 2 drinks at the drive through and when i got home my nuggets weren’t in the bag, not happy wanted my nuggets

My food was stone cold and the sauce that i paid for was missing! I was offered £2.44 refund when my order came to £12! Disgraceful

Yesterday I popped in before work, I ordered a sausage and egg muffin breakfast and a double sausage and egg muffin breakfast,,, I ended up with 2 sausage muffins without the eggs! It was rather cold and disappointing! Hash browns were also cold 🥶

Just done drive through 6:30am & food is OLD, cheesy flatbread is hard & crunchy and even hash brown is dry, I am so P'd off, only work round the corner so drove round & just opened cardboard food, 1/10.

Staff acknowledge you when your waiting, serve you quickly, my orders always right, I generally come for breakfast, it's always clean. This is how a maccies should be!

i ordered two large meals and when delivered was completely different to what was what ordered. one was a philly cheese stack and i received a mcchicken sandwich which and 6 chicken nuggets and a sweet chilli wrap and received a grilled chicken wrap with cucumber on which is unacceptable as the person it was bought for is allergic to cucumber and requested it off. appalling service

Ordered the selection box and no dips delivered. The only point is the dips with a chicken box.

Ordered a fresh fish o filet along with other food via drivethru . They said they were making the food fresh, i even had to wait at the next window. Gave me the bag, told me i dont need to check if the food is all in the bag anyways fast forward, I literally live up the road, doesnt even take two mins to get to mc donalds, come home and everything is stone cold ! The nuggets, the chicken strips, apple pie, the fish o fillet that they made me wait for and the fries were soggy. Went for a large too and it was less than a quarter in the fries box. Absolutely hacked off to the max. Couldnt go back as the baby fell asleep and then would have been such hard work to get her back to sleep. Extremely frustrating! Tried to phone on several occasions straight but no one picks up!

Ordered a plain quarter pounder cheese meal large with strawberry shake. Milkshake - fine Fries - stone cold and undercooked The burger- Arrived in salad box with no bun, covered in mayonnaise, onions and ketchup. Worst McDonald’s ever!!!

Chips are under cooked, soggy and white greecy food. Dirty tables, toilets are filthy.
