McDonald's in Medway

Ordered a McDonald’s breakfast half hour before it ends never received it and was not told that they were no longer doing them, when rang up the manager spoke as if I was stupid for not knowing even though I ordered it before its closed. Dont throw away products until ur customers have received them. Quite frankly not happy

I understand money & cutbacks but now they are using cardboard lids on the tea. This is cheap & very nasty. Ruins the hot drink experience. Go back to plastic..

Worst hot chocolates I’ve had in my life. Never once has this McDonald’s produced a some chips that are above room temperature

Good location next to Tesco but can get buzy with difficulty finding a parking place.

If your going to to this location, you’ll be fine. Do not order online. Every single time ive ordered and had the misfortune of getting it from this location, something has been missing. And its almost always a sharebox. Really not sure whats so difficult about counting how many items are on the receipt vs in the bag but apparently thats all too much to ask of this location.

Park you in the full up car park and then wait for 20 mins while they try and find you. Ridiculous service.

Food always arrives cold, especially the chips. Driver can never find our house and we have to go and collect it from wherever they are. Terry's chocolate pie was past it's discard time when it arrived. Love a McDonald's, so we have no option, when we don't own a car to order online. It's hard to determine which store provides the orders, but wherever it comes from it's cold!!

Cold - apart from the McFlurry, which was warm! Note to self - NEVER order on a Saturday evening.

I've always had good food from this store, staff are always friendly. The restaurant is always clean and is a good size, it has 2 accessible spaces but these are normally free (except the occasional Uber/just eat driver who hasn't been told yet). Right next door to a massive Tesco store and Dobbies garden centre, you also have the driving test centre near it and ofc it's the closest one to Medway hospital so very handy if you're visiting someone there as Medway hospital doesn't have a public restaurant anymore.

Didn’t provide butter with pancakes. And no straw for coke. Opened the lid to drink some and could smell cleaning fluid and the drink tasted of it also. Threw it away.

Why can your drivers not understand that not all houses have a number?!? Despite me regularly putting delivery notes explaining this and wheee we are located, the driver never pays attention to the instructions. I never have this issue with Uber Eats or other deliveries or couriers, it is always just your drivers!!

No phone signal the moment you step inside, just their own WiFi. Touch screen terminals didn’t working printer for receipts. Car park too small and cramped. Overall not the best McDonald’s around.

I orders 5 burgers (4 meals + 1 burger on its own) but I only received the 4 meals. I didn’t even bother calling it in, it was more hassle than it’s worth.

Me and my partner were here around 8pm last night and I ordered myself some nuggets. Not long after I had eaten, got food poisoning and spent majority of the night in the bathroom. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this McDonalds. This has really put me off.

Totally wrong drinks order !! Clicked the Get Help button and a refund was issued but only to credit my account to use next time!! Absolutely not good enough - credit my account straight away - plus extra for all this inconvenience!! Dreadful!!

Food was ok. Delivery driver turned up with his window open and loud music at 6.45, also smoking. He should be more considerate to neighbours when delivering and also I don’t like someone handling my food bag who has been smoking.

Litterally a scam and rip off. The £2.79 offer is charged at 2.99 Made complaint and they said thats the way it is, andy coffee with milk is charged at 2.99 as a surcharge. This is not true of any other McDonalds I have been to. Will complain to head office and also to the Advertising Standards Agency to help ensure other consumers are not ripped off by the franchise operator.

If I could give this branch, zero stars, I would. After Ordering a family feast meal to be delivered half the order was missing and the cheeseburgers with no cheese turned up with cheese Tried going through the app to no avail as they would not refund or send out any other food so I took it upon myself to drive to the store at my expense and fuel costing and time to speak to the manager The manager was a young lad who was about as much use as chocolate teacup he said he can’t replace the food because I haven’t brought it back with me. A Manager is supposed to manage situation not get in conflict with a customer. I am shocked at the way an employee of McDonald’s handled the situation. This is not the first time from this branch and order that has gone wrong. How hard is it to read no cheese to be put into a burger and account? How many items are put into a bag? I asked for head office contact details but I was told to look online. I am disgusted with McDonald’s.

Driver let my dogs out despite notices on the gate to please shut the gate. I had to go and find them! I am disabled and can't walk far as it leaves me breathless. Luckily I was able to get them back.

This branch has gone down hill. I used to stop for breakfast regularly but the coffee was cold at least 50% of the time. Yesterday we grabbed lunch there. Both burgers were barely warm, and the toffee latte had been standing so long the cream had disappeared. It just looked like a normal coffee. I would recommend checking everything before leaving the counter. Update 27/02/2024... Been back a few times since my original review. Wait times are very long if you're eating in. Ate there on Sunday and again coffee was luke warm so had to go back and get it changed.

After a half day at school, this place is packed with RMGS pupils and sometimes it is hell but at most it's fun.

Order has not arrived been delivered somewhere else and this isn’t Mac Donald’s thought but just eats as can’t contact them only via email to report it which is digesting I don’t understand why the code wasn’t asked for !!

Fries were cold , no straws , no sauce that was payed for, delivery driver asked for code and the driver hadn’t any idea what the code was that I had to give him so that’s pointless and he’s attitude was so ignorant !!!!

The food wasn't as warm as I'd like, but that was ok. It was delivered a little late, and that would have affected the temperature.

All I can say is that I will never use just eat again! They put that they delivered my order and left it out side but the Order never arrived! Then trying to get to the bottom of this is a joke no refund as of yet no food! A complete rip off! Done use them!

It's McDonald's, clinical feel to decor, but clearly not clinically clean anymore, and since the change to self-service, food is most often lukewarm to cold.

This is not a review of the restaurant this is a review of just eat, it was appalling service from just eat as a whole the delivery on the app said 25 - 40 minutes then was updating to say it would be 2 and a half hours, in this time we have cancelled the order, driven to the restaurant and got a whole new order before it has even left the restaurant, the driver still turned up and pushed for the code to confirm collection, we refused multiple times and had to explain to his friend the problem
