The food was all over the bag and spilt everywhere

Driver didn’t turn up at all and it came up as delivered

the container for the drinks was so wet, it went through to the bag, it was about to rip open it was so wet, the chicken burger was okay if only the sauce and lettuce stayed on the bun. my 1st time using just eat for mc donalds, it was OK but not happy with the drink side of it

Delivered quick and driver was very helpful although y no sauces and the quarter pounder only had a burger on a bun delivery amazing but the food was average

The mayo was different on the burger and my drink was pretty much none existent as it wasn't secured in properly so it spilt all in the bag

I ordered at roughly 5:40 and the food arrived at 7:16. it said due by 6:30 but kept getting longer and the food came cold, with the wrong drinks

I used Drive in . Arrived home to find items missing . Had to return for 2nd occasion to pick up missing items . Was handed them at the counter with no apology

I ordered and the chips were cold and dry and I got an iced latte and it was 80% ice and 20% coffee. I poured it into a different cup and it didn’t even fill it half way

absolute joke mate, £40 to feed our family and the driver just hands it to the wrong address with no code given now the kids are missing there food and I'm down on money... won't be ordering again.

Very disappointed w macdonald's since they have reopened after refurbishment. Everything has gone down hill . Drive through & service in the restaurant is utterly poor 😫

Dead slow. Missed half the order and got most of the rest wrong. Two Double 1/4 pounders with cheese became 1 normal 1/4 pounder. Nuggets became strips. Bbq sauce became some dip. No coke. No vanilla shake. All that after almost 30 minutes drive through. Worst McDonald's branch ever. Just close it.

First time in a Macdonald's for over 30 years and nothing has changed! That isn't a good thing either.

Absolute shambles! The worst mc Donald’s! Waiting time over the average especially if you order a Vegan Burger. Wrong orders in your bag. Bags open letting you’re food go cold when waiting in a car, there is just no care by the majority of kids that work there or management is failing terribly… I’d give it a no Star if I could! My missus went and ordered food for us both and when she got home with our food they had not put a Vegan burger in the bag, food was freezing also, 2 min drive. It’s all over by then you just haven’t got the time to go back again so it’s like you’ve been ripped off, it’s happened a few times now, I guess it’s just something telling you just not to go there!

The system showed my order as ready to collect on the screen, but it wasn’t actually prepared. I asked a staff member to check, and after 10 minutes, she came back asking if I had received it (I hadn’t). Eventually, someone else went to check, but by then, several other customers were experiencing the same issue with coffee orders. It’s unacceptable for the system to show an order as ready when it isn’t. This causes confusion and unnecessary delays for customers. The process needs improvement to ensure accuracy and better communication.”

courier was fantastic, extremely polite and initiated a small chat whilst sorting the order out. couldn't rate higher

Yet again they left the dips from the menu after I ordered them on their website

I'm not going to try and tell you anything you don't already know about McDonald's - I expect you know what you're getting before you even arrive I personally do like the coffee and if I'm eating, I aim for the 'healthiest' option

We waited 1.5 hours for the food. I ordered the food at 5pm and it arrived at 6:30pm. The food was cold too.

Can't fault just eat - very easy to order and delivery was early. McDonalds however, typically got the order wrong...didn't bother packing and dips and short changed us on the nuggets (5 instead of 6)

Thought it would be better after refurb but it’s awful. The building and user experience is really bad but that doesn’t excuse most of our food being wrong/cold/missing.

Ordered nearly £40 worth of food. Missing one of the meals, ordered 13 hash browns only 8 turned up. Double sausage and egg meal and only one patty and no egg. Shocking service today on what was meant to be an early Xmas meal for the office

The quality of the food was fine, hot, but yesterday again, no napkins, no straws for the drinks, I ordered sauces that where not included, this has happened many times when ordering via the app, it's poor quality of public service when there is no quality control of the order, perhaps a review of how they check the order should be carried out?

Sophie had impecable customer service made sure our food was piping hot and was really attentive after waiting 15 minutes for our food.

25 minutes drive through, then fries missing on the order but that's my fault by not checking the screen to see if the girl had put everything on the order.

I visited quite looking forward to seeing the changes made since the refurb. Majorly disappointed. No doubt that it looks much better, but appearances can be deceptive. A member of staff was complaining to me about the number of seats that they've now lost. True. Very difficult to find a seat. I visited mid-week evening so I managed to find one, but I returned on the following Sunday and all limited seats were taken. And the place was a tip. Every table piled high with rubbish, and the one member of staff on the floor was chatting to a customer. My first visit I ordered from the app, waited over 20 minutes, and my drink was cold and only half full. My second visit I did a lap, observed the chaos and mess, and went to Subway instead. Unfortunately the refurb has taken the same direction as Chalon Way McDonald's in St Helens, where the food prep area is now hidden away out of sight and standards have inevitably fallen. I used to enjoy popping in to Prescot Cables McDonald's, such a shame.

Didn’t arrive. Driver come to my door saying they refused to make my food after another driver took it, wouldn’t leave unless I gave him the code to say it’s delivered so after half an hour I did so no food and no refund. Vile

Called at this Mc Donald’s this evening (12th December 2024), expecting great things of it after its recent and long renovation. In my opinion it’s gone from being the best Mc Donald’s restaurant in the St Helens, Prescot and Liverpool areas to the worst, it’s extremely dark, the layout makes it feel confined and the food really wasn’t anything like as good as it used to be, the only saving grace for the place is they have kept on the security staff that they had before the renovation works. Won’t be visiting this dark dingy place again ☹️

McDonald's Prescot - A Disappointing Experience If I could give the McDonald's in Prescot less than one star, I absolutely would. Despite the recent refurbishment, which has improved the aesthetics of the place, the service remains consistently abysmal. Each time I visit, there seems to be a problem with my order. Items are frequently missing, orders are wrong, or the waiting time is outrageously long. On one occasion, I waited over 20 minutes just for a few McFlurrys—hardly an acceptable timeframe for what is supposed to be "fast" food. The staff seem disorganized and overwhelmed, and despite the modernized surroundings, the inefficiency has clearly not been addressed. It’s frustrating to see such poor service repeatedly, especially after the investment in refurbishing the restaurant. A nice interior means nothing when the basics of customer service and order accuracy are consistently neglected. Save yourself the hassle and choose another location or a different fast-food chain altogether.

Awful. Only bottled drinks which maybe you could forgive but still charge full price. Staff all shouting how much they ‘can’t wait to get out of here!’ While management looks on squinting their eyes at people they obviously don’t like. Went to prescot mcdonalds drive thru. It took 20 minutes to serve 6 cars. A new restaurant and drinks and dessert machines dont work. So after 30 minutes i get some food but wish i hadnt bothered

refused delivery as ordered 12.41,delivery arrived at 15.15 after being told it was on its way b4 14.00 restaurant only 10mins away.will never use again

25 minutes to get through drive through to drive away with cold overcooked chips. Service is terrible. Sat at a stand still for 10 minutes, in a queue trying to pay to then be told to park at the new 2nd collection window. We were then forgotten about while 10 cars drive past us with their orders and staff literally dance around the kitchen. They then finally remembered us but couldn’t open the broken window (of the newly refurbished restaurant) to give us our food. Place is a complete disaster, especially since the refurbishment.

Ordered via app. Sat in bay outside waiting. Order didn't arrive. Went in, staff couldn't care less. Since being refurbished, this place has gone to the dogs.

just received my order. I will never order from here again. Considering I live literally 5min by car from Cables All of the food was cold, fries looked anaemic and not even a hint of salt. Also ordered 6 nuggets for my mate they to were cold and dry and No sauce given.

I would of preferred to be leaving no stars on this review as you have a total disregard for public safety as I have raised an issue of a foreign object in my burger I order and you didn’t even bother looking into it even when I told you I nearly choked on it and asked to make the McDonald’s aware of it. What a disgrace of a customer service department. An thank you very much for nothing Sophie K. I really do hope your manager gives you some training as you clearly need it.
