hello sir this is amir im built different sir i dont recommend this mcdonalds i opended up my chicken nuggets and i found some white gooey stuff i asked for ketchup no cap

Very busy. Messed up one drink but good

Asked for 14 sweet and sour dips, they gave me 1 and laughed at me. Dismounted servuve

Started getting breakfast delivered a short distance. Three times now I've ordered the breakfast menu at 10am or before but for some reason the preparation status never changes and keeps increasing the time to after 11am where the breakfast menu is over by then. I believe this is done on purpose to save time when preparing for the food after 11am. But if this is the case then change the time for the breakfast maybe?

Small fish burger 🍔 for the price of 3 plastic burgers. Not worth it.

I ordered food for myself and my mum this evening ....big mistake food was ice cold, the lettuce looked like it had been used as a football before being put into the burgers and on inspection of my burger I found a hair! This sort of thing should happen McDonald's...do better.

My order never arrived how can it say it’s been delivered when I have the code to show the driver ,I’ve had to re order and hope it gets delivered this time

Originally ordered around 10:20am, food didn’t arrive for an hour and was cold when it came.

Got my order completely wrong. I spent £24 and ended up getting £8 worth of food

Not the best place but having a food on the go is not to bad.It is located next to toilet therefore is prety busy and loud.Service also is fast and managers or staff do not have time to be polite.

It wasn’t delivered. It says delivered after 2 hours, but it hasn’t. Stolen my money and stolen my food.

I ordered just before nine o’clock this morning, the delivery time changed multiple times and eventually was delivered an hour and a half later, the coke had leaked all over the food to top it off.

Worst experience ever, half the order didn’t go though but I still payed for it and the driver called me and rang the buzzer at the same time causing to rush around and got my knee. No one ended up eating !

you have sent me a big mac instead of a chicken sandwich I DONT EAT BURGERS so will go hungry

Driver was not a happy chappy. Because we didn't answer the phone in time he was going to leave, instead of coming to the front door where he would have found a member of staff.

Cheese dipper share box missing and a large Big Mac meal

Give me someone else order not happy about it I won't a full refund in my bank

On the double buger meal they only gave me one when i ordered two

always go to wrong address, just look at map not address given..food cold.

my food never got delivered it said it was coming between 0.30 and 0.50 the restrant closed at 1 I have screenshots from 1.10 saying my food was getting prepared and it never showed

You gave me chicken in a bun with nothing else, when I only requested the bacon and pickle to be removed… I still wanted cheese and cheese sauce ect…

Drinks spilt in transit, more drinks in ice-cream than the sealed cups, flat drink, missing straws, food cold, poor experience

It's a McDonalds ... I love Double Bacon & Egg McMuffin... Mini hash browns and coffee though...

Compared with previous Mac meals, the chips felt papery and the bbq sauce just taste different.

Order was cold when it arrived. My lunch break was over by the time it arrived so couldn't even reheat it myself. When I asked the driver if the restaurant was busy, he said not really. Usually reasonable delivery time but very disappointed this time.

Sadly, on this occasion, my visit didn't go well! The person I placed my order with was not in a good mood. He took my order and payment without a word and gave me the receipt then walked away. The order, when completed was handed to me and I'm glad I checked it there and then. No orange juice, no cutlery, no napkins, neither bacon roll had sauce and the McMuffin had no bacon or cheese! I was not impressed and when I asked for the order to be corrected, I was offered a loud sigh!

Time expected kept going up till it reached 30 minutes past the original estimate and food arrived stone cold and milkshake was lukewarm

driver didnt give the food this has happened multiple times sort it out.

Suggest telling the drivers to read the instructions of delivery as they are there for a reason

Can't go wrong with a breakfast to start the day. Coffee is a great taste for a fraction of the chain coffee shops.

Lovely staff,food was hot and well packed.

Considering how busy this store gets, the staff were attentive, the service was fab and the food was, well as expected from Mcdonalds

The food was so late and cold it was terrible

Glad they were open. Service was quite quick. Staff were being a bit rude to each other with their comments in front of customers. Food was good though !

Happy meal chicken nuggets weren’t in the order. Not the first time this has happened.

My order was done poorly. It was cold, the LARGE chips was hardly even full like someone wasn't bothered to fill it up

Driver went to a “petrol station” before my location, however, he was at Asda. This resulted in me having to eat cold food with half of the drink spilled everywhere. Not happy at all.

Delivery driver was lovely and helpful but there was a problem with my code, nothing was his fault I wanted to make sure ge got paid for delivering as he was really lovely and helpful, but there should be a way for me to confirm delivery to save him time

OK but why are McDs now sending an extra bag with nothing but napkins in? Really wasteful and unnecessary, especially when the main bag is nearly empty.

It says delivered. There was no phone call or notification. I went outside to search and there was no sign of a JustEat driver delivering or any McDonald's left. I would want an explanation or communication as to what happened.

Usually the meal is cold when we receive it however today it was freshly cooked, hot chips very tasty meal

Just missed my bus and now have to wait another hour because it took 8 minutes to make 2 cokes. Meal was ready to pick up but they just kept getting other ready. Happens all the time in there and it's a joke.

Order was not delivered for the second time.

It never turn up which isn’t the first time u guys have done this to me and no doubt it won’t be the last
