changed time from 6-50 four times order delivered 7-50 and cold

i asked for no cheese on my big mac and low and behold it arrives with cheese. this happens frequently. staff should read orders correctly. Will not rush to use mcdonalds again.

The coke spilt into the ice-cream so he couldn’t eat it and the chips were cold. Only allowed to submit that the chips were cold so can’t get a refund on the ice-cream which he was really upset about not getting.

Food has not been so good as late ,

Food was good but the coke was flat

hour and 10 minutes for a breakfast to be delivered...was delivered at lunch time...then the food was freezing cold . Then spoke to manager at restaurant to be told they don't do deliveries when I just ordered from them .

The person who delivered was friendly and actually asked for the delivery code which was a first!

Food cold and drink spilt on other food. Medium fries amount despite ordering large. McFlurry half full Won’t be using again.

driver couldn't follow simple, slowly worded directions which I must have said about 15 times. the food then arrived cold. very very disappointed

food was Luke warm not hot at all but the preparation was tidy maybe next time cook at same time or leave under heater till the rest is done apart from that preparation was good

Delivery driver was very polite

Took an hour to come, it was cold and my drink was spilt on half the fold and just eat have a £5.58 credit for the whole meal and drink I didn’t end up having.

Food had been sitting for a while, the muffin was dry and hard and the food was cold. Quality of McDonald’s has gone down and this order reminded me why I stopped buying McDonald’s

Stopped in on my way to Sainsbury's. I had the £5 combo meal and it was good. I had the cheeseburger minus cheese, onion, and mustard. A side salad which was wonderful, 4-piece chicken McNuggets with Sweet and Sour dipping sauce, and i ordered a three-piece mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were tasty but not melted cheese since they weren't fresh out of the fryer. The dining room was clean and actively dining room attendant doing a great job of keeping the dining room clean. I recommend this McDonald's!

Driver can't read numbers gave us the wrong order and drove off before we could check

Both cheeseburgers were stone cold and my brownie was hard so disappointed

double sausage egg muffin was warm and not presented tilly sausage meet was hanging out of muffin and the pancake meal was warm as well an the hot chocolate had spilt out over the tissue and because the cardboard lid my partner almost burnt himself you need to go back to plastic lids it's safer

Waiting almost an hour for the food. The courier was at the restaurant for almost 40mins. Food was being prepared for about 45 mins. Delivery time kept changing. When finally delivered, the chips and one hamburger were cold and the rest lukewarm. The large drink had leaked, tearing the bag and under half the drink remaining. Very very poor service and good this time

All good food and service good. Staff very efficient. Toilets need checking, one toilet hadn't been flushed which was pretty awful, but the staff were not to blame as apart from this it was clean and they can't be everywhere.

Driver was extremely rude drove off with my order and said my order was delivered we had to chase him down the road for him to say he couldn’t find me when then went on to rip my bag of food open and spill all my drinks and said not his problem which this also took another 10 mins outside in the freezing cold and our food is freezing cold! And not eatable I’m so cross!!! I have guests !!

Really poor service - a recent order placed using the app had two incorrect items in it.

Went there on new year's day. Had to park up and wait for my order. Someone bought the food out. Wrong receipt and no milkshake. It was chucking it down so I had to wait at the drive thru window in the rain. Not impressed!

considering we live a 4 min car journey food was stone cold and burgers very dry like it has been sat there for ages there's no need for it to be so cold

our food was delivered 50 minutes after order confirmed, despite website saying 20 mins. it was delivered completely cold. I watched the delivery tracker and the driver went to a minimum of 2 other drops first, carrying our food for over 20 minutes, one drop 4 miles in the opposite direction. he had to come back past the macdonalds on the way to us!! unacceptable

Food was freezing and inedible. Driver called me ten minutes before he got to my door. He was lost. Now I have very upset 7yo.

This never arrived and I know this was because of an error in your Just Eat delivery process. I contacted McDonald’s and the manager still had my order which had been sitting there for an hour without collection. My app kept saying preparing food and when I clicked where is my order apparently a driver was assigned. I tried to call Just Eat but it was engaged. I have also taken screen shots and I have contacted you via my order never arrived as I could not figure out what else to do!

the food quality was good and well presented the food was also hot not cold and we enjoyed and the galaxy caramel mcflurry definitely went down a treat thankyou so much

McDonald’s needs to improve how they package their drinks as they almost always leak, leaving the packaging soaked through and little or no drink left in the cup.
