I can't be bothered to tell you more as there are no improvements time after time. When you see the driver take your order further away from your location then return with your order you wonder where the common sense is.....

We ordered 2 mcplant burgers with extra patties. Only one had the extra patty. This has happened several times before.

The food was as good as any other McDonald's. We didn't order much, and we just stood there watching order after order going out to the drive-through and lots of bigger order s being given to the blokes that deliver the food with no regard to us, who actually got up and physically went there to get something to eat. I would refrain from calling it fast food these days.

This is not a drive-through it’s bumper-to-bumper and when you finally get seen you get to park up of which is hardly any spaces. The pace at this McDonald’s is extremely slow every single time I come I have to park up and wait. I’m a reasonable person but I might as well park up and eat in the restaurant if I’ve got to park up and wait for 10 minutes the reason why people use a drive-through is because they want to pick their food up quickly and actually drive-through. Really need to work on this guys. I live very close to this McDonald’s but Do not go often because of this reason it’s a real shame. Oh yeah, and food is often cold and when you do get home, there’s always something missing.

Missing items better than main order

I visited this McDonald's on a Friday evening and it wasn't very busy (only 2 orders ahead of me on the screen.) When the food arrived the chips were cold, but the remaining parts of the order were warm. The restaurant and toilets were tidy and clean, however, the receipt roll in the self-service machine had run out, making it difficult to show proof of my order. Thankfully I took a photo of my collection number on the screen when I realised there was no receipt. The seating area while eating in the restaurant was fine and there were plenty of highchairs available for very small children. I would go back but it was just a bit disappointing to be served cold chips. They had obviously overestimated the quantity needed for a Friday evening, expecting it to be busier, but still served customers cold food rather than cook fresh. This I would like to see an improvement on.

What kind of joke is this place ordered a simple Big Mac meal and they send me this. How does one achieve this. If I was ever told I would work at McDonald’s if I don’t work hard I understand now. How does one order a burger and get this creation. All placed on a piece of paper. I pray whoever made this has a bad day and has a warm pillow when they go to sleep tonight.

Missing item in order AGAIN from this McDonald's. Had to order the missing item for another delivery so paying two delivery charges. Not a good experience.

Chips not cooked through properly.

Came through the drive-through today to get a 9 chicken selects box and received a 9 chicken selects box with 20 McNuggets in instead. What’s the point in being fast if you’re going to be wrong.

Food unfit for consumption. Very cold and with £7.50 worth of missing items. Please check before leaving. Management stealing from you . When you complain they keep you waiting long time. Same here and Orpington as well .

No stars, freezing cold food, late delivery, delivery man wanted the order number at the door do food getting even more cold, he didn’t even have the bag zipped up so the food was cold already! Barely any chips. To expensive for what it is! Rubbish

I only gave 3 star cos I got wrong order delivered, wasn’t what I would have picked, rang above named explained it was a larger content order & cost a lot more, (I waited at least 15mins incase. delivery man realised & would pick it up & give me MY order but he didn’t)asked the person on other end of phone what to do as I was concerned about the customer who had ordered this & didn’t get it and it is now prob cold, he told me not to worry just eat it….Cold & disappointed.

delivery called us to find our address this is the second time this has happened the young lady was very kind we felt sorrow for her having the problem with the app causing her problems he she said she would get ppenalised if she couldn't clear the app to say it was delivered not her fault

Order was cold, clearly prepared 15 mins before the driver got there and the BigMac was missing the top half. Don’t order though the app as there is no facility to do anything about an incorrect order.

The best McDonald's I had from here by far I was worried as ordered 30 mins before closing time but it was lovely and hot and food tasted amazing!

Staff couldn't care less. No milkshakes again. Staff chatting amongst eachother while ignoring customers. Burger had no meat in it and then completely plain.

Long waiting time and order taken wrong, when I explained he repeated a coffee, but I've got a coke, they said we had to pay extra, out of courtesy, they should have just taken the coke back and given us the coffee. The fries was not cooked enough and the burgers seem to be getting smaller as the prices increase!

I stopped using Mac dee's due to poor quality coffee. And with a drive away where you don't get what you asked for . Single not a double as paid for.

It's okay! What can you say about McDonald's because mostly they are the same. This one is mainly drive through. The restaurant is small but the service was fast and the food and coffee was hot.

I am unhappy as the cheese bites were forgotten and my daughters chicken nugget happy meal aswell

Compact but clean and efficient. The staff are generally nice and hardworking. Do be careful of certain hours though. Some of the school age children who flood the shop are not necessarily high on good manners.

Mchicken sandwich meal ordered and no mchicken sandwich delivered.

Poor quality food, slapped together with no care. No gloves worn when touching food. Long wait for food. And as a customer who refuses to use the kiosk I like a human interaction... Sadly waiting for someone to acknowledge me was like nailing jelly to a wall.

The food it’s cold, I ordered a Maltese flurry and got a galaxy flurry instead. The order is right in the receipt but got delivered the wrong items.

Included in our order were chips which were cold, and apple pies which were only just warm ( which is unusual). Also the pies should have been discarded 10 minutes before we ordered. Burgers were good.

The queues are very long, the tables are not cleaned consistently between uses. There were two security guards on site to police the restaurant. Food was hot and tasty though The new Halloween McFlurry is amazingly chocolaty love it !!!

food was cold and inedible. i had to throw it in the bin. i got no meat in the burger when all i asked for was no egg. not happy as it was a waste of money. the cheese in the cheesy bacon flatbread wasn’t melted at all and the bread was barely toasted! i want a full refund as i didn’t eat anything.

Nearly presented not like other branches and still hot

This place keeps getting worse. Majority of the staff are pleasant but this can't make up for the lack of service. I waited over 30 minutes for an order of chicken nuggets and eventually they turned up cold. However I didn't have time to eat them as my lunch break was wasted waiting for the order. And I wasn't the only person. One family said they had been waiting for 40 minutes in the outside parking bay for their drive thru. Not once did the manager apologise to anyway or give reassurance that they were trying to get things moving. This wasn't the only time either. 90% of the time something is missing or cold. Never using ever again.

Had what was meant to look like a fillet o fish but it looked like the cheese had been taken out before being served to me and no tartar sauce either, a completely bland burger. Picture shows exactly how I found it when I opened it. Not impressed.
