McDonald's in St. Helens

Our food was freezing cold this is unacceptable as I paid over £13 for it to be delivered and was cold. Very disappointing service

As per usual no straws for the drinks and no sauces that were selected with the order were in the bag

Stay away from this place. Never get an order right either missing items or a different order completely

didn't recieve any straws for our 4 drinks or any sauces we ordered 6 of them

Took nearly 2 hours to get here, and when it did, it was stone cold

delivery time kept changing waited well over an hour for my food to be delivered

paid for order and it has not arrived and i cant speak to anyone as there is no customer service

was given the wrong drink and it had spilled everywhere. I ordered a Milkshake and this looks like oasis. the sealed bag had been opened and was missing sauces and a straw

Grandson isn’t happy. All week he’s asked for McDonald’s for a sonic toy. So has a treat we order one for him through just eat. Food was ok but the fact he was sent a book that has nothing to do with sonic is heart breaking for him. So sad that you can’t even get the simple things right.

Set up for food delivery service rather than eat in customers. Took almost 15 minutes to bring food. Quarter pounder was small. Not the best

Had to eventually phone up, go to McDonald’s and pick it up despite paying for delivery no point ordering from McDonald’s through the app. They had No idea where the order was and said it was another *Glitch with the just eat app” - on showing my receipt from app they gave me the food. 20mins later the driver turned up with the order again . Absolute car crash of an experience and the app gives generic responses on the FAQs and you can’t speak to a human.

Terrible state of food. Every item was cold and the ice cream had melted. Haven’t used just eat for a while for this reason!! Won’t be ordering again!

I placed the order at 09:40 and just got delivered now at 10:50, cold, old, had to bin the hash browns, pancakes are hard cold, flatbreads are stone hard. This is just not acceptable, after waiting over an hour for the order.

Food was cold and not very good at all. Delivery kept getting pushed back. Delivery driver was lovely, but it was clear the food had been waiting to be picked up for a while.

I have been constantly giving this mcdonalds a second chance but this is my review I have been to this mcdonalds alot and today I ordered an oasis drink. I did infact not get an oasis but a coke. Another time I went here not to long ago I got a burger in my happy meal and got everything on the burger apart from the burger meat and gurkins I'm not saying this mcdonalds is awefull as it has some decent tasting food but overall I'm very disappointed in this mcdonalds most of the time.

Emphasis is now on the drive through & take away rather than eating in store- same as most McDonald's now. This works if your order is correct but it never is. Your guaranteed that be missing items from your order & every one knows its a miracle if you can get milkshakes. Staff are quick to fix issues & as helpful as can be after issues are found, but if they were the same beforehand there wouldn't be the same amount of issues.
