McDonald’s in Walsall

Not good for delivery drivers… Can’t make money here very very slow . Every time have to wait more than 30 minutes.

Slowest "fast food"in Telford... you could cook it yourself quicker!!!!

This place is a joke had me waiting over 15 minutes for my food then the manger took a crew members order brought his food out within 5 minutes while I still wait for my order when I asked about my food she she there nothing she can do while my food as siting on the side off the hot plate, this is not acceptable worse maccies in the area by far

i just ordered a McDonald's from Brownhills and its was so cold and it was like eating carboard and plastic and the drinks was like drinking sweat its was so bad so poor

This McDonald’s must employ the stupid staff they can find every time I go for drive through always food missing this morning I checked the bag to see if everything was there after telling them food was missing she said she gave me the wrong bag that was someone else order we exchanged bags I left with my order Just wondering what happened to the other order my hands was all over I will never use this McDonald’s ever again

Worst McDonalds ever, will never order from or visit again. 2nd time in a row the delivery has been very late, this one never even arrived, gave up hope after 2.5 hours. Place is an absolute JOKE!

Shocking service, 10 minute wait for a coffee.

Got most of the order wrong, asked for plain burger, it came with everything on it that we asked to be taken off, making it taste awful had to throw it away

Brilliant delivery driver, it's bad weather so the app time changed by an hour so wasn't expecting it, the man was stuck outside waiting age's because I didn't hear the door! I felt so guilty in rain and bad weather he was so friendly considering he'd waited so long! I was apologetic but he could have just left and my son would have been devastated, it was just a Saturday night treat but I nearly cancelled order when it went to 22.40 but my son got upset, so pleased the man waited

Used a delivery service, Cold fries and missing half the order. Tried to ring but no-one answered. So just applied for refund.

Took over an hour to deliver, and when it was it was cold, even the hot drink was cold. appalling and such a waste of money.

Not a great McDonalds. There was rubbish everywhere over the floor, bins overflowing, plenty of staff but they all seemed oblivious to it. Food quality was typical, but the mess in the front of house makes you question what you can't see.

This has to be the worst mcdonalds around 4th time ordering and food been missing I've tonight spent over £30 big macs missing so had to go out and collect meaning all the other food has gone cold in meantime. No phone number to contact and no way to complain on app just keep getting put on to uber which obviously its not their fault unless you've got uber dealers cooking and bagging the food now!!!!!!!!

A year ago I left a glowing review. I've left the comments below. I am now editing the review to exactly opposite. A 25 minute wait and every item of the order was stone cold. Fast food!?! If I wait that long I expect freshly cooked hot food. It was terrible. What happened to this place? I recently moved to the area. The most impactful change to inner city Bham is the friendliness of the staff.

I made my order 09.13 and did not get order until 10 .08. Food was cold and I find this restaurant one one the worse. They never have what you need or you have to park up to wait.

Got to. E the slowest mcdonalds i have ever been to! Been several times on a Saturday into work to grab a double sausage egg muffin meal and their fastest serve time was 10 mins after ordering. And that's with no other. Ars in the drive through! definitely not fast food.

If I could give this a 0 I really would I ordered food and it took so long to come even though the McDonald’s is only down the road, and the food came so cold we couldn’t eat the chips felt like cardboard it was DISGUSTING. And when I tried calling they didn’t answer. Also the bags came open like what the heck

Do not order for delivery from here! Always something wrong! Didn’t send any straws with drinks whenever we order, ordered ketchups for the kids but once again 0 came. That’s money spend and objects not been given! No dips with selection boxes! Seriously what is wrong with place!? Oder took half an hour longer to come so almost 1 hour and 20 minutes! Shocking. Fries were freezing! To top it all off, you can’t even complain or get money back as the phone line just continually rings and then just cuts you off! Appalling service over all and this is the last time this branch will be used. Enough is enough!

Yet again at this Macdonald’s no barbecue sauce with my meal despite asking for it and ordering extra. Last Time I go there!!!

When ordering of one of the apps it took 90mins for it to arrive. For it to then come and be completely wrong 2 fully happy meals missing like how.do you forget 2 fully happy meals including the drinks surly you staff ain't that dumb not to be able to read a order and check it all there And then the rest of the order to be freezing cold not even a dog would eat it. And I don't even get why they have a phone as they don't seem to have someone smart enough there to know how to use one. Seriously wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Best McDonald’s I’ve ever had in my life

Awful - even worse than Burntwood - thought 3rd time lucky and third time items were wrong, label was correct but contents wrong, deffo not using again now! Building clinical and uninviting, no staff around as hidden away, cant follow order instructions correctly, I can understand why it is always unusually quiet. Unless staff are retrained and service improves this branch won’t be around for long. Update - 1 year later…. Made the stupid mistake of ordering breakfast on the app - firstly delivery from this branch is double most other stores at £3.99 and secondly there was a main item missing yet again. Give up on this branch, waste of time!!!

Waited at counter no one came so i shouted for someone to serve me She was only young a manger i think She was very miserable Whilst i was eating my meal 2 girls went to the counter then suddenly 3 staff appeared one of them was the young girl all talking abd giggling I was so annoyed

Always getting the orders wrong/missing items on orders and phone number is pointless as you can never get through to them! Embarrassing how you can mess orders up all the time…something so simple! Read and write courses is required for the staff!

Missing 4 fries, justeat refused to refund.

Omg terrible, slow and cold food. Go to another one. (Few weeks on friends saying even worse), It's now July. The staff are friendly but still sooooo slow 🐌,, most times always asked to park up. Even when ordering from the app . Months on still same.

my food was ready at 19.02 but my food wasn't delivered untill 19.45 ots take 9mins a car or even 20mins bike but uet i had to wait 45 mins for my food by which everything was freezing cold when I recieved it

Ordered via uber eats. Arrived cold with milkshake missing and three large fries where half empty. Made a complaint only to be refunded for the milkshake and to be told they could do nothing about the cold food or lack of fries. Most of it went in the bin. Shocking service by Mc Donalds and Uber eats. Never again!

Food cold, got order wrong, although there is places to put rubbish many customers felt the need not to tidy up after they had finished and the mess was left for far too long. One member of staff seemed to be encouraging a group of 5 or 6 young girls to be messy by standing and getting involved with their banta. I will not be revisiting!

The pop had all leaked in the bag which had leaked all over the ice cream. When the bag was handed to me it was leaking out the bags. So I’ve got 2 drinks missing, 2 ice creams and the food wasn’t warm at all. Not good when it costs so much money. So nearly £30 on food and drinks for nothing.

First time we have been to this branch, won't be going again. We order on the self-serve and waited for our food. We watched people who had come in afterwards get their orders but ours didn't arrive. I notice our number was not on the 'being prepared' list, so my husband went to enquire where our order was. Within a couple of minutes it arrived, some of it not especially warm, as if it had been sat after being prepared. We got no reply when my husband asked why the delay. Definitely getting the feel that McDonald's is not what it used to be!

After 3 to 4 months of this McDonald's being open, it has been brilliant to me and the rest of my family members! Dining in is nice and we saw a nice employee there named Mario. Funny person. Now, the delivery service is okay but not terrible either. It depends what day you order because on Saturdays or Fridays, the food delivered to you can be cold due to it being busy. But if you order on Sunday to Thursday, the food can the really hot and delivered quickly which is nice for me. 2024 Review Edit Update: Hello people reading this, I've only been inside this McDonald's once and dined in there as soon as it was open. When I decide I fancy McDonald's delivered to me, I order what I want, etc. However, it seems now the delivery time here has gotten slower and slower. From my old review above about what days to get food delivered doesn't matter anymore. No matter what day you order, it'll arrive occasionally on time and I've come to the conclusion that there are a lack of delivery drivers for this McDonald's. Because, when I order on Uber Eats or Deliveroo (I have both apps), it says my order is ready but it just sits at the McDonald's going cold for around 5 to 15 minutes as all the delivery drivers are delivering other orders and there are no other drivers on standby at the McDonald's delaying the estimated time my order arrives which can be annoying. I'm not sure why the staff make/cook delivery orders to be delivered if there's no drivers on standby. They should only make/cook delivery orders when there are drivers waiting and ready to deliver.

I am delivery driver, we always waiting 45 min to 60 min the manager name is MOH he always ignore drivers he is don't know how to talk to customer he is resist can you make a actions against him another wise all drivers stricks on this MCD

Delivery drivers don’t turn up, orders are always messed up or missing items and never put sauces in, even paid for ones!

asked for no lettuce on burger but was all over it. got threw in the bin unfortunately
