McDonald's in Mansfield

Love this place staff are great and foods amazing..not much for kids to do but great to be in and relax...was out in 10mins

The meal ok but nuisance drug takers frequently in it swearing ect, door staff ignored them

You get what it says on the tin. Very clean and tidy.

cold food, always dirty table on the floor, rude service, dirty and smelly toilets, I do not recommend to anyone the worst restaurant in Mansfield..... The manager took the fries that fell on the table with her hands and put them in the bag with the fries. Disgusting 😓😓

Absolutely p take waited 35 minutes in store to get my food. It was overly busy. They prioritise delivery’s and when you finally get the food it’s either incorrect or cold. Staff just walking around trying to make it look like they are doing something. Very disappointed

Fun fact about this place, if you order more than 5 items, they will randomly forget some items. Ordered 2 fries and burgers?!, welp your drink is gone. Just like that. This fact, is extremely consistent. This has happened 4 times in a row, I just have to sit here and take it. Can I complain to someone? Nope. You can do literally nothing about it. Do. Not. Order. Food. For. Delivery. Because they know they can get away with it.

40 minutes for a small bag of fries when people that order after me with smaller meals got them before me which made me later to meet my dad

Ordered double chilli cheeseburger to table. Waiting 15 minutes only to find it was cold. Returned for a replacement. 10 minutes later, still waiting. Went back to counter and got given a standard cheeseburger which is less expensive than the chilli one. Poor service all round.

Going by my last visit today. It wasn't a pleasant visit. Crackheads standing outside in the doorway so the doors stay open letting the cold winter air in and people clearly find them intimidating because 90% of the people sat well away from the entrance. There were also no sugars on the condiments tables. It's a shame.

Not sure why it redirected me to an old order but this review is for the order on 23/11/2024 @20.40. The food was late the time kept changing and food delivered nearly an hour later. When the food arrived it was cold and the fries were all stalr&dry.

Didnt even deliver the order! Said they was going in the wrong direction to deliver then it just came up as delivered so delivery driver obviously fancied some free food as their the only one who would have the code for delivery!

Kids play was better 10yrs ago, place us clean, staff are nice, always check your food before you leave tho ad orders are missing items or given wrong items

45 mins after the original delivery time (kept changing it) then missing 4 portions of fries

The courier had split the drinks bag taking them out of the car and tried to drop the bag on our doorstep so that we wouldn’t see it was leaking but we did and when we pointed it out she said “not my fault - I need the code” , no apology, no if you contact customer services they can help, just a blunt rude attitude.

Delivery was on time, but the delivery lady had a bad attitude, came across really rude and wouldn’t pass the order through the window as I stated. She could see I was on the phone and made me look for my keys even though I had told her I could not find them.

Well what can you say? Just your usual Mcdonalds. Service a bit slow but friendly staff who do their best especially if its busy. Toilets are a bit hit or miss regarding cleanliness. Tends to get very busy when the kids pop in after school and at weekends as well

I have never eaten such disgustingly cooked food. Unbelievably hard potatoes. Still cola. Cold portions of food and all this in this particular establishment. McDonald's in Leith Park is a hundred times better.

the food was cold, the bags were soggy and the food was also slightly stale and dry. it took 20 minutes before my order actually started being prepared and 50 for the courier to leave the restaurant and actually deliver it to me.
