McDonald's in Epping Forest

It's no longer a good value fast food place, food presentation has been long forgotten, all burgers/sandwiches are literally just slapped together. Big Macs Always slide apart, no matter how much you try to stop it. It's just very convenient, burger king, wimpy and Wendy's are probably slightly better.

Took 20 mins to get my food really slow service and really unorganised

It take ages to collect your order, it need more staff or proper management. I waited over 10 minutes

Shittiest mcdonalds ive ever been to

We visit this McDonald's if we're in the area, maybe once every 3 months. It's a bit hit and miss but the food is generally of good quality. It's a very busy McDonald's and service is often very slow. Vouchers are seldomly accepted at the self order kiosks. We have had a few instances where the Mcflurry's are only half filled, the edges are empty with just a blob of ice cream in the centre of the tub, which is always disappointing as we would probably have the same amount of ice cream if we ordered the mini mcflurry. It's a shame that the car park only allows 90 mins. Once you've shopped, you don't have much time to sit and enjoy your food at McDonald's, we always end up having to rush through our food, having previously received a fine for overstaying the car park time.

Always mess your order up and place needs good clean

An average experience at this McDonald’s. The food was standard McDonald’s quality, but the service felt rushed and impersonal. The restaurant was crowded, seating area was clean most of the time, but it can get a bit busy during peak times and then seating area wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The drive-thru can be slow during busy times.

Went through drive-through, less than two minutes drive home food was cold!!

One of the worst ran McDonalds in the uk. You will receive half of what you paid for. They are scamming you for your money and should be reported to relevant authorities for not receiving what you pay for.

Hottest weekend of the summer so far and guess what, in usual form the ice cream machine is switched off again…. I know it’s a franchise and all run differently but this one is particularly bad

ZERO STARS !! Absolutely shocking experience at 3am in the morning. Molly was disgustingly rude from the beginning. Firstly waited 15mins at the drive thru no one came to take the order. Once the order was placed we then had to wait another 30 minutes + 2 cars behind while they were taking to their mates joking around with the car in front. When it finally came to pay they straight away refused to give my order as the car behind me beeped and when asked why I can’t get the food the shut the door without even giving me the refund. When wanting to speak to the manager he refuses to give his name or do anything about it ! After that MOLLY comes outside verbally abuses me and throws rubbish at my me and my car. UNBELIEVABLE.

I've marked it as 1 star simply because I got this notification for just driving past McDonald's, so I have no idea on food, service, atmosphere but the request to leave feedback sucks.

Was a slight delay in service, but worked to customer expectations and kindly apologised for the delay.

Again, no condiments arrived. That's £1.20 over 2 orders. Just Eat NEVER refund. who keeps the money? Soggy fries without the dips that I paid for was a disappointing experience.

Had a great experience at this McDonald’s with my little 2 year old. Food came quick and eveything was very clean. Gulsum very helpful and kind . She is an asset to the place !! Thank you Gulsum!

Not received my food delivered to somewhere else

Our food order came on time however everything we ordered was completely stone cold. We were very disappointed. Considering it’s winter and very cold, why isn’t there something in place to ensure that our food reaches us still hot or at least warm enough to eat. There’s no point in arriving on time, if the food is not edible because it’s completely cold. At this point, I don’t know who is to blame, McDonalds or Just Eats.

Poor Courier was stuck at restaurant for a long time . What were the staff doing? Food was all cold - even the apple pie! The milkshakes were melted . Only one straw provided for two milkshakes , seriously??

Was 45 mins late & driver phoned & cut off , kept messaging & calling to help find him. He just say at top of road & wouldn’t give my order . Didn’t receive untill 12.50 & food was cold & looked like been eaten , food then become un edible and my lunch break was over was unable to eat

Don’t usually complain, but each time I’ve ordered from McDonald’s the food is cold. I think it’s because they put the drinks next to the food little bit disappointing but delivery driver was really friendly.

Holy crap what a horrible location this site is on. The food was actually good. But the staff were miserable and I think I would be too if I had to put up with that location.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonalds anywhere in the world. It took well over a hour from the time I ordered my meal and when it arrived it was freezing and I had to throw it away. I’m never ordering from here again and I would like a full refund.

The inside of the McDonald's was great and if anything was dirty the cleaner would clean it up instantly, the service is also great because staff always stay kind and finally food is alright because sometimes( like a 1% chance) get either my burger wrong but not removing everything I asked to be removed or the food items are missing but other than that 5 stars

ordered McDonald’s via just eat, and the order I received was incorrect. I went to the local branch, being Waltham Abbey, so they can help with my order. The label on the bag was my correct order, however the items received inside the bag were incorrect. I explained to your supervisor on shift that the items listed on the receipt (that was attached to the bag), doesn’t match to what is inside. Before I could even saying anything else, she said it’s not our fault you need to speak to the delivery provider. She then later explained that the driver must have taken the receipt off the bag and swapped them over. Your supervisor was finding any excuse, to not even help with my matter. I would seriously reconsider training your staff with customer service and people skills. I had no other option to ask for someone else Senior on shift, as I was getting no help, to which your assistant manager called Holly tried supporting with this. They offered me an orange juice, but no other items on the order. If you’re willing to give me part of the order, why not everything else. I have paid for a service that I didn’t receive, I wasn’t even offered a refund. Absolutely appalled by the way I was treated, will not be using McDonald’s ever again.

Awful! Ordered 3 meals as a treat for the children, completely wrong order delivered. Not one item matched our order.

Food was all wrong and missing , there was no drinks left in the cups. They had all leaked an spiky everywhere. I just dont understand how they can always muck the order up , there’s always something missing , the chips are always less than half filled up and the drinks are always spilt. Something needs to happen as this is always an accruing thing. Will not be ordering no more next time I will have to go and get it.

All items received and it was good to see missing items from my previous order I had a discount added to this order. But courier must have been driving crazy as the bag was soaking wet due to spillage of the large coke. which looked like the courier has taken some of my chips as the bag was ripped. food was Luke warm but at least it was all there. will McDs ever deliver milkshakes again! always seem unavailable annoying
