McDonald's in Wandsworth

It's a fast food burger joint. Burgers fast. Sometimes actually enjoyable, to be honest., usually when immensely hungry, or totally trashed. It's good for the money... And fills a hole.

Use to love big tasty, but this time was unbeatable- worst burger taste, like a rubber, chicken nuggets also horrible although it was free I didn’t ate. Apple pie tastes same thanks for that the rest truly tasteless. Shame on McDonald s never ever again

ALL of the food was missing - the delivery driver told us "They only gave me the drinks" - all he had was the two Cokes and the bottle of water, we ordered £40 worth of food! He had no explanation for where the food was!

It never arrived, I have a photo of my wait time and have called the restaurant, they explained the order was never made as they were waiting for you to allocate a driver, and then the order was marked as delivered at 7.20. Please explain where our food or money is?

Was supposed to take 10-25 mins, ended up being 55. Wouldn’t have bothered ordering from here if I knew it would be that long. Everything was cold by the time I got it

An early Christmas miracle - the order from McDonald's Putney was 100% correct

Place has consistently gone down hill. Simple orders often take >15min even off peak to get made.

McDonald’s always ignores any extras you want to add on to your burger and it always turn up looking horrible and almost inedible. Also I didn’t mention in my refund request, but we ordered the share box of the cheese bites as well but also got more of a one person serving 4-5 pieces. It happens everytime, so not sure why I bother with a review for McDonald’s but here you go.

He split the hot chocolate all in the food destroying the food and not having a proper breakfast

I am disgusted by the service I have not received my order and the courier belatedly went to the wrong place on the map he was on Lacey road. I live in a block so you’d have to be buzzed in my buzzer is working as I received an Amazon delivery today I sent a message asking if he was lost and shortly freeware’s received a notification that it was delivered. I am a diabetic who has to inject 20 minutes before I eat I w done this and now I’ve no food to eat. I am a very disgruntled customer.

Terrible service , do not use on just eat either very poor service the staff seem unemployed and unbothered theyre even there . they never answer phone calls btw

This is one of my local McDonald's and I came here this morning for a quick bite to be disappointed with my Medium Sprite drink i ordered. Why does my drink tasted like Oasis and looks like a peach colour? Plz do better with your Sprite.

It was OK. Any kind of service has gone from McDonald's now, or maybe I've just not noticed, and it's actually been gone for a while. It's all automatic machines that never print off receipts and don't give you the option of emailing an order or receipt; come on McDonald's an organisation of your size, can surely do better?! I don't think it'll be long before the whole process of ordering, cooking, and dropping your order on the counter will be completed by machines and robots, with robots getting stars instead of humans. Two teas, a couple of bottles of water and nine nuggets for about a tenner isn't too bad and to be fair the tea was actually OK, and at gone eleven at night was very drinkable. But the guy behind the counter had to be asked for milk, sugar, stirrers, and sauce for the nuggets. Basics: You've got to get this right. Not everyone who goes into McDonald's late at night is drunk. Some people, like us, just want some good service and to get what we ordered without having to ask. It's really not hard. What next, a Big Mac without the roll????? There were also quite a few tables with dead trays, cartons, and cups/containers left abandoned on the tables. Now i know most customers dispose of their rubbish, but not everyone does. Surely the staff who were taking orders could be utilised to clear tables; oh no, I forgot, they've probably gone as part of a cost-cutting exercise. The costs might have gone but the service left with them. The hot chocolates are hot water, no flavour and were packaged appalling lly.

Really poor. Food was freezing but that’s probably as the driver stopped off at at apartment block for a delivery on the way. Chips soggy and no Galaxy caramel McFlurry as I asked for. Not good at all.

Food was standard except the fries or chips were kind of hard and cold, so we asked for replacement and they gave some more for free! How kind of them. I love the fillet o fish burger they do there because it is one of the only things that is halal but that’s ok. Visit for a quick treat sometimes

We were given the wrong order and I’m struggling to get my payment for said Oder cancelled. All I need is an email address to send photos but can’t find one! Or reply to emails sent to me from Macdonalds!!

The burger sent was the wrong one ordered. It was a miniature version, 1/4 the size usually ordered. RIP off.

Order was missing items, they instead put in a chicken mayo, chicken nuggets + cheese bites - I'm vegan so can't eat any of it - had to bin it - was also scared because of how wrong the order was, that they probably messed up the vegan burger.

Two times today they have missed items. Received 1st delivery, was refunded because all the items were wrong, ordered again and order was still missing items. Incompetent?

This is a good place, but as an Indian palate it didn't give me much enjoyment for the food. Also the space might get too crowded, of course it depends on which time you are getting there. Otherwise staff and service is really good

I haven't been here in a while but it's since had a refurbishment and looking fresh. My service was abit disjointed only because 1st staff to serve me didn't understand that l was using my code to collect points on my order on the till. The second colleague was more clued on and got there in the end. Food was OK although my cappuccino was slightly cold.

BEST NUGGEST BEST NUGGETS BEST NUGGETS!!! These nuggets cured my hangover. Strange atmosphere dining in here though. A few odd characters wondering around this McDonald’s. But the nuggets are sooooo good!!!!

McDonald's Putney seem to do fine with breakfast orders but frequently mess up dinner time orders. Anyway credit where it's due, this breakfast order was on time, hot and the correct order. Only slight issue was has browns being squashed together.

Changing dates for extended life. Really nasty practice Brownie came dated on 2 dates on extending the other and both with discard date on 22 and 25. nasty ..

Fantastic delivery, breakfast a little on the greasy side, but ok.

It's McDonalds! You know the drill. Anyone who gives it 5 stars should be disregarded for life. It's 3 or 4 consistently and that's the point.

Had a meal delivered a few times as I live nearby, but not quite close enough to walk in regularly. So far it was a very pleasant experience; bags were properly packed and sealed, coffee arrived hot and without spilling and even some napkins were added every time. Can't say I would rate McDonald's food 5 stars in general, but for what it is this has been a 5 star experience so far!

I mean, it's McDonald's so the review is given within that context. But it generally does exactly what I want it to when I've visited!

It kept changing the time and when it came it was cold

Service was incredibly slow. It was empty, I popped in for a hamburger and fries and I've never waited for so long in any McDonald's. The staff acted like it was their 1st day on the job.

The app changed the delivery address then delivered to the wrong address and the delivery was marked as delivered!

They are guaranteed to get the order wrong on deliveries. They have missed out food on almost every order I have ever done. Useless

The food was stone cold, burgers and fries. I ordered the large fries got the box but barely any fries, barely half full. Ice cream melted. The donut was stale. Clearly no care given.

I love the offers and you can easily afford a good breakfast for a fraction of the price

used to be the best McDonald's I've ever ordered from pre refurbishment now the quality is horrendous, constantly missing things from orders. drivers complaining they take too long. really disappointing as other local ones have never been much good but we waited for this to re open and now it's awful.

Delivery for in late. The Coca Cola was flipped inside the bag, so half of it was wasted. The sandwiches were stone cold.

Second time I have specified no cheese and despite packaging saying no cheese there is cheese on the burger. It's lucky my son does not have an allergy just a dislike.

i ordered a order from mc donalds on just eat. However i ordered the wrong drink for one meal i got. i called the resturant and asked if i could change the item. the employee said that i could. i gave him my order number and he proceeds to say my order number isnt there. there is no other mc donalds in putney so there is no way that my order isnt there. he ended the phone on my face so i called back and asked him if i could "change the item" again and he said "no" rudely. he told me to "shut up and go do some work"

Food didn’t taste good. Very oily.

My order was delivered in 1 hour. The drink was all spilled and the food was too cold to eat. I requested a refund but it was declined by you. Also the driver was very rude and told me it was not his fault: you can check the delivery times, he didn’t even open his location and appeared suddenly. I request a full refund for sure and refusing this request will lead to taking legal action from my end as a lawyer.

All food ordered looked good when opened looked as it should be. Food was right temperature to eat. Milk Shake was correct ice cream consistency. Enjoyed my meal.

It's had a big revamp, but they are prone to try to give limp and warm chips etc to customer's which means you have to waste time and request hot versions. Mc Donald's why do you do this?
