McDonald's in Richmond upon Thames

Stopped in on my way to Sainsbury's. I had the £5 combo meal and it was good. I had the cheeseburger minus cheese, onion, and mustard. A side salad which was wonderful, 4-piece chicken McNuggets with Sweet and Sour dipping sauce, and i ordered a three-piece mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were tasty but not melted cheese since they weren't fresh out of the fryer. The dining room was clean and actively dining room attendant doing a great job of keeping the dining room clean. I recommend this McDonald's!

Drive through very quick and efficient

All good food and service good. Staff very efficient. Toilets need checking, one toilet hadn't been flushed which was pretty awful, but the staff were not to blame as apart from this it was clean and they can't be everywhere.

Really poor service - a recent order placed using the app had two incorrect items in it.

Went there on new year's day. Had to park up and wait for my order. Someone bought the food out. Wrong receipt and no milkshake. It was chucking it down so I had to wait at the drive thru window in the rain. Not impressed!

This place is a complete pain to the surrounding area. When it gets busy, traffic trying to get in blocks the exit road from the adjacent busy roundabout which then blocks the exit from McD's to the roundabout resulting in complete gridlock, and McDonalds staff do absolutely nothing to control it. Why they were ever allowed to put this drive through right next to a very busy roundabout is a mystery.

Manger was rude and unaccommodating. No customer service skills

mcdonald’s walton.. i’m disappointed. when i arrived i was bewildered by the images of rusty tin cans on the wall? very unappealing. we got delivery from my home. (0.209, 0.509, 2.412) we were appalled by the lack of speed by the mcdonald’s delivery driver. watching him on the map was quite stressful. half way through the journey i recieve a message from the driver saying “i crashed”. i was outraged with mcdonald’s for giving their delivery drivers unsafe equipment. he still decided to bring the food due to my request and when it arrived it was in a state. i ordered a coke but the cup was empty with no lid and straw but i later found the substance leaking from my rucksack. how did mcdonald’s do that?? my chips were too hot flat with a tire strip imprinted on them. they burnt my tounge and i had to remove a piece of tarmac in a fry. i have an airborne allergy to road and this could’ve killed me. i decided to take a minute outside when it started raining. mcdonald’s timed this delivery awfully! my nuggets didn’t contain any meat but just the batter. my mc flurry arrived melted and a bite mark in it! who takes a bite out a mcflurry! my happy meal wasn’t so happy and had a frown! it came with a squashed up toy which traumatised by young son! i had to take a minute as i’m airborne allergic to frowns. my sauce tasted like colours and had another bite mark in it - along with saliva. it tasted great! the salad didn’t come although i didnt order one. the apple pie tasted more like a pair! the pair sauce fell out leaving just the shell when it was picked up. it stunk! my cat ate it and had a seizure? i’m allergic to seizures so had to go outside in the rain. i’m allergic to rain so had to go inside where i found my cat in purrfect condition! 😂🥰 anyways don’t recommend deliveroo! (ps walton not feltham)

Mcdonals on Hanworth is terrible! I paid for a Large meal and only received HALF a CHIP BOX of Fries! Is this my moneys worth? Half a box? ordered a Hot chocolate but my drink is cold. Absolutely despicable considering the restaurant is 5 minutes by car?

Food was not cooked properly have been very unwell due to to this and will be asking for a refund

Constantly gets orders wrong. Said to the lady 5 times no sauce in bacon roll. Well what a surprise did she listen. Its like she done the total opposite and drowned it in ketchup. Also ordered the marshmallow latte which was a standard coffee. Been here a few times in last few months but everything its either rude staff or order wrong!

stop by for a quick meal, the food was exceptionally warmer this time. The staff members were courteous and pleasant. The restaurant was spotlessly clean.

The manager being rude with no manners ,not only having his back at me when he spoke, but to the point that he cared more about his pen and a clipboard. The food quality and service definitely going down hill. Especially milkshakes, lately been getting just a foamy mess instead of a milkshake. Not coming back to this place again.

Good if not in a rush. It’s busy, you’ll generally find and so are its local road exit singular sliproad.

Really disappointed, waited for over 15 mins for my order, when it arrived the majority of it was cold, we only realised by the time we got home so it was too late to turn around & go back

Every time they forget to put a burger or something else in the order I paid for. 5-6 pounds every time is crazy. I have to check everything at the cash register every time. This is a scam!

Delivery took a really long time my food was not delivered to me as by the time the food did come i had gone to sleep unacceptable not usually like this

The workers are rude and they don't have variety of burger options e.g they Didn't have a chicken big Mc, as a matter of fact they didn't have any chicken options for burgers. I am very appalled and dissatisfied with McDonald's. I hope this message finds you guys well.

Classic maccas..... very poor layout of drive thru

This branch can get extremely busy and the car park is fairly small causing quite a mess as the Drive-thru trafic passes through the carpark but the service inside as well as drive-thru is decent with courteous staff.

It's McDonald's after all. Tried McRib liked it originally but now tasteless!

Not sure why it's not rated higher. Clean set up, quick service and well prepped food. It's a McDonald's at the end of day but it's a good one. Some parking available though it can get busy.

Drive thru is shocking effective but parking is pure luck.

This place had amazing food, I love it! Wow, the burgers are good, my cousin, their parents, my parents in law they chomped the food down like wolves eating steaks!

Was awful a waste of money delivery took over an hour…. I had to stay awake to accept the delivery and when I received it the food was so cold I had to put it in the microwave… so disappointed with this service. My milkshake was melted all of my fries and burger cold

Worst mcdonalds I've ever come across. Wrong orders all the time, missing items and often cold.

The coffee had spilt everywhere, bacon rolls were cold and there was no ice cream either. Driver just said sorry it’s not my fault and left. Not happy and have not been refunded for anything - not the spilt coffee cold rolls or the missing ice cream.

Really busy and tiny carpark. Drive through is pretty busy and tightly spaced also. Great at off peak times.

Great atmosphere, good food. Great access full all locations. This McDonald’s has a very functional drive through with a turnover of over 600 cars/day. The meals come out fairly quickly so get ready to enjoy.

Took over 50 mins to arrive. The Coca Cola was knocked over so the bag soaked and went into the McFlurry. Big Mac and fries stone cold.

Just like any McDonald's really easy access for drive thru fast and no waiting large car park disabled bays also inside was clean and easy to order

Its a mcdonalds. The same everywhere. Normally, very hot and fresh food. Not normally a long wait, although the car park can get congested, especially the drive thru

By far the best McDonalds in the area, ive been to many mcds locally and none of them taste as well cooked as this one. There's definitely something different about these guys in terms of food quality.

Minus Stars for the manager. I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply concerning experience my family and I had at one of your branches on the 12th at 10:40 PM. We placed our orders and sat down to enjoy our meal, only to be abruptly informed by the manager that the store closes at 11 PM. We were told we could only take away or finish our meal within minutes, as half of our food arrived at 10:58 PM, and the rest of our order was forgotten. We politely mentioned that this information should have been communicated before taking our orders, especially since we were a group of ten celebrating my son's birthday. There was no feasible way to eat in our cars. Shockingly, the manager responded that it was also his birthday and that he needed to leave early. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service was astonishing. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, the manager sped off in his car with loud music, nearly hitting us with his side mirrors. Such behaviour is both dangerous and unprofessional. If I were the owner of this branch, I would take immediate action to address this unacceptable conduct.

A very sold, very clean McDonalds. Never over busy from what I have seen so service is quick. But on the several times I have been the place is spotless & that gives confidence the food is the best it can be.

The order that turnt up was luke warm at best and was missing 5 chicken selects from one of the meals ordered, very very annoyed and disappointed.

I was highly impressed by the service of Jerome. He was polite, patient and most importantly very personable. He remembered when I asked for an extra cup to share the drink I bought and went the extra mile to delivery exceptional service by giving an extra straw when I forgot to ask for it. It's honestly the little things that make the restaurant more welcoming and pleasant. My friend and I would definitely recommend this branch to others because of the service and how promptly staff dealt with queries and kept the place hospitable and clean. Edit: we hope that you keep up the honest work and that one day you accomplish great things because of your proactiveness 😊

The staff is not friendly. I normally order fillet o fish coz I cannot eat anything else other than fish or vegetarian food on religious grounds. When asked, the wrap of the day was chilli chicken for £1.99 I asked then that I cannot eat chicken, is there a vegetarian substitute they said no if I want vege wrap I have to pay £3.59 which was not what I was not willing to pay. I would suggest that there should always be a vegetarian option considering we live in a multicultural city like London. Other feedback I would like to give is that if we fill out a survey (on the receipt) the price for the voucher was £1.99 which was fine now the price has been increased to £2.99 which I do feel is pricey and should have stayed at £1.99.

There was a fly in my drink. I informed a staff member, and they were very polite. They offered to get me a new drink, but I said I didn’t want one and just asked them to inform the manager. I overheard the manager’s response, as I was still nearby. The manager simply told the staff member to help with the orders and didn’t seem to care about the incident. I felt that the manager’s reaction showed a lack of concern for health and safety.

About the experience expected of a McDs no drama friendly staff ect.

I received someone else's delivery

The first order was cancelled from Feltham after pre booking it 2 hours earlier for this evening. Re ordered from Hanworth delivered finally received at 23.35pm Delivery driver really nice and friendly. Sadly food is cold. Glad it wasn’t my first experience with ordering!!

Worst table delivery service ever. 4 times back and forth with our order. Seemed to have his mind elsewhere. Luckily it's not our nearest McDonald's, just passing through.

Only downer is the size of the car park

Quick, efficient and predictable - you always know what you're getting. And the quality is, well McDonald's :) Also open "all"the times so there's when you need a bite as we did yesterday on our way back from holidays.

The issue is that the self serve screens are too near the door so people can't get in or you have to move constantly to let buggies and people past when you are trying to order
