Busy McDonald's but clean and quick, well maintained and well staffed

Medium fries were size of small. Container not filled at all and were cold like had been sitting around.

“I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The duty manager, Radhina, displayed extremely rude and unprofessional behavior, which was unacceptable. Despite having video evidence of the incident, the management failed to address the issue properly. Additionally, many staff members seemed to struggle with English, and it appeared that Radhina was taking advantage of them. This created a hostile and uncomfortable environment. The service was far below standard, and I would not recommend this place to anyone until significant improvements are made in staff training and management behavior.”

poor customer service, took my money and didn't deliver my food manager not helpful at all, didn't want to know and walked off. Sunday 19th January 12.00 avoid at all cost absolute rubbish

The dishes are new and the restaurant is very close to the Ibis hotel

Busy place but no issues staff doing their job waiting a little bit longer than other restaurants but like I said it was busy. Definitely recommend.

I parked my car and stayed at McDonald's for over an hour because it was very busy. We ordered a meal, then later went back to get coffee and dessert, which meant waiting in line twice. Despite being genuine customers, we received a parking ticket. This is extremely disappointing. Customers shouldn’t be penalized for taking their time, especially when the delays were due to how busy the restaurant was.

Stopped for a bite to eat after dropping someone off at Heathrow. Noticed that parking has been reduced to a stay of 60 mins only, does this include disabled parking? Then found all disabled spaces fully of non disabled vehicles. If you are going to use a company to run you car park, don't just rip people off, for staying too long, do something about parking in the disabled bays by non disabled drivers.

Spacious restaurant, food as expected, coffee never tastes fresh.

No access to toilets in the night which makes no sense. Staff’s behaviour regarding this issue was rude. Soft Drinks have more water than soft drinks itself. Not recommended.

I visited this McDonald's to meet my partner from a flight landing at Heathrow Terminal 2. This McDonald's had free parking for 60 min. My partner caught a tfl bus from the terminal and it took 8 min and a short walk from the bus stop. At the McDonald's we purchased food and a coffee both of which were served very quickly. I chose to wait at the Cobham Services 30 min away until she had passed security and then drove to the McDonald's. I do not understand people complaining about the 60 min limit. The signs are both on entry and every few cars.

Always perfectly produced and packaged, even enjoyable when cold and or the day after. I will be eating a big M meal again and again

Worst McDonald's ever, I asked the staff for some Salad on my cheeseburger, he said it can't add it omg, than I asked some extra salad on my mayo chicken, he said he will put extra, when I got my Mayo chicken I had NO SALAD, this was on the Christmas day OMG , stuff is a joke

Very poor service at the drive though today never experienced such a disgrace .I have been visiting this store for more then 5 years now....at the drive thou we were delayed to take order and the a waiting car behind me kept swearing at me blowing horn ......non of the manager came it wasn't even my fault it was the staff at the drive through window struggling taking order cueing up guest waiting to order an this car behind me swearing at me .when I was at the2nd window for collection again I had to wait for my food ....again the car behind me swearing but non of the manager took action I mean at time I have kids in the car and lucky this time I was alone.....the buisness Manager did not even have the curtousey to apologise more off asked me to move ...what a disgrace

I ordered a big tasty meal but the quantity of fries was half the amount of fries that should have been there. Also the food presentation was really bad. My burger looked as if someone dumped things in it in a rush and it was all over the place. Been a complete waste of time and money.

Recently visited the restaurant after long waiting hospital appointment for my pregnant wife before going home, we ordered Dine in but could not find empty clean table. However managed to find one and asked staff to clean the table. We have received the order approximately 35 min and we left from there after 1 hour. I have received parking ticket for parking over 1 hour, the restaurant management should take responsibility to inform their customers about the parking situation if there no free parking. Called the restaurant about the parking ticket and informed me to appeal, the parking agency refused to accept the appeal and advise the restaurant should informed you if you to register your car of you staying over 1 hours. Highly disappointed with this as no prior information provided as the car park was dark and could not read the instructions as provided as other restaurants and supermarkets. Feel like new way scamming customers.

Food was cold and the burger was so squashed and tasted like wood! Really disappointed and disgusted as I get McDonald’s regular. The driver took 40 mins and was in a car! Shouldn’t have taken that long.

A Disappointing Experience at McDonald’s Bath Road. I recently visited the McDonald’s at Heathrow, and unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected. While I was at the ordering screens, a man who appeared to be homeless was sitting nearby. As I began to place my order, he stood up and politely asked me to buy him some food. While I truly sympathize with his difficult situation, the interaction caught me off guard and made me uncomfortable. Ultimately, I left without ordering anything for myself. I understand that these are challenging circumstances for everyone, but I believe McDonald’s should have better measures in place to ensure customers can enjoy their experience without these interruptions, while also considering how to support those in need in a more structured way. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for all customers in the future.

McPlant time !!! Popped in for a quick bite. The more I have the McPlant it seems to taste better. Always clean, there seems to be someone cleaning and clearing tables all the time - which is great. Service is variable but mostly tolerable. Depending on what time you actually visit will mean how many people there are. I'd recommend this branch for both take away and sit in dining.

Damaged in delivery, drink spilt all over the food and bag ripped and all food was on the floor as soon as driver took out the bag. I provide pictures and customer service is shocking, just eat are refusing a refund even though it’s very evident on the picture of the damage. Nothing was edible and I had to make a second order. Best believe I will not be ordering from just eat again as nothing is guaranteed, will take your money even if you didn’t receive order

Delivery driver picked up my order. Then went to another McDonald’s must of picked up another order. Delivered that first and then delivered mine. When food arrived it was cold

Unfortunately all the food which I had ordered was stone cold not acceptable when you pay over £15 you expect much better. It certainly puts you off from buying a McDonalds or KFC from Just Eat or any other food delivery app

The food is not the greatest as the staff rush to make the food and you take 1 bite and the burger falls apart. The chips are always Cold and no salt or flavour. Some staff are friendly and helpful. I had to wait 30 minutes about 1 week ago as they forgot my order and skipped it. Manager was not understanding or did not apologise

A disappointing shame this place lets down how great fast food can be. Unfortunately, there are the odd times or places that service or food is not to the standard you'd expect however....on more than one occasion this McDonalds has left me feeling disappointed The chips were cold, the server did not want to know about this and after 30 mins from getting the main meal ( this is at 3am by the way ) the chips were finally redistributed It was an unfortunate shame that I had this experience before otherwise I'd have looked at it as 'it's a me thing'

Quick McDs before our flight to Dubai

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to McDonald’s. I had to wait 20 minutes for a simple order of 20 nuggets and 2 fries. For fast food, that’s way too long, and it completely ruined the convenience I expect from McDonald’s. Not happy with the service at all. The number will just disappear from the screen like the order been given but you still have to wait .

Food was so cold I could throw a chip at someone and it would knock them out. So shocking I would not recommend. Cold chips & cold nuggets and waited so long too!

I don't normally rate food places like Macdonalds but I had to give credit here. My first meal and breakfast since arriving UK and there aren't too many choices in the area. The sausage muffin taste much better than those in Hong Kong

The service was a bit busy while I was ordering a McRib meal today. The burger was tasty.

Twice been in there, always get my drinks wrong. The washroom smell really bad or not working. You have to eat quick after they make you wait for 15mins in queue for food ordered they cant get right and another 10mins wait while they fix it. All this while trying to avoid a £60 carpark fine in their premises staying any longer than 60mins. Easily the worst McD i have ever been. One star for free carpark and another one surprisingly their food hasnt killed anyone yet.

Good food, lots of space, and good deals, especially when you are around airports where everyone is trying to rip you off. Smooth connections via local buses to and from Heathrow and surrounding areas.

missing goods the restaurant really needs to do something about their staff as this is an ongoing issue with McDees. they are missing items on a regular basis and seems like they have an issue reading. training is required

Awful... Over an hour passed and no food, eventually the driver turned up EMPTY HANDED and had the liberty to ask me for our delivery code even though we were not given any food, i of course refused.

Half the order was missing, quality of the fried food was very poor. The nuggets and fry’s were tough and hard. Ordered over £100 worth of food for a lunch at a meeting and it was a disaster. We had to drive to the store twice to rectify the missing items. Never using this branch again

Disappointed. Went there Sat 14th Sept around 10.30am. Just wanted some brown sauce to compliment my egg and bacon muffin. The manager refused to add any brown sauce cause I could not select it on the app as it was not available to select even though they had some. To make it worse the guy after me ordered direct (without the app) and got brown sauce. So petty Jobsworth. Bad breakfast.

We grabbed some nuggets, fries a double cheeseburger and mcchicken. And had a nuggets take away. We all had stomach bug after our visit last sept 26. Toilets aren't that clean, good thing there are tablets for kids to play with. Store looks old and not that clean.
