Burger cold and burnt disgraceful coming from maccies

ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and got a double cheeseburger

Ordered a mccrispy and instead of chicken it was burgers with no flavour to it at all 2 apple pies never came either very disappointing

It was late and missing two items

After paying over £50 for our order, a whole meal was missing. Not the firstvtime! How hard can it be to get an order right?!

ordered at 00:03. no driver selected till AFTER 01:30. Sat left under a hot lamp for over a whole hour, such accusations confessed by delivery driver, macdonalds acknowledged they had my order prepared & waiting but "no order number was on the screen". restaurant refused to answer the phone. would you pay £11 for the simplest/smallest order Order possible to be prepared and left to sweat in a bag for over 80 minutes before a driver has even been assigned, never mind collected nor delivered?

Food took ages to come and was freezing cold by the time it got to me

Food was delivered and the drink had spilled everywhere soaked all the food and the carpet.

It arrived on time kind of hot more like lukewarm

Last time i ordered two mcmuffin deals with hashbrowns and didnt recieve the hashbrowns! This time i didnt recieve a latte from my order! Its all very well giving me partial refunds but how about getting the orders right!!! That would mean more to me

delivery driver wasted no time like most just sitting around in car parks. food actually came at a decent temperature for the first time inb100 orders...

i didnt receive order. Delivery driver i think so eated my order. He should be fired for stealing food

The delivery driver was lovely everything was stone cold and the ice had melted in the coke as it has been sitting so long!

terrible ordered £40 food to only receive 2 drinks ! the women was so rude and no help

I asked for no onions or mustard but it had them in.

1/3 of my drink had been spilt.

there was no salad again, no burgers and mayonnaise.

I would prefer if the delivery driver not be on his phone talking to whoever he was talking to while giving me my order. Also I would also like to get a receipt with my order, I have in the past but today I got nothing.

Hash brown under cooked , no ketchup as asked in message plus order the extra hash brown and didn't receive it

the food was good but the delivery time was ridiculous. the food was ordered at 22:58 and arrived at 00:07**. the delivery time changed multiple times. nan's on the floor, kids are crying. **the courier did nothing wrong, it was the restaurant at fault

4 wrong items delivered, so people without meals

The guy who delivered it dropped the two drinks & when I mentioned it was the wrong order of the drinks he said quite rudely contact just eat

no souse for salad this is a shame there are no spoons and forks very embarrassing

Delivery driver dropped bag on the doorstep. Drink spilt everywhere ruining the whole order. He apologised but walked off whilst I had to clean all the mess up and bin the food :(

My kids were really excited to get a happy meal to receive a Grinch toy and ended up getting a Despicable me 4 toy. Very unhappy.

No extra vegan patte and sent coke instead of Fanta orrange..... I went the boulevard branch because the Morrisons branch is rubbish... it appears this one is going the same way...... pay peanuts , you get monkeys ..

My delivery driver was so sweet and kind. I am disabled and use a walker and it got stuck but the delivery driver stepped right in to help me. You definitely need to keep this driver working for you. Just such a nice gentleman.

McDonalds did not lable which coke was Zero and Classic if we have a diabetists in the team. Make sure not to repete this mistake.

It's McD's.....same old, same old.... overpriced meat in a boring bun....fills a gap but that's about it....much of a muchness and no real use in the big scheme of things...

Chips were cold but 5 minutes in the air Fryer brought them back to life. Burger was lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you

he was so nice, I am disabled and he was so nice asking if he could help me if I needed it, I didnt need it but the fact he asked in the 1st place shows how nice etc he is. I want to tip him but don't know how.

Ordered a double quarter pounder with extras in the burger, got no extras and one patty in my “double” pounder, even in the double pounder box. Meet is dry Chips are cold. Heavily disappointed.

My experience at McDonald's on Bourges Boulevard in Peterborough was fantastic! The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I have not received my order again. I have paid for something that I don't have. I want a refund now. and if I don't get any refund then I will make sure all will know about it. this is not the first time this has happened. a very disgruntled customer

Yet again, items missing. Not good enough when you pay over £60 for a family. Giving money back does not cut it a childs dessert is missing.

driver was abnormally refusing to let me check heat of food before handing code, if you give them code they won't refund cold food... drivers rude amd started arguing over it

food got prepared for so long and it's not the first time. Coke can taste that it has stayed on a counter for a while. delivering time was just moving forward and forward and it's not first time it's happening

it's not the delivery fault but macdonalds always send the wrong order or half of the order. I'm never going to order from macdonalds again, there's no responsibility whatsoever. they don't check the orders before they close the pack. there's no organization in that company.

The chips were undercooked, unfortunately otherwise a nice meal with the grandchildren.
