Food was freezing when arrived

Driver lost as usuall employ proper people who no the area

this simple order came 1hr 30mins late. if that's not bad enough, the order was wrong. I was missing 2 fries, 1 drink and all the drinks was wrong and unusable. all the food was cold and sloppily put together. all the drinks that was wrong was spilled all over the bag and half empty. won't be ordering again

This has got to be the worst mcdonalds in the country. Arrived at drive through at 17.15 last Sunday. No queue but after ordering and paying asked to park up. Received food eventually at 17.50 after returning to the window twice. The excuse, " we couldn't find your car so we took the order back". We were parked in clear view of the door. After finally getting the order we asked to speak to a manager. She offered the same excuse until we pointed out that she could see our car number from the shop door and also from the serving window when she changed to "perhaps the number was written badly on the receipt ". We and others have been left waiting before but as we were in the area, we decided to give them one more change. Never again. We could have driven to wigan, southport or liverpool and been eating sooner.

There's nothing like a McDonald's. That's hopefully very true. There's a subway within 100 metres, a KFC, is close by. Inside the concourse are a few more food outlets. Make the journey away.

Only come here as the very last resort if everywhere else is closed. Extremely slow service (several times I'm stood there for 20 mins waiting I have even heard people complaining that they waiting 15 mins just for a coffee) food is cold 9 times out of 10 and compared to other sites it is always tasteless. And also check your orders before leaving as it's almost certain they have forgotten something. And the customer service needs looking at.

All the order was thrown away as the delivery driver went to pump his tyres up at the other end of the town with my families food and it was ice cold as he was on a bike

Ordered at 951am. Order wasn't out for delivery until 11am. When it was finally delivered. There were 3 items missing. All of the food was freezing cold and hard and stuck to the packaging. The only item that was a little bit warm was wrong, it was supposed to be an egg muffin but it was a sausage muffin. Cost £23, took over an hour to get the food and it was ABYSMAL.

Chips where soggy and undercooked and mayo chicken was missing. Delivery was good tho

Embarrassing really. Not even worth one star Food comes cold or missing items and when you ring to complain the staff who answer are just rude and refuse to help. I don't order often but when I do it is always disappointing. I have told my children today was the last day I would order from this establishment.

Abysmal. Completely wrong order, got nothing we wanted, no drinks or anything. Literally couldn’t have been worse. Wouldn’t mind but the delivery driver swapped our order at the door as he thought he had the wrong one… great! Literal last straw with McDonalds, as ordering in-store is just as painful and unreliable. Never again.

Food tasted awful because it was stone cold. 🥶 I’ve given McDonalds at Skelmersdale 3 chances now allowing for these things happen, but yet again the food is stone cold, so I will not order from them again. Which means Just Eat loses out as well.
