McDonald's in Salford

It's McDonald's - good mcmuffins for a good price all without getting out of the car!

Service was a bit slow, seeing as we were the only people in the place for breakfast

Quick serve and polite attendants

Great place for McDonald's pit stop. They are open until late hoursbof morning, have toilet facilities for all. They have drive thru and loads of parking available for eat in customers. Would recommend this McDonald's branch over others as I know they will be open at almost all hours. I know this as I have been here at 2am in the past.

I wish I hadn't watched the food being made.

I wish I hadn't watched my burgers being made. No one was cleaning up the bags and food people had left on the tables either.

BurgerKing + French fries are so hot, fresh and delicious

It's okey if you want to be hungry again in 2 hours time, porridge is nice.

Coffee half empty obviously been spilled as bag soaked burger freezing cold

Absolutely awful restaurant and never have strawberry milkshake

food was hot but drink had been spilt all over the bags so ended up with no drink luckily it had got on the food

my food is freezing it was out for delivery for over 40 mins we tracked it going all over the place before it got to my address which is just round the corner from McDonald's

drinks were split everywhere and food was cold

Over an hour and a quarter to arrive and the entire order was stone cold. Rubbish service and rubbish food.

Can never get an order correct

I had order lunch from here yesterday but wasn’t delivered but it said order delivered on the app. when I contacted the restaurant they said it’s uber that delivers and they cannot do anything about this and asked me to contact uber. And I don’t know how to contact uber because I don’t have any details for my order with me because McDonald’s does not provide any order information on the app. Bad service and bad customer support. I lost my money and was hungry all day. McDonald’s is worse. Restaurants partner with uber eats and don’t take responsibility for delivery, so what do you want your customers do.

everything is overpriced an the food is never as good as when it's freshly made but it's MC Donald's. You know exactly what your getting. I'm very happy you can order sauce with your meal now, big improvement

food was freezing. they need to deliver one order at a time. no one wants cold food and melted ice cream, shouldnt be allowed to do more than one delivery at a time, we order hot food then thats what we expect, giving £2.27 doesnt make my food hot.

my daughter has an allergy to strawberries and you have sent a strawberrie milk sake this could of had very bad consequences good job i noticed the colour you need to checking what you seve and the food was absolutely freezing

Freezing cold space, with low temperatures today and they didn't have heating on, it was really unpleasant to have the food in there

The meal was stone cold including the boxes that it comes in like as if it has been sat in a Cooler.

Once again regretted ordering was stale n tasteless

Thank goodness we could order from Salford instead of Swinton tonight!!! All items correct, nothing missing, food warm even got the sauces and the ice cream was icy and not like a runny milkshake!! Wow. Thanks Salford for a complete order :-)

What an absolute disgrace! Sat for 20 minutes in a car at the intercom no communication. Cars behind blowing horns in frustration. Absolute diabolical had to drive off. Customer service a joke

I saw an employee sneeze in his hand then wipe the snot on his uniform, had to waste my £15 order as it made me feel sick. It’s gone downhill since Mark Nuttall franchised it.

Didnt show My order was sent to someone else

Never showed up. Courier couldn't find where I was after 40 minutes even with in depth instructions over the phone and then hung up on me. Previous couriers could find me in the exact same place. Never had an issue before. Just Eat won't refund me.

The Fanta tasted like fizzy water. No straw. Food freezing, £15 wasted

I ordered NO EGG as I'm allergic. I threw the whole breakfast burger away. I also paid for extra bacon, and there wasn't anything extra there. You guys are THEIVES in plain sight!! Run me back my money, quickly!

Great location for a pit stop as was travelling into Manchester and needed a bite to eat and take a comfort break. Clean and tidy store with helpful staff

Shocking!. Spent 20quid tonight on food for my kids. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets which I didn't receive. A big mac meal which I didn't receive. My daughters lemonade was a full fat coke. I rang them to tell them I had received a complete wrong order. There reply was " we are busy! Apply for a refund". What a joke.

Never ordering again. Delivery driver refused to deliver my meal and this was my first time ordering from Just Eat so I’m not exactly sure how the process works. He demanded I give him the code and now Just Eat refuse to give me my money back.

A top tier maccies will probably never come again but they did give me a Big Mac inside of a chicken Big Mac box instead of a chicken Big Mac but it’s ok I’ll let it slide since I’m not from manny

Food was stone cold by the time it got to me. I ordered a milkshake and they sent me a Fanta and a McFlurry instead but the McFlurry was melted and the Fanta had no taste to it so I think the syrup must have run out.
