McDonald's in Middlesbrough

Radical interior design compared to how it, and all the other McDonald's, are laid out. Not sure about it. Possibly less appealing to the kids, a big part of their customer base

Slowest service ever. Nobody inside, 3 at the drive thru. Having to wait 15 minutes For a sausage and a hash brown in the car space, should have been ready at the window. I ended up having to go in to get my food.

Got bayed AGAIN no hot drinks very poor

While quite a few people take a swipe at McDonalds, sometimes it’s just the best option for a quick meal while you are out & about.

Ordered from a kiosk inside the restaurant and it was 24 minutes to provide a cup of coffee, a double cheeseburger and six nuggets on a midweek quiet lunchtime. The coffee was warm, not hot and no sauce for the nuggets. It was quiet inside when I placed my order, but was getting busy when I left and many people were questioning the delays. Simple enough never to use this place again as other options are closer.

so i got chips there was NO salt on the chips how does one even eat such dry chips. i also was at the till standing for 10 minutes didn’t get served so left the shop due to bad service. the toilets were all locked also

Only order on screen waited 15 mins for food service is so slow

Always good service. One of the few mcdonalds that get your order right and make burgers without sauce upon request. Always put the correct dips in. Collection is always quick and easy too.

delivery driver decided to pull up and take a break while my food was in the back of the car he lit a cigerete up and decided to make a call and have a full on conversation whiles I was stood awaiting my food I then had to go outside and knock on his window and ask him for my food and what a waste of my money it was

The meals delivered were stone cold. chips tasted like they had been reheated several times and burgers where like cardboard. really disappointed ☹️

Food was stone cold, barely any chips. The time for our order kept changing getting later and later waited ages for our order.

Took over an hour to come and I was sent the complete wrong muffing that I can’t eat because I’m allergic!!! And a hash brown was missing. I had to microwave my coffee as it was stone cold. Absolute joke.

always change the time then when u get the order there is guaranteed to be something missing lost count how many orders I've had items missing not a very good service at all

My Big Mac came with no bun lid , I never received my strawberry milkshake or sauces , medium chips came like a small portion and were cold , literally 2 minutes away from you as well couldn’t get the option to collect or I would have , don’t think I’ll be ordering again. Says spend over £20 and get a free chicken mayo or cheese burger and didn’t receive that either. Got chocolate also tasted like I’m drinking water

no food was delivered to my home

ordered a family meal with 4 burgers and 4 fries. but no fries turned up at all and 1 of the burgers was wrong. Big mac was good though. shame it's missing half the order

Food was freezing cold delivery late

Ordered a milk shake and was handed a cup with flavoured milk that was more runny than coke. Was told "This is how they are coming out! Do you want it or would you like something else?". If it's not right, you should not sell it, charge people extra for it, and then hand them substandard products with poor excuses. Luckily, I spoke to the person that took the meals out and had them swapped.

Bad customer service who serves cold food

Absolutely appalling this is second time this has happened to me it absolutely shocking I paid over 40 pound for this order and I didn’t receive any of it , I phoned the restaurant to be told that driver had picked up at 11:15 and this is when I phoned them at 12:10 I just want full refund to my bank account because I wont be using this app no more all my hard earn money for delivery drivers to eat the food this twice this happened to me need better delivery people putting your company to shame

Very bad customer service. Person who answers the phone claims himself as a manager and got no clue about his job role and how to speak to customer. Very bad attitude.

Try to avoid on match day it gets really busy, but once the football match has started, within 15 minutes beforehand it goes quiet again

It's big. That's about it. Their inability to mix hot chocolate powder is amazing. Milk at the top, sludge at the bottom.

Appealing the food was over hour late rang the shop said driver had it to then put phone down and the order then take another 30mins everything freezing and items missing want a full refund won’t be ordering again

Food is fine, but having to wait nearly 20 minutes for food is a joke, especially when you can see other people in the drive through getting served and told they ordered on the app. So me coming into the stor makes me a 2nd class citizen then does it, why do they get better service because they orderd from the app. Is my money any different it's a joke and definitely won't be returning

What an exceptionally busy McDonald's at lunchtime. Despite this, the wait time was very good, staff were excellent and very polite. A good experience in busy times. Well Done to the team at this store.

McDonald's has gone downhill the last few years And this Middlesbrough restaurant is a perfect example of that After the refurb, the atmosphere is more closed in and dated.... Long waits, even with short cues....and the food is barely average ... Not the pleasure it used to be ...

Food was ok, but priority service had the noisiest people, not quiet, decent clients. I understand you must get rid of them first, but to have at least 6 orders served before you, just because some big mouth,uneducated are present is unacceptable. The place is a complete mess! You need stronger security, and everyone should be treated the same! No one should be above the law, and to be made so uncomfortable, it is unacceptable! Managers, look at those cameras and see what's happening in your restaurants! This should not be tolerated!

Very disappointed as the burger and chips were barely warm and no ketchup was provided despite being ordered. It made for a very poor but expensive meal. On the plus side, delivery was quick.

Couldn’t find any in Newcastle or Sunderland but they seem to be a fair few in boro the staff were very welcoming polite also very professional they did a great job kept the place clean

I am really unhappy with order as the majority of my order was missing and it was cold. Every time I order from this restaurant there seems to be a problem either cold food or missing items.

i received 6 nuggets and 3 tenders instead of the 13 nuggets and the 6 tenders.

I use this store 364 days a year. The staff are always friendly & courteous the food is well presented. However they are badly let down by owners who think that food hygiene rules don't apply to them. They can often be seen wandering round the food preparation area moving drinks etc around. With out any PERSONAL PROTECIVE CLOTHING ( not even a hat ) When asked the reply was we don't need it, if you don't like it get your money back and go somewhere else. So not only does PPE not apply to these owners but niether does CUSTOMER SERVICE Please note this in no way reflects on the staff just bad owners

They never make it right lol. Ask for double cheese supposed to be on top and bottom they only give 1 slice on the bottom. The bun is always hard and chewy and the fries 90% of the time are cold and not salted. Sometimes when you ask for ketchup dips you don't even get them but I can't complain about that this time because they followed a simple task for once.

Freezen cold again won't be ordering again, chips are full black bits burger is black like rubber
