McDonald's in Thurrock

Took quite a long time to take order on drive through, and then to pay, and again to collect order. I had to wait in parking bay to recieve my order, not a problem.... but to wait nearly 30 minutes is a little too long for "fast food" considering delivery drivers were in and out constantly. Is this the main focus for this branch now? Also, the server didn't bring my drink with order, and I had to prove that I wasn't given it at the collection window before the server agreed to bring it to me!!!!

hi, I went to maccies and went through the drive-thru. I ordered a cheeseburger and when I ate my cheeseburger there was no patty, it was cheese and bun please sort this out maccies, since I am a regular customer to your services.

Horrible experience food 🍱 tasted really bad everything seemed cold and reheated food. We tried this place after long time hoping food is improved but still bad food. Tasted bitter hope they didn’t cross contaminated the food with some chemicals. We wont be using again and wouldn’t recommend anyone if you dont wanna get free food poisoning and shit value for money

Love a maccy Dees breaky, no Mocha, but you can put a double espresso in a regular hot chocolate, and that is pretty good

Go here occasionally staff are always lovely and the food is great no grease in site.

Giving this place one star as there is no option to leave none . The place is awful , every time I have stopped off here there is always a lengthy wait for the order even if there are not many customers in . When the food does come it is often cold or the wrong order , unorganised and chaotic avoid this place .

Went to get a breakfast and they gave me half a cup of coffee. When I complained to manager she said sorry it’s the machine that makes the coffee not us. That’s not an excuse because machine can be set to pour more milk into coffee or make cups smaller don’t dodge people.

Nothing special place need a bit of cleaning. Most of the food ok however cheesy bites not. I'm not sure if it is their taste or old oil they were fry in

I Paid for the limited edition offer at MacDonalds at Tilbury. Payment deducted from my account but service was neglected. Sales girl was telling they cannot receive the payment and delivery the order. Even after escalation also there is no reply from MacDonalds. Worst experience from MacDonalds.

Utterly useless! WOW this Mcdonalds franchise is the worst! Braindead teenagers who mess your food up every time, i am so sick of spending good money here as unfortunately my family are addicted to the junk food, yet they cannot get anything right. Every order is wrong, you ring up to complain - they don't answer, you go in to complain they deny any wrong doing! This is fair how exactly?

Always park you up even for simple orders with no changes. Just eat drivers, take the bays, and usually miss at least one item in your order. I dont understand why all the milkshakes taste like bannana and how your fries are cold when they have just been handed to you. A13 one is far better worth the little bit of extra time.

Placed an online order that cost £60.73. Absolutely disgusted with delivery. Used the app to order. Main item was not in the delivery and rest of order was ice cold and rock hard. Called Tilbury literally 42 times to complain and no one answered the telephone.

Long wait at the counter seem more interested to get delivery orders ready than serve customers in the restaurant

You’ll sit in 1 lane of the drive thru like an idiot waiting while they ignore you and serve the other lane.

1st time we've had it hot the rest of other service we've had always f in cold even when I get it always cold, always ignorant never listen to what u ask for and always leave stuff out.

Would have given zero stars but that's not an option. How can a double quarter pounder with cheese no pickle, extra onion = 2 cold burgers in a bun no cheese no pickle no sauce and no onion and 40mins added on to original time delivery time make a meal.

The food was taking longer than usual so I called up the restaurant and they said it was due to drivers. I said ok I understand but as long as the food isn’t cold it’s not a problem, the man told me no your food won’t be cold as we only prepare the food when the driver is on the way! The food got here and it was stone cold! I mean stone cold! It had to be chucked in the bin my poor 2 kids couldn’t eat it nor could we! When I phoned the restaurant the man on the phone was rude and didn’t care!

Food arrived cold and took ridiculously long considering it’s a short journey. Driver kept driving up and down the road trying to find my location even tho I was stood at the door waving and shouting to get their attention. And had no apology for the delay in waiting.

Always have missing items when you receive a delivery from them. And now the new policy is no refund on missing items. What a joke.

I don't know what happened but this was the longest I ever had to wait for an order. With a hungry little child waiting for something to eat, it goes without saying that I was extremely disappointed. If I could have cancelled the order by that time I would have. I have certainly lost my confidence ordering from there.

Delivery was on time, driver was polite and closed the gate behind him. Food was a little cold but the order was correct this time. Not sure why you need to tell the driver the code when they didn’t even ask for it. Good service this time. Could do better with the food keeping it warm, drink was a little spilt in the bag.

they never get the order right. I have had too many instances (lost count how many exactly) where items have been missed and its frustrating as you still have to pay the full price + extra delivery and a small order fee if you really want it delivered

We regularly have items missing tonight it’s a double Big Mac I have to question how you can miss the burger? Two stars for the delivery but none for the restaurant.

The driver gave me the wrong order and said that was what he was given. Only for him to go back to him bike and find my correct order without the coffee and told me there wasn’t any coffee. I opened my order to find most the pancakes drenched in coffee and now cannot eat it. I am very disappointed and extremely frustrated.

After many visits before I decided to not going in this restaurant. Everytime I order 20 nuggets and every f.........g time is trouble with sauces. Maybe only I have bad luck but really they give me a different. Everytime order 2x sweet and sour 1x sweet curry and 1x barbecue. ( once I ordered via just eat no dips) Yesterday I was at work so long so at 11:30pm I was near Asda where is this MC Donald's. So stop on drive made my order. I want to check it if everything is OK,but I was tired so go home,which is not so far. Open it and what do you think? 3x sweet curry and 1x barbecue.. as usually order 2xsweet and sour. House difficult could be put inside paper bag right dips omg????

Hi there, When I ordered my meal I specified no onions in my burger and there was onions in it and I am not very happy with this service if I could give it no stars I would my milkshake had leaked in the bag and all over the cup terrible experience

The hot chocolate was not properly packed and it spilt all over my floor as the driver tried to hand it over. The driver said he would be back with another cup of hot chocolate but he has not returned.
