McDonald's in Southwark

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and calm this McDonalds location was! Fast food restaurants are usually rather hellish environments for my sensory overload, but sitting upstairs where there was no music was so quiet and comfortable. Worth adding also that the staff on the tills were polite & helpful People tend to only bother to leave reviews when they’ve had a bad experience. But cmon, they’re trying. Eat your big mac meal and shut up

Visited on way home and ordered ahead with customising my order. Arrived and collected the order sat and just about to start my meal and they hadn't taken any notice of the custom order so had to get them to redo it which they did. Then about to have my apple pie and they hadn't included it in the order. So had to ask for it. Luckily I was eating in but if I wasn't I would of been a tad annoyed if I got home. Good thing it's not an allergy to the ingredients left in. If it was mega busy yeah but at that time of night 11pm it wasn't that busy. Let's see what happens next time

My food has not been delivered, yet it says it’s delivered. Even after the 2hours we waited.

food was cold, missing three items even though they charged me for them. I ordered 2 galaxy mcflurries and a large chocolate milkshake and they sent a bottle of water instead when that's not what I asked for. it only came up the road and it was stone cold.

Wrong order, completely different. I paid a £32 order and got a £13 order with less than half of what I would’ve had.

I ordered over £70.00 and did not recieve my order and the driver who called me was really rude, he even put the phone down on me and would not answer his phone. I am still waiting to see if just eat would refund me as this ordeal has been a very stressful, I will not order from them again

The mcdonalds apple pies delivered sas to be discarded on the labels at 15.33..!!! I am not paying for food tht should be disgardthe driver arrived and asked for the code so I went to the laptop and got it for him. He handed me the food at 15.36pm

the kids meal ordered was abysmal, the shake was runny and warm, yet the burgers where both stone cold. P.S do not order the muffins this week they are very stale items that they are sending out.. Not happy with this order , its usually better

Delivery driver was extremely unprofessional. Firstly, she refused to answer when pressing the intercom. Then when I asked her why she wouldn't identify herself, she told me that she doesn't need this. She was in a very bad mood and looked as though she had been crying previously and was about to again. Her moped registration was LJ24 WXO

seems driver take on more orders they don't declare my driver has had my order since 13;30 I got it 14:20 I live 5 mins away make it make sense Just Eat

We did NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY AND REQUIRE A REFUND. the DELIVERY BAG was opened and had not been sealed by the restaurant.

This was the second order I had to make as the first was completely wrong, but the second order wasn’t 99% right, when you order a side salad and you receive a box of lettuce 4 slices of cucumber, 2 tomatoes and 1 third of a ring of onion about an inch long. The service from McDonald’s is terrible.

I went McDonald's this morning to order breakfast. I order egg muffin to take home. When open my egg muffin I saw big pieces of egg shell in muffin. Disgusting.

Basically everything was cold, it wasn’t worst because I have an air fryer! What upsets me the most is that as usual items were missing, this time it was my apple pie that I was really looking forward to eat, when I finished my meal I started to look for it but it wasn’t there. This happens too often, and now because all the bags arrived sealed it means that it’s restaurant‘s fault. I got a refund for the Apple pie which was a free item, what I wanted really it was another pie delivered to me.

I attempted to treat myself to the new 4 Favs for £5 meal deal but it turned out to be a punishment. I used self-service to order a cheeseburger with extra pickle, medium fries, 4 chicken nuggets with curry sauce and Tropicana orange juice. Wait time was 2-3 minutes, which should have raised alarm bells as customised burgers are never ready that fast. I was in a rush to catch my bus so didn’t closely inspect the contents of my bag until I was on the bus. Burger was dried out with cheese slice melted until hard like cardboard around the edges. An excessive amount of tomato ketchup but no onion or pickle. The label on the bag said 'cheeseburger with extra pickle' but the label on the burger paper said 'cheeseburger with just ketchup'! Nuggets were dark brown and very crispy (like one shade away from burnt) but slightly more edible than the burger thanks to curry sauce. Fries were cold! 😫 Best thing was the bottled orange juice which even they couldn't mess up. Server was disengaged and didn't feel the need to include a napkin to the bag so I had to pick up a couple from across the counter while she chatted to her colleague. Before today I hadn’t visited this Camberwell branch in 3 years. I shouldn't have bothered!

clicked the meal deal - 2 big macs & 2 large fries but when they delivered only 2 big macs @ full price they tried to tell me that I got what I order, but this is not so. Feel cheated.

They realised after that they did not have some items. They did not even call to let me know or ask if i wanted something instead. The big mac was ikea style, i had the ingredients in the box and had to reconstruct it myself. Food was cold.
