McDonald's in North Lincolnshire

I like the taste of the food here but the service has slipped ie staff don't smile anymore and I always feel like we are not treated as valued customers anymore, also the waiting times have increased and more often than not the food looks like it's been thrown together.....but to be honest I will still use Maccys but maybe not so often.

Everything used to be ok and we come here fairly often. Recently however we have been reviving food that is stone cold items missing from our order our orders being wrong and staff that seem to have poor attitudes towards the customers (not all but most).

It's a typical McDonald's, not bad and not brilliant just good enough to warrant a visit when passing

Food generally not the same standard anymore fries uncooked, coffee to strong and service has become slow given way to the delivery drivers

Rude in the drive through food was cold and waited over 20 minutes in order bay

Lakeside Scunthorpe. Waited thirty minutes for small order food cold and wrong order won't bother again.

Its a worse Mcdonald is town use to be good some time back but now fals of advertising of a products and when u arrive to order after 30 to 40 min wait and they won't have the product avilable and the basic product not available like coke or milkshake and never avilable any promotional products every single time I been they is waiting time is too long and food is too cold and missing item and when u phone they don't care and they say they will call back and never call back and when you visit the store back they will say they don't know who speak on the phone and I think the worst disciplinary in action in this place and I think Mcdonald lost its customer care I don't think I ever want to go back

I had a long journey 3am and I stopped for a caffe and i payed for large black caffe and double cheese burger and on collection window i given regular caffe and i askd i did order large caffe did they charge me for regular and the girl on the window said ohh sorry ill replace for you and she pretend she make new but what she did is put the regular caffe in large cup and topped with hot water and she was ashamed to pass the caffe and askd some to give me what a service and I'm a black caffe drinker so I know how mcd caffe shuld taste. She needs a promotion to be a shift manager.

The staff are always helpful, and the food is always hot

Usually pretty slow but they do get busy, the food especially on takeaways will usually be cold and make sure you check it before driving off because McDonald’s are notorious for messing up your order and leaving things out

Absolutely dreadful. Food was cold and the missed my daughters burger. Not happy at all.

Cold food. No receipt from the order machine. No staff attention to customers. No option to pay cash on order machine.

The staff are impolite, can’t construct a simple burger. Then accuse you of lying if you complain. I will never visit this restaurant again. Aimee the breakfast manager couldn’t manage her way of a wet paper bag.

I ordered food at 10:55 arrived about 12:20, delivery time changed constantly then finally it was on the way then the driver parked all the way at the end of the street rang me to ask where and then he said no don’t speak English come outside, got the food eventually and it was stone cold like it’s been sat in a fridge then eating it tasted like it’s been sat there for a couple days, my sauce pots were just throw in into my icecream not happy at all with the restaurant or driver

One drink missing and three drinks were laying down and empty, all the food was cold. Courier was not bothered and was rude.

Although it said on the app that my order was delivered it wasn’t. We waited 2 hours for apparent delivery and then got a notification saying it had been delivered around 1.30 even though it was only 1.15 . Not happy at all

Fries was white and cold. This is really interesting cause in mcdonalds they got exact time for fries, it looks in this branch they taking rhem out sooner as mcdonald's policy. No straw and napkin is a standard.

Now I have to sit in a car park watching staff wander around with with bags of food hoping it’s the one I ordered and that that find me before it’s back to being as cold as it was before being cooked. I don’t know if it’s just eats fault or McDonalds. But the food isn’t even slightly warm. The drinks are flat and this happens every time we order after lunch time. I only order because my children see it as a treat on a weekend. Yet it’s garbage.

how can a McDonald's outlet that's about a mile away, take so long to deliver that everything is stone cold, and the ice cream has melted so much it is now just the cream? the moment a more reliable delivery firm pops up, I'm afraid just eat will lose so much business, they used to be quite good, but now border on the ridiculous, useless drivers from a greedy firm.

Water McFlurry , fork instead of a spoon , no dip for my melt dippers. Rang and complained, she laughed before saying they’d ran out of spoons. No explanation for the lack of dips.

the bag was open when it arrived with every burger missing with just fries inside of it the recipient shows that everything was orderd correctly so we believe the driver has taken the burgers as the bag should be closed until the customer opens it.

Absolutely terrible. Will never go to McDonald's again. A guy offered to bring the four meals to our table, we wondered where it had got to after 15 minutes or so and found that it had been forgotten and was left to go cold.

the wrong food was delivered so I went McDonald's to get the correct food when it was ready I noticed the drink was missing! they gave me that and noticed that no sauces were in that were asked for. I was starting to get a bit peeved with it all so just walked out with what I had. the staff were shocking it's in black and white on the label what food I should have can no one read? where is the quality control? it's non existent.

The delivery time was amazing, the food came warm for once, my only problem today is where are my straws? how do you expect me to drink my drink without a straw? like brev gimme my two straws for my smoothies please.

The restaurant was easy to get to; being next to a large supermarket means that there is typically good parking. Inside the restaurant was clean and tidy and ordering via the screens was the usual experience. The wait for the food, a very basic order with no amendments to the food was over 15 minutes however. Instead a steady stream of takeaway delivery people were quickly served and on their way. It did seem that they were being prioritised. During the wait, there was no apology for the unusual delay. We weren't alone, the lady in front of me claimed she waited nearly 20 minutes. The restaurant wasn't busy inside either, most seats were vacant. Upon receipt of the food, it was well presented, hot and tasty. I'm not sure it was worth the wait, but it was enjoyed by all.

They never let me down! Their fries are always crispy and salted unlike other McDonald I’ve been to :) I do feel a bit bad for the staff tho because with just eat being a thing they seem swamped off their feet in such a little environment, sort them out a bigger kitchen McDonalds! Other then that there’s literally no negatives 5 stars from me :)
