McDonald's in Canterbury

Absolute joke! 3 times in a row over a 6 month period there were missing items from our orders. Manager is extremely rude and blamed everyone but herself. Only redeeming thing is a guy taking orders on the drive through who always takes his job seriously and goes the extra step to make customers feel welcome. Perhaps bosses should make him manager and replace the lazy cretin currently in the hot seat. I'd recommend some senior staff investigate this as standards are far from expectations!

Terrible, food was cold, staff only interested in delivery orders.

Service was excellent restaurant was dirty tables weren't cleaned or wiped down when the restaurant was empty

Like most McDonalds there all like going to you local superstore it would be nice for McDonalds to try harder to theme there Outlets, food and service passable but easily forgotten.

Every time I order from McDonald's item's are missing and fries are half full.

ordered ar 17.06 and was repeatedly told that the delivery time had changed. Last changed stated delivery between 19.05 and 19.30. Finally got delivery at 18.35 and had to reheat it as it was cold.

The food was so cold, given our proximity to McDonald’s. I appreciate there could be multi drops, however I don’t expect to pay what amounts to quite a bit of money for cold food !

delivery is usually on time or early and..... this time the order was correct. unfortunately not always the same with this vendor. However, Just Eat has always been top notch when it comes to problems.

The delivery time kept being altered from 7:15 to 8:30.It did eventually arrive about 8:20 but the food and drink were cold.

Normally ok and quick enough. This time, I ordered my son his food and was given 40/45mins delivery time. Tonight it went to 1 hour 40 minutes delivery. Once I placed the order I couldn’t cancel so had to wait. A little bit annoying

Food was cold by the time it was delivered. Told delivery guy who shrugged his shoulders and said he was just delivery. I think we were the back end of a number of delivery’s as we are only a few minutes drive away from restaurant. At least this time we got all of our order though.

I'm so upset! I'd last ordered through JustEat at a friend's house and hadn't spotted that I hadn't switched the address back to ours. Driver called my mobile and asked for the code, which I assumed was to confirm he was talking to the right person. He was at my friend's house who wasn't home. He said he couldn't deliver to our home which is 5 mins drive away. JustEat wouldn't help as I'd made the mistake of giving him the code. Means he's now enjoying my daughter's happy meal and she's sobbing

App didn’t update for over 45 minutes saying courier was waiting restaurant was making food. Eventually rang restaurant at 8.10pm to be told order had been collected at 7.36pm but courier hadn’t updated app. Food finally arrived at 8.30 luke warm and barely edible.

In the time it took for this order to arrive I probably could of walked to the restaurant, gone into the kitchen cooked it myself and walked it back. For it then all to turn up cold was the icing on the cake. Oh and no straws?! Honestly so fed up with the poor service here

Want to express my extreme disappointment with my recent McDonald's delivery experiences. In just one week, I've had two separate incidents where items were missing from my order. The first time, my Pancakes and Syrup were completely absent. The second time, a drink was missing. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a full order and receive incomplete deliveries. I'm unsure whether the issue lies with the Uber driver or the McDonald's restaurant management. Regardless, it's unacceptable to consistently receive incorrect orders. I hope you can take steps to improve your delivery service. This includes ensuring that orders are accurately prepared and that items are not missing (you know the bare minimum that is expected by customers that use delivery services).
