McDonald's in Stoke-on-Trent

Came to order food at 11.00 pm, where the website syas it closes at 2.00 am. Started ordering, then a staff came and said shop is closed, but not in a good manner

Arrived and parked fine, this is sometimes difficult due to small car park and uber drivers parking ridiculously. There was noone on lobby and lots of tables needed cleaning. No toilet roll in 2/3 of the womens toilets. 2 nugget happy meals and a wrap meal took over 15 minutes, it was not overly busy in store . Even staff waiting for their breaks seemed to be waiting a while . Although this time the food was warm, many a time it's cold. It's very hit and miss. It's a very rare occasions we will come. I have attached a photo of the tables that became empty 10.minutws after got here we were here for half and hour.

Ordered food and asked to wait for the chicken selects which was fine. The rest of the order was obviously still put up. When order came out and after a five minute journey home to eat it we find out the whole order was stone cold. This is not acceptable. The new option in Tunstall does not serve cold food like this. Even the code to review directly doesn't work!!

Quiet place lots of school children & Uber collections but got served in a reasonable time

So slow! Unfortunately I seem to be waiting whenever I come to this location. We waited 20 minutes for 1 mayo chicken and 1 mcrispy burger after parking in a bay. Luckily the food was not freezing cold. Not rushing back

Absolutely shocking! Food came out cold and was completely the wrong order only realised when I got home to have to drive all the way back the change my order.

Food was hot, fries nicely done and manager on duty was friendly towards her customers

Signs and google say open until 2am not even 1am and it's shut. Sort the signage out or be open

Cold food that took forever to come. So rushed that they don't even bother closing happy meal boxes and just stack them on top of each other. Not cheap enough anymore to justify how bad and slow it is.

Too busy with user eats. It's not fast food anymore expect to be there for over 30 minutes even when it quiet.

Staff was yawning when taking payment. We were kept waiting 25 mins for our food and was cold when arrived. 1 member of staff was chatting to somebody in a car for 15 mins outside while another member off staff was bringing the orders out. Which he dropped part off the order and the other member off staff just stood there laughing at him. This place has gone down bank.

Missing items Rang up but no one would answer the phone after 3 hours I gave up. Rude staff and after waiting to go in the drive in your told to park up, then they serve you cold food. Never again will I go to this macdonalds. I carnt understand why other macdonalds can get it perfect yet this one just wants to sever you rubbish with the same attitude. Maybe the guy who owns this needs to get in there and see what’s going on and teach the staff to answer the phone, so the mo ey you ripped me of for by not giving me my items I will get back. IF YOU CARNT DO THE JOB YOU NEED TO GIVE IT UP Called in again tonight 08/12/24 Went through drive in only yet again to be told to go and park up, after 20 mins I went in to be told my food was just ready (lies), the food was yet again cold and disgusting 🤮, the manager didn’t give a hoot, and yet again my order was wrong, the chips were greasy and undercooked, my chicken legand burger was a chicken mayo, how can this place stay open, it needs health and safety in there pronto. IT NEEDS CLOSING DOWN GOT TO BE THE WORSE ONE IN THE UK

Food was fine, had a problem ordering using the app (hung at payment confirmation stage), staff sorted it out and gave me a discount at the till. How can you describe the atmosphere at a McD's? There were no fights and there was no live music if that is helpful to anyone.

Probably the worst McDonalds in stoke on trent. If you eat in side it’s cold and tables are dirty, the staff are barely able , there’s a clear lack of training and management. My recent drive through experience was laughable. The girl taking the order got the order wrong five times ( it was like the scene from dude car where my car ) . It was only 2 happy meals and a burger. Then the guy at the next window just kept saying to people park up . There was five people waiting on the carpark not a one of us got food . We all individually went in to collect it.Lol joke

3rd time in a row going through the drive thru and having to part up for at least 10mins.. thought the whole point was to be a quick service. Food isnt warm by time it comes out..could understand if the order was big but it isnt. Salt the chips like you used to aswel

Shocking shocking. Drive threw waited 25 min after 15 min Ferring served went inside to collect my order as I had drank my hot drink by then while I was sitting in my cold car waisting petrol ...get home which is 2 mins away in car . My burger is stone cold chips aired and full of salt that they stinged my lips ..way to much ..never have I once had a warm burger from there but this time it's stone cold

Ordered from Uber, you sent no fries, nuggets and missed 1 drink from our £100 order. You’re a bunch of scammers only refunding a percentage of what we’ve missed when it was due to no fault of our own.

Uber eats has ruined this brand. Up to 30 min wait on a tiny car park because there's 10 drivers getting priority service.

The new McDonald's in tunstall by asda , absolutely awful. The food was barely cooked and no customer service whatsoever, I will not be re visiting again think I'll be going back to goldenhill, at least the food is hot and the staff are friendly. Both myself and my dad have had really bad stomach's tonight .

Ordered via the drive thru, after travelling for over 5 hours from abroad, to get home and find out that some of the order is missing, too tired to go back now. Poor effort. Won’t use this branch again

This is by far the worst McDonald's in the UK every single time we use it there's an issue with the food or service today we had a 30 minute wait from the drive through eventually we had to go in and wait even longer to have cold soggy food and 2 double cheese burgers missing chips half full all there bothered about is the delivery's. £40 worth of maccys in the bin again. Don't use this McDonald's.

Awful McDonald's! Went at 9pm so expected it to be quiet. Queued for 15mins at the drive through and was then given a pager to come and collect the food when it beeped. It beeped after 5mins and then I had to queue in the drive through for 15mins to collect the food. Got to the window to be told 'we've been beeping you for a while'. I knew this after being driven insane by the beeping thing for 15mins, whilst waiting in a poorly served queue. Collected a bag of cold food that was fit for the bin. How has fast food become so slow and complicated!

Your straws have ruined the milkshakes

Went through the drive through twice at 7:00am, no service.Parked up went in and ordered breakfast,no egg on both muffins,food was thrown together and barely warm.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald since I was little but recently it has gone to crap the staff are rude and some of them don’t wear hair nets or name tags and still wearing jewellery I was waiting 20 minutes for my food and had to go in for it and when I asked where it was I was yelled at I work at McDonalds and it’s not that difficult to be polite and when I got home there was a hair in my food due to them not wearing a hair net

Slow service and the muffin i ordered had alot of grease dripping off it.

Macdonald's is Macdonald's. You know what you're getting. I find them all the same. However, this one seems unable to provide food in an efficient manner, and when the food does reach you, it's completely inconsistent. At least one item is cold. Always. Or one item is completly cold whilst another is like you have had a shot of fryer oil. No idea how you even do that...?

Food came reasonably quick considering all the online orders that are waiting to be delivered. Food was warm but not as hot as it could be. Perhaps it's me expecting hot food from a fast food restaurant?

Used drive thru', Was pretty busy, but nevertheless wasn't a long wait. Order process was simple enough and staff were friendly....

Must be the worst MacDonalds in the world. Drive thru 1 wasn’t working I sat waiting for a dark age then gave up and went straight to window. Not got most of my order available. Waited another dark age waiting for my food to be brought to me. When it was it was cold. It’s not rocket science to serve at Macdonalds.

Got to be the worst one I’ve been to yet, constantly told to park up to receive cold food, order is regularly wrong, items missed off the composition of the food, ie no egg on the sos and egg muff, drive through regularly has problems with a lane so you sit there when others fly through the other lane, can’t get on car park coz to many Uber drivers parked up, place has gone to the dogs AVOID.

Asked to park up in the drive through, and when I explained that I couldn't as I was in a large van and the car park was extremely busy a member of staff was rude to me and said some nasty things before she was dragged away by the window girl and told to calm down. I'd already waited 5 mins at the speaker to place my order previously. I only wanted a few cheeseburgers and a chicken nugget happy meal, my boy next to me in my van got scared due to the angry member of staffs behaviour, and when we open our order on our return home we realised it was incorrect. Will not be using this McDonald's again ....... ever

Very busy McDs not helped by its location, just off a busy roundabout and I had to queue on the road waiting on access. I thought sitting in would be a better option but had to abandon my car in the car park parking on the pedestrian crossing! Other collection/delivery drivers were doing the same. The food was good, I ordered a McChicken sandwich meal which was very hot.

The Sandyford franchise of Mcdonalds has to be one of the worst branches I have ever visited! On almost every occasion I have had to park up and wait for food while the multitude of Uber drivers are prioritised. The majority of staff working there, especially the manager, are nothing short of rude, and a refresher on customer service and human decency would be extremely beneficial.

Ordered on Uber eats why is it I NEVER get all of my order i pay for the delivery and a service charge which to me is ridicules but that my problem , but i do pay to received what I ordered and what i would say not a satisfactory temperature so thank you for taking my money and not giving a hoot :(

Great mcdonalds, but the carpark is tiny and can take quite a while to get in the carpark. I had 2 plain cheese burgers and some chips.

Me my partner and 2 children sat in afew weeks ago and waited 25 minutes to find out are food had been sat waiting to be brought to the table for 10 minutes the lady then tried to give me the food at the till no thank you it was freezing and had been sat in the open by all the delivery drivers for 10 minutes it then came and had an item missing so I had to go bk up then all the strawberry milkshakes tasted like chocolate absolute shambles

A rare visit with my granddaughter spoiled by the conduct of the fast food delivery drivers.

I would like to comment on how disappointed my visit was to Sandyford. I only visit less than 6 visits per year and today I called in I queued in the usual queue as I assume your preparing all the delivery orders in front of the customers who make an effort to visit the site .Once asked what was my order I wanted a mango smoothie a oreo mcflurry and a cookie dough mcflurry the response I received was we not got no mango smoothie we not got no oreo we not got no cookie dough so whoopee im already in the slow queue and no for no reason whatsoever. My suggestion is if your a franchise then go and invest in product dont penny pinch and run the site on a shoe string it was a complete waste of my time the only conclusion I get is that you don't visit Sandyford McDonald's as they won't have any stock of your preferred items. Other visits include the milk shake machine isn't working whats next we not got no burgers only a lettuce bap or tomato bun without the tomato so it needs to be revamped to ease road congestion as its ridiculous how its allowed to continue trading with the traffic it causes. So I won't be visiting again .

Same as always.. you get your food' minus the milkshake because the machine eis supposedly broke l the sauces are missing, and got the wrong burger.the only thing you're guaranteed is a slight feeling of disappointment

Hit and miss on service times. Sometime immediate and at worse I waited 33 min for a chicken mayo and latte 🤷🏼‍♀️ The uber drivers really have killed the atmosphere in this place and they ALWAYS park in the disabled bays. Get control of the drivers and stop them from sitting on tables in the restaurant. So unhygienic! Always seem to have issues with frozen drinks too

Just had a double cheeseburger from here, the burgers were literally hanging out of the bungalow, soon as I tried to pick it up to readjust it all the meat fell right out of the bungalow onto the floor, apparently they can't even assemble a burger now. Waited 15 minutes for this, waste of time and money

Total joke of a a place full of clown staff? Ordered a cheese burger! Standard item you’d think! First one came out with nothing other than the patty! Went back in to change for one with onions all pickles as in a standard cheeseburger! The next burger came out and still no onion, contested this and the manager said there are onions on it (literally three little cubes!) got a third burger and can’t be arsed going back in as it’s a joke but was the same 😂

This area needs another Macdonalds because this place is a joke. ***edit*** Had to edit an old review as Google wouldn't let me write a new on. Just returned for a fathers day breakfast. Ordered a bacon roll no sauce for my son which turned out to be a bacon, sausage egg and cheese bap! Sons breakfast ruined. And the hash brown with my meal and the two extra I paid for weren't even in the bag. This place must literally scrape the barrel for staff!

Asked at the order service if there was a wait, answer was no. Paid and got to the food window and got the normal, can you please park up. They then give you the hot drink which you order and by the time the food comes out the hot drink is then cold. It has to be the worst McDonald’s in Stoke. Are you catering for those who order online before paying customers at the window?

Anytime I order through the app and it comes from here it's wrong and I mean everytime, the staff don't pay attention while packing orders & hand them to the wrong drivers constantly, pay peanuts get monkeys...

One of the worst McDonald’s in the country. Wait times are out of hand, every time you use the drive through you have to park up. I’d understand if it was a large order but it’s one meal, that’s it, 1 burger 1 fries 1 drink, yet I’m staring at countless teenagers standing around idly chatting. When you pull up to the drive through window they don’t even acknowledge you and then scornfully tell you next window. The franchise owner needs to sack everybody involved with managing this place. They have no idea.

Would rate 0 stars if I could!!!!! Staff are narcissistic walleys who slate Uber eats delivery drivers especially Janine the assistant manager. Think you need to take a long hard look in the mirror you horrid woman. Hope you get sacked will be reporting to McDonald’s customer services. You don’t deserve this job you silly woman

Place is like eating in a prison, like all McDonald's. Car park is tiny, always parking issues. Completely get ignored by staff if wanting to make a cash order. Food was cold as always.

One of the busiest McD, facilities were good at their standards, Drive-in + Eat-in, finding parking space is tough due to its business.

Ordered a Veg Wrap mean amongst other items. Took food home only to realize that the wrap was missing, food was cold and stale. Service was incredibly slow, with a half empty restaurant. Kitchen had at least 7 people working the line, so I can't wrap my head around how my experience could be so poor
