McDonald's in Cheshire East

Delivery took an unacceptable amount of time. And it was still n cold: I called the restaurant who told me the food was made well over an hour ago. The driver lied to me and said he picked it up up 20 minutes ago. I want a refund

food was cold went in the bin , it's a legal requirement for food to be delivered at 63 degrees Celsius it wasn't even half of that full refund please

I ordered a caramel latte and French fries at 18:42 and received the order at 18:45. When I opened the package and started drinking the latte, it was cold and lacked both caramel and chocolate. I went back to the counter to confirm if it was indeed a caramel latte. The staff member who served me said it was and explained that they had stirred it and made it 10 minutes earlier, which is why it was cold. However, when I checked the screen, my order number was still displayed in the collection section. Frustrated, I left the latte on the desk and walked out. I’m not a fan of cold lattes, and this experience was disappointing.

I ordered a hot chocolate to take away along with other things. I decided to eat in. After eating my food (by the way, the chips were not fresh, they were not hot and I wondered where they had been kept) I decided to open my hot chocolate which looked like brown water. The kind when you wash your paint brush for the first time in a cup of water. I brought it back. The lid was removed, the lady looked at it and asked me "what is it?" I said, "exactly, what is it?" I told her its supposed to be hot chocolate. The lady said it must have run out and she brought to the person who must have made it. I heard her ask, did she bring it back? It makes me think that she thought because it was a take away, she could just make it anyhow as I'll be gone by the time I notice. You can't make a hot chocolate and miss how diluted this was. Another one was brought to me instead, it was better. Lastly, I do think they need to review the process and hygiene levels in which they make burgers. When they review it, they need to ensure it is followed in order to keep up with McDonald's hygienic standards.

Went to McDonald after my long shift at work arrived at about 10:50pm and they had no nuggets what mcdonolds doesn’t have nuggets the absolute outrage I had to have mayo chicken instead :(

Food is usually hot but courier sat in car on the front for 10 mins on his phone before delivering my food

Delivery driver was stood on our street for around 10 minutes, never knocked and the next thing said theyd delivered it. I never got my meal.

what can you expect from a place that doesn't treat its customers with anybtype of respect...none from what I have ordered fits. Large fries are small and cold and from 3 other items they managed to match 1. 😞

all good but cold and didn't put my dipping sauce in that I paid for. 10p refunded but wasn't the 10p was the fact didn't enjoy my fries without the sauce

Had to for almost 2 hours and my food was cold

Hello, we ordered food at around 6pm today. We were lead to believe that delivery would be 25-40 minutes. The food arrived at almost 9 o clock. When the food arrived it was freezing cold we had to put it in the oven to warm up. Please see attached photo. I would like to stress that this is not the delivery drivers fault or issue as he was at the restaurant himself for over an hour and got to us within 15 minutes from when he left. On top of this, the restaurant did not put any sauce in the bags so after the food was put in the oven to warm up it was incredibly dry. We didn’t eat our tea until gone 9 o clock by the time it was warmed through. We expect a full refund for this. We do not want a voucher or account credit as we will never be using this service again. If this cannot happen we would like your formal complaints procedure to get this escalated. Once again I would like to reiterate that this is in no way the fault of the driver, he did his job and I had to apologise to him as I felt like I was an inconvenience to him by the poor service I had been provided by Just Eat.

food has arrived freezing like it's been sat there for a long time mcflurrys are liquid so there not even ice cream anymore and I' seen the courier was there 15 mins after I ordered getting to be ridiculous for 30 food order ! if items aren't missing the foods cold

This happens everytime these days. They always forget items, even when it makes no sense how they could forget it. Ordered a chicken share box, did not get the sauces and only got the nuggets and no selects, waste. Terrible service from this McDonald’s in particular

My courier did not bring my food to the door, and was sat smoking in the car with my food, some food is also missing, not very impressed.

when receiving the order the drink had tipped and spilled out entirely. there was no drink left to drink. the food was received freezing cold and had to be reheated. this is why I don't use this service.

I placed the order at 1325. It was delivered at 1550 and was stone cold! I rang McDonald's 3 times and was told there wasn't a delivery driver there and had to wait. shocking service.
