McDonald's in Blackburn with Darwen

Ordered through the drive through, quite a big order as it was my sons birthday. When we got home some of the order was missing and the best part of the food was inedible the mc chicken sandwich meals were stale like cardboard they had to go straight in the bin. The chips were undercooked and cold and the chicken nuggets were hard and stale. I have made a complaint but honestly he couldn't give one. Mistakes happen!! You should not be churning out stale food. Very disappointed.

Ordered off Deliveroo, I phoned up and asked if they could make sure everything that I have ordered and payed for , was correct. It come to me missing Sauce. I understand it just sauce but when I’m paying for little things like that at least get it right and put it in the bag!!! Fuming .

Did order online. Arrived at drive thru with code but was told I had to tell him what I'd ordered. Got to window and he tried charging me again. Took me ages to sort it and they still forgot the sauce and serviettes. Never again

You never get what you order,always missing items by the time you get the food is cold Never use this one at jct 4 us another.... Try calling them to complain and u can't get through Unreal

Ordered McNuggets on two different occasions, on both they forget the sauces every time. If you had a braincell between the staff there, they might actually get an order right for once -_-

Food was pretty cold, but still tasty

Missing bacon and onions, hardly any salad at all (tiny bit of lettuce and one piece of tomato), also the burger has been squished flat. This is not down to delivery and has happened before going in the box as box is intact and in shape. Not even a full tub of fries it was half full.

Slower than a doped up snail!! Took AGES to get my order I could have gone to sleep had a shower had a wank!! 😡😡

Delivery time changed 3 times, came an hour and 45 minutes after ordering. What we ordered however was all correct which is a rarity for McDonald's

20-40 min advised at one point time changed to a hour and hour after I paid. in the end it was about an hour.

Delivery driver wouldn’t even come in to deliver the food and lied and said if I gave him the code he would bring the food and never did

I wanted to give No stars! The receipt on the bags say exactly what it should be but the food in bags was completed wrong! Not sure how you can get it so wrong to be honest when it’s black and white!

Why does this McDonald’s love forgetting things? It’s almost guaranteed that if you order online or even at the window to be honest they’ll forget things. In this case my child’s happy meal. Ridiculous.

The McDonald's i ordered from is 0.5 miles from my house when it arrived the fries were cold and inedible the burger & nuggets were luke warm. I paid £30 for this order its unacceptable to be delivered inedible food when its less than a 5 drive

every time I order there's missing items.We spend delivery fees and end up missing items is quiet frustrating and I have to reorder it for another delivery fees.It would be good if the delivery people can confirm the items before they seal the bag.Thank you

I get used to it being delivered dry & not cooked fresh. it's such a pity because if you go into the restaurant, it's always cooked to order. obviously they keep the old stuff back to deliver to customers. macdonalds make enough money, would be hard to send out nice food instead of food your just about to put in the bin. always very disappointed but sometimes you can't always travel to collect.

Went on a weekday evening around 8pm. It must have been a bad shift because as we were waiting for food, people were complaining about how long they had to wait, and others returning food that was either cold or the wrong item. When our food finally arrived, luckily we checked the bag as there was a burger missing. When I told the staff member they said they were waiting for the burger and shouldn’t be a few minutes. They were waiting for the burgers to be cooked!! We waited a few more minutes for the missing burger before it was ready. This resulted in the rest of the order being cold when we ate it. McDonald’s was better when they had the food already prepared and you walked away with it straight away.
