Food as per order. Service was particularly slow, especially at breakfast. Compensated by extra food.

One of the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. If you’re not going through drive thro or a delivery driver, you’re in for a wait. 13 mins for my order. At one point staff stood not facing customers waiting but talking together. Food was cold and subpar. Nobody seemed interested in customer service. Very disappointing

Always clean, food hot and staff friendly

The experience was disappointing overall, with slow service and poor food quality. The fries were soggy, the chicken in the wrap was cold, and the double cheeseburger was barely warm. This falls short of the standards expected from the brand. A disappointing visit to McDonald's.

Absolutely obsessed with the drive thru and just eat orders. The actual customers inside are overlooked. When food and drinks finally arrived they were cold.

There where fast serving which brillient like it here

Waited ages for food when it was just was just the breakfast menue, nothing special. Then it came out to me stone cold and I had to take it back in to be looked at as though I was just being arsey. It’s very rare I complain but this one in particular is always so slow. Too many young staff chit chatting

Slightly disappointed this morning my sausage and egg McMuffin must have been a little bit old, dry and crusty

Spouse asked for a breakfast roll multiple times and received a breakfast wrap.

We came in this morning and ordered breakfast and 2 Coffees ( 1 of which was a toffee nut with cream)at 1030, it took 20 minutes for us to get our food, then to top it off the toffee nut latte was cold when it arrived and the cream had already melted which I'm assuming was due to it being on the prep counter for a while, then to top it off even more, 1 the buns looked like it had been over toasted, we rarely visit Mcdonalds and probably won't again, I could understand if it was busy but it wasn't, overall poor quality

3 times they got our drink order wrong. Asked for our drinks and the person put down the wrong drinks. Asked again at the window after they tried offer us the wrong drinks and got it wrong yet again. Go in to talk to someone in person and 3 different people come out to ask me to confirm what it is. And yet they still get it wrong. Given a medium coffee when paid for a large and paid for the special galaxy hot chocolate and this time they didn't even bother put the cream or stars on so obviously non of them could be bothered or give a damn. Useless.

I was not able to comment on the food as I waited 20 minutes before asking for a refund. Information and communication were very poor, and even when asked for a refund, i was not even offered an apology from the manager. Worst one yet. In fact, although I travel a lot, I rarely get the correct order, good communication or hot food. Deteriored since I worked for mcdonalds years ago. Fed up now 😒

Burgers could do with being warmer.

It was empty but still had to wait for 15 minutes for food that was aweful. Been under the heat lamp ages and was dry as a bone. Food not being brought to the counter in the order it went through.

Shocking food. Had a double sausage mcmuffin or should I say a double m grease. Absolutely swimming in it. Clean your grills

Check your order when ordering online always comes with food missing. Restaurant cannot read a screen or the order correctly

Food was absolutely terrible , I orderd 20 chicken nuggets and a chocolate milkshake , my partner orderd big tasty burger without bacon and it was horrible, it tasted as though it had been left under heat for so long it had gone dry , either that or the food comes greasy (past experience) it also gave us both a bad stomach , I saw a staff member today, scratching her face and then touching the food , I would name the staff meter if I could but I didn't see her name badge too well as she was in the back part near the order desk , staff are polite to speak to but have very Crude mannerisms and cleanliness, the toilet door handle has finger marks and slimey residue on them I had to use tissue to hold the handle to get out , just all around discsting to be honest who ever does the saftey checks here needs firing also as they clearly do not check anything properly, either that or that staff there get to know when the inspections are happening and just put on a good performance , sloppy , discusting , out right needs a good clean down teach the staff how to cook I get it's a fast food restaurant but it comes out my back end quicker than it went in I'm surprised you haven't been sued for poor food hygene and negligence, not ever coming back anyone who reads this review please take this seriously as food chains like this need to be checked out alot better than what they are, they charge what they call cheap prices and serve us processed rubbish and sugar filled items in return .

WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!! MY FIANCÉE GOT A CHICKEN WRAP THAT WAS INTENDED FOR AN UBER EATS DRIVER AN HOUR AND A HALF PRIOR! I AM HEAVILY DISSAPOINTED AS SHE GOT AN UPSET STOMACH FOR A WEEK AFTER IT- NEVER GO HERE!!! Although there was a good cleaner out the front, old woman.

Staff are incompetent and lack basic skills to get orders right, there's no organisation or leadership. You couldn't make it up, my last 3 visits I got the wrong order. 4 nuggets instead of 6, hat trick burger with one patty on and most recently a sausage and pancake breakfast with no sausage. For a long time this is the worst run McDonald's franchise in Sheffield, Avoid. There's 2 others 5 mins away, in Meadowhall oasis or towards Darnall. I'm starting to think with the amount of mcdelivery orders I've had wrong they're doing it for some kind of gain at the customers expense!!

Whist having a family visit to the oasis at meadowhall i got My grandson a big mac meal at meadowhall macdonalds very modern version of their restaurants food as always good value as to be said sat in the oasis eating centre plenty of seating and kept very clean the choice of food is excellent

To say how busy it was, the food was luke warm at best,ans waited around 15 minutes for the food to come,you would think it would be hot with the amount of food going out,I can only assume they were prioritising home deliveries again like all the rest of the restaurants and people in the restaurant take second place

The Big Tasty was a mess wasn't even put together straight it was just slammed in on a right angle and the cheese had set. However the NEW spicy double cheeseburger off the saver menu was delicious and now wish I'd bought 5 of them for the price of big tasty. Was waiting 15 minutes for the order too... Hardly FAST food.

Cold and was abysmal total waste of money

Went during an off peak time. The self service machine was as expected. The wait time for a fast food restaurant was very long, over 15 minutes. I had ordered standard menu items, no substitutes or changes. The delivery people however seemed to get served very quickly indeed. Upon receiving the ordered food, there was a missing item and the cheeseburger was nearly unwrapped and quite cool. They did supply the missing item upon request, so I ate over 20 minutes after ordering. Not what I'd expect.

No dips the fries where cold and soggy and lacked any flavour

Food was great, the lovely staff member we were talking to was yelled at continuously by the manager for no reason though, she was just bullying him in front of customers and made us uncomfortable.

Driver was extremely friendly and polite

I ordered 8 different burgers for my family and ended up with 2 that weren't even the right ones no fries and wrong drinks...all this foe £33!!! What an absolute joke you can't even ring up to complain to someone Inow hahave to wait 2 days to get a refund when all I wanted was my correct food...won't be ordering again 😒

coffee was really cold & muffin was greasy

Food can not be eaten I have it all in the bag cold soggy damp on arrival and it looks like small chips put in a bag I have taken videos and pictures if you need them I have the food uneaten I hope for a full refund really not happy especially as I am cooking for family and out of pocket not on at all.thanks

This js my local McDonalds that I’ve been going to for years - usually ok, food as expected, staff nice enough, minor mistakes such as wrong/missing items but nothing that can’t be forgiven, everyone makes mistakes & I know how hard it is to work in busy customer service roles. However, just recently me & my family have had nothing but bad experiences when ordering at the drive thru or via just eat/uber eats and the only way I can describe it is that the staff are completely incompetent. On more than 1 occasion they’ve let me drive to the next window and then informed me they need to take my card back to the machine as it hasn’t gone through (their error, not mine) or because they’ve not added items that I did ask for. Really don’t agree with them doing this, they could take any information off your card whilst out of sight. Doesn’t help that they don’t give you a receipt anymore so who knows what they could be charging you for. Ordering breakfast pancakes and not getting syrup with them or buying cheese bites and not getting the sauce that you pay for… one time I asked if the sauce was in the bag and she said yes and then put it in the bag in front of me?! Will defo be going to the Darnall one in future, they’re much more on the ball.

Ordered a black coffee inside the restaurant… it was left on the counter after it was prepared for over 15 minutes. Use the drive through if you actually want a warm drink. Useless.

driver sat up road for 20 mins, claimed he didnt know the number off the house, did not call me just sent a message saying he was at my door, checked on ring door bell n he wasnt, he laffed at me when i said the food will be cold

I had ordered a large coca cola classic and a large sprite zero. I got the sprite but not the coca cola, instead of a large coke I was given a small oasis.... absolute rip off.

In my order I had missing 3x mayo chicken , 1x chilli wrap , 1x sherebox cheese bits

My order seemed to have been forgotten, despite the restaurant being almost empty that late at night, so I had to ask for it to be fulfilled. There were dirty tables and overflowing rubbish that added to the uncomfortable atmosphere.

If I ordered in the app, why would I be at the drive through?? it's McDonald's it's the same as any other McDonald's..

Terrible, this and the Penistone Road shop clearly employ people who can’t read. Constantly get the wrong items, which suggests staff can’t read the labels and check contents of the bag against the order details. Really not that difficult. Also, don’t blame the uber driver like the manager at the Penistone Road shop. He didn’t pick up the filet of fish instead of a veggie deluxe, that was the staff member.
