half order missing and what did turn up was cold an almost inedible

forgot sauce. always forgets something

The drink was empty. Had spilled everywhere

Waiting for over an hour and times it came food was very cold

No sauces as usual. And they make you pay for the sauces now. So essentially I’m paying them a couple of pound for nothing. I wish they would read the order tickets properly.

Took a very long time from order to leaving the shop. Driver arrived very quickly.

Horrendous delivery time, my food has turned up stone cold and this is not acceptable, I genuinely am left speechless at how poor a service this is and I will never be buying food from this app again, I expect a full refund as well.

I ordered food at 5.45pm and the food did not arrive until after 7pm. The food must have been sitting at Mcdonalds for an hour before being delivered. It was stone cold and had to be reheated in the microwave. I will never order online again.

The driver drove nearly 2 miles in the other direction before delivering mine, food was cold and rubbish by that point

I thought that I’d ordered a McFlurry but it wasn’t in the order and as the delivery charge was £1.99 for one item, I didn’t try to order it again and I was vey disappointed.

Two large fries were completely soggy and the most they could do was credit me £1.30. That doesn’t even cover 1 of the large fries.

Sauce in burger though label showed only pickles as ordered, grimace shake just vanilla, with a dribble of purple visible to one side. Should really be double checking what they send out

we aredered 9 chicken sharer box and got 20 nuggets

Do not come here! We ordered food that costed us around £40, and we didn’t get a double cheeseburger, and a double quarter pounder! What makes it worse is our chips were a quarter filled!! We rang the restaurant to complain and they said we need to do it on the McDonald’s app, and it’s sending us around in circles. We can not get a refund and can’t get our food. Again, do not come here. This place is a joke

the milk shakes tasted terrible, all 3 milkshakes. they were supposed to be chocolate but tasted as though it had been mixed with strawberry so disappointed and would like to be refunded.

Following the driver on tracker he used a very strange route. Seemed lost or delivering to other addresses prior to mine. Food was cold and horrible. Unhappy with the service.

The food is good the service is sometimes quick depending on the time of day but it’s usually too packed

Don't bother ordering from here, don't think I've ever had an order right, they always forget dips. Even when it comes with the selects or nuggets, food is always stone cold, chips always undercooked and soggy and doesn't matter what drink or mcflurry you order it's like a lucky dip and they just pick whatever they fancy. Think one of the requirements to work here might be being unable to read.

As per norm recently, ice creams and milkshakes are melted. Stop preparing these too early. Can't blame the weather for these melting on route as it's freezing outside
