McDonald's in Wolverhampton

Do not use the My McDonalds app to order from this particular venue (Cannock Road) as items regularly are missing from order

Poor service delivery drivers get priority over the drive through always have to park up and wait while they walk in and out constantly

Never have anything in stock, everything’s not been available for over a week plus now

Very slow service and the place was empty. Also didn't actually blend the ice drinks. I'd say avoid this McDonald's rude staff very slow service

This is the 4 th review I've left and sad to yet again that place is a joke the management and team members need a complete overall. And I think trading standards should be notified of there poor performance.

You spend £45 on food for a Friday family treat &end up missing half your order! Not on! So now 2 people have to go without. It’s not rocket science putting food in a bag.

McDonald’s need to get around the fact that the food when delivered is luke warm, which spoils the enjoyment of the food. If they can rectify that then it would be brilliant.

the food was great but the nuggets tasted overcooked and like they sat in the UHC way too long, other than that the food was INCREDIBLE.

Food was fine, when it arrived. Very slow service, and it seemed that the drive through and delivering outside to people in their cars was a higher priority than the customers waiting in the store. Other staff just waiting around seemingly not doing much. Despite there being two disabled parking spaces, these were used by Just Eat delivery drivers and people without blue badges, meaning I had to struggle out of a smaller space. Nothing was done about this by staff.

The nuggets, burger and McChicken were lovely. We received two medium fries instead of two large and they were cold

Food was cold and had to be put in microwave. This is the 2nd time in a row our food order has been cold but when it's delivered by a guy on a bike it's no wonder.

hot chocolate was watery and half full, vanilla milkshake was actually banana, fries were ice cold, galaxy mcflurry had syrup in it when asked for none

I’m absolutely appalled at the behaviour of the managers at this establishment. They will be lucky if I don’t report them to higher up! The whole order was completely wrong and the manager was very snotty about it saying she wouldn’t refund us all she can do is replace what’s wrong. When it’s brought to the counter she slams it down, gives us a dirty look and says “enjoy”.On top of that, food was cold and the same manager was standing talking to other colleagues about their plans for the weekend while our order was sitting on the side. I cannot believe the behaviour of who is promoted to manager these days. McDonald’s, you need to sort yourselves out!

This is the worst Macdonalds in the area. We waited ages for our food. Even after we complained we ended up having to go inside to collect our food.

Horrific, we don't live too far so this one is convenient for us when we do need to go, other than that we drive the little extra to a different McDonald's. Over the years we've had plenty to complain about and nothing has changed, a 50/50 chance of getting an order correct, recently our last 2 trips have been terrible, firstly we went in and within minutes it said our food was ready to collect, but 20 minutes later still waiting. Whilst the young girl behind the counter came out and stood with her friends putting in their order on her phone and got their food before ours, my husband asked her where ours was and she said she'd go check 2 minutes later she came back and asked if he was waiting to be served! Our food eventually came. 5 meals in one bag was ridiculous, it didn't even fit in and had to flag someone down for another bag. Husband asked for a chicken big mac, he got a beef one. Then our other trip the coke was more than flat, it tasted so bad i thought something else was put in it!! I chucked it asap, i only had a cheeseburger but looked like someone dropped and stood on it. We've found hair in our food before and drinks are warm and hardly filled. It's not gourmet food so not hard to get wrong, but after this I can honestly say i will never go back. This place needs a major revamp of working machines and employees or shutting down!

Meant to be no star, food was ready asap, timing on the milkshake and custom mcrib sticker, but took 50mins to get to me, food was cold, very disappointing. I have put in for a refund. app showed it was still in preparing the whole time, only changed time when I refreshed it to my current time.

We never received our order. Phoned McDonald's at Fallings Park who were no help whatsoever. It says our order was delivered but it wasnt delivered to our address. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service.
