McDonald's in East Riding of Yorkshire

I was the only order on the screen, staff seem to prioritise the drive through. I had to wait 10 minutes. Some of the staff members look like they had been walking through the farmers fields with muddy and dirty footwear.

Been going for years always has the best staff and service, there's a lad there at the moment who tells jokes when you order a meal or he brings it to your car, always cracks me up and makes my day

AVOID...Ordered via McDonald's app, 5 items missing and one item sent wrongly....ordered mayo chicken ended up with fish. Called Goole branch to be told to take it up with uber even if it was their fault they dont take responsibilty...Uber won't deal with it as they're just delivery...NOT GREAT FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY TOOK....will not use again.

I have just had the most amazing McDonald's food experience ever! I tried a new item on the menu, which is a Mcrispy bbq smokehouse, it was absolutely beautiful. The chicken was cooked to perfection, and the presentation was very impressive as well! I can't recommend this item enough. But also, the service and food in general at the Goole branch is exceptional, with a lovely bunch of staff working there! I'd also like to thank the lad that was sprinkling salt on the path, as I walked into the restaurant last weekend, after we had the snow. He made me safe, but also made my day with how sweet he was! Thankyou.

Went here when in need of quick food all staff was chatting in the back and ignoring the fact I wanted to place an order a very kind and attentive staff member who was a cleaner so I was being neglected and called someone to take my order rest of the staff are below par but this man was keen and very observant this review is for him !!!!! If this blokes working it's a good place to eat!!!!

No cups for coffee one day then the week after no coffee what the hell is all that about

The worst mcdonalds. Orders are wrong 9 times out of 10. Foods generally cold on collection, BUT you get a brucey bonus if you actually get what youve asked for, which I'm sure is the reason for the consistent cock ups, marketed distraction. Order a delivery? it would be warmer after spending a week in the Arctic. I'm more confident in asking any toddler to make me a sandwich and actually receive what I've asked for.

Plenty of hot coffee, good atmosphere, polite staff very friendly.

Went late at night so they weren't busy, the place was a mess and they still managed to cock my order up and leave out a 20 nugget box! Didn't realise till I was over 20 mins away! Absolutely USELESS

I went through the drive through ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers they came with no gherkins and no sauce….. so dry and will not be going back

I always have to check my order as every time I visit, there is always something missing. This is the worst of the worst it needs closing down. Staff are rude and arrogant and as I said every time I visit the order is NEVER correct always something missing or incorrect order and IF it is correct it's cold. I wouldn't let my dog eat anything will never go again unless it has a complete revamp and new professional staff

Probably one of the better McDonald's, the staff are always pleasant and get the orders right. Probably the only criticism is that it can be very busy and the car park is too small with it being on a motorway but that's no fault of the branch.

Someone in the kitchen didn't care tonight as our chicken selects were missing and my chicken and bacon Caesar wrap was just 2 chicken selects in a wrap with nothing else! Frustrating to realise only when we get home!

Ordered breakfast sandwiche came with three ingredients missing out of 4, they re made it and it was the same, the third time the bacon was hardly cooked and sausage was burnt so i gave up and got my refund and left

Went in the drive through this morning to take advantage of the £2.79 breakfast deal as I do in most mc Donald's.I was told it was for app only.i stated I only had cash .which is still legal tender in England and no where did it state only on the app as paid for the same meal cash at 6 or more establishments before.i was trapped in the drive through so had to mount 2 kerbs to escape this ridiculous mission of getting some food... CASH IS KING.

Typically what you would expect from a McDonald's, not the greatest food but it's quick enough to let it slide, shame the prices are ever increasing too nowadays. I find myself going less and less.

Quick meal with my wife on the way home from Hull. Food served really quickly by friendly staff. Between us, had Big Mac and Quarter Pounder with small fries, a small soft drink and a tea, using some recent offers we both had, which made it great value. Many thanks.

The staff are miserable, the food was very greasy and sub standard, and for the 2nd week in a row no hot chocolate.. Very poor.. Would not recommend.. Roll on the new fast food outlets being built nearby

Terrible, slowest service in a McDonalds I've ever known. Staff in their own little world, perhaps a refresh of customer service training would do them wonders 😂 That being said, this was 10pm on a Thursday night but the amount of staff that I saw vs number of customers, god only knows what they where all doing 🤷

Went to get some breakfast coffee and breakfast wrap where spot in, but when it came to the bacon and cheese flat bread it was rather "flat"and cold, went back to complain and got it swapped to find the second one was cold, should of gone back but was pressed for time. management not doing there jobs

The past few visits to this restaurant I have had zero gherkins on any of my burgers , including big macs and cheese burgers . The fries are quite nice. Last time I had a chicken big Mac . Not sure if this generally is a gross burger but the one I had was disgusting and i did not eat. I have never had a chicken big Mac before so unsure if it was the quality of the specific burger I had or that a chicken big Mac is just like this everywhere.

OH WOULD YOU LOOK AT THAT, THEY DID IT AGAIN! I paid for a double and they tried palming me off with a single. I waited 20 minutes waiting just to be ripped off AGAIN. This is why I don't use McDonald's because I'm sick them minimum wage employees ripping the general public off for the shareholders. You won't be getting a penny out of me in the future giving me flat coke (half a cup) no salt on chips and only one patty. I couldn't personally find it in me to exploit people but I guess that's why you work at maccys and nothing that could lead to success. I don't even think that was proper coke. Ordered off the mcdonalds app asked for no mayonnaise in my sweet chilli chicken wrap and relieved the order to then open my wrap and find mayonnaise. The sticker on the wrap said no mayo and on the receipt. So to the employer that made my wrap, if I was severely illergic to eggs etc u would have had an even bigger problem on your hands other than a complaint that this mcdonalds seem to brush past their shoulders

The Grandchildren can order their own food. For me I like the calorie check and have always enjoyed the food. Plenty to do if little ones are bored, they can help themselves to crayons and pictures for colouring and assistants come round with flags, hats and puzzles. Friendly helpful staff.

This place keeps closing early and putting a sign on door ' closed due to unexpected maintenance ' which is a complete lie as the night time staff just wanted to close early and go home. This went on last Thursday and Friday and again today and previous weeks. This McDonald's is supposed to be open 24 hours. The management needs to stop this closing down attitude by the night staff wanting to go home early.

Always waiting and being asked to pull over, been 5 times and 5 times it's been the worst franchise ever. It's bad I guessed that Matlock and Chesterfield are run by the same people as they both suffer from the same problem. Ice machine broken... Frier down... Ice cream machine broken... Never any food available. It's like the franchisee is trying to cut corners on training and / or maintenance . I refuse to visit these now.

Completely and utterly disgusted by the reputation this establishment has created due to lack of credibility. 3 times we have ordered, 3 times we have had food missing, 3 times there is nothing they can do. Whoever is managing the phone has extremely poor customer service and an extremely poor knowledge of how everything works, whether it is the drivers fault or the workers fault, food should not be missing when so much money has been provided. An absolute shambles. This “nothing we can do about it” attitude needs to stop, especially when we are faced with a refund of £2 when the meal came to a total of £20.

Cracking coffee shame about the service, first thing on a morning it's absolutely terrible, very slow and the staff don't seem to care, I might only order two coffee's one white and one latte but it's wrong 3 out of 4 visits on my way to work. Hopefully it will improve and they start to get my simple order right..

Had breakfast sausage mcmuffin, which was really tasty

20 minutes to get a big mac and fries. Food was cold. Only used as nowhere else to eat. Eat in customers are bottom of the pile behind just eat orders nowadays.

We all love a Macky D's don't we? Definitely a guilty pleasure....but unfortunately it's becoming more and more common that you never get what you order for. We went to order a family meal....and when we got it home...several items were missing. Now granted the guys were amazing at fixing the issue...if there was a little more care..the issues wouldn't arise as often.

Shocking orders always wrong and don't find out until journey home ice machine never working when it's warm weather. They are just lucky no other fast food in Goole or would probably close down .

Fast and brilliant tasting food

Unfortunately this is the worst McDonald's I've been to, but it's the only one nearby. The service is the one of the slowest, the food is sometimes cold, and the number of times they've got the order wrong, it's unreal. It's also fairly grotty, not enough cleaning. Had an early morning visit, and even though there were no customers, the bins were full, the tables dirty, and the floor littered. Eventually someone came round to sweep....but then nothing. At least the food arrived quickly....as there was only me there!!
