Disorganised, grubby, no receipts. I have been to many McDonalds but I have never seen one quite like this. Appeared to be run by a group of teenagers that didn’t care. 10 minutes before any meals were served. This place should be a gold mine as it is the only place still serving food after 8.45.

Typical MacDonald’s food but really impressed by the welcome, the quality of the staff and Covid compliance. We felt safe and enjoyed our visit.

Just as you'd expect. Dull food served quite fast that leaves you hungry again in an hour. Older people eating in complaining that others are too close! Perhaps they should have chosen more wisely.

Awful meal and service. Toilets were disgusting - it makes you wonder what the kitchens are like. Arrogant manager too who was very dismissive of our complaint.

Decided to eat here after a busy day and wanting something quick. The restaurant was absolutely filthy. Tables littered with other people rubbish, mop and bucket just abandoned in the middle of the floor, both male and females restrooms were filthy oh and no napkins. When asked if they had anything else we could wipe our hands on we were told “toilet paper”. Definitely the worse McDonald’s we’ve ever been too. Thank god we are on holiday here and won’t be returning here.

NOT 24 HOUR!! The drive through is 24 hour service, but the car park which you have to pass through to get to it, and also would typically sit in to eat, WILL STING YOU FOR £100 AFTER MIDNIGHT!! The staff in McDonald's will not be willing to help or cancel the charge even for regular customers.

26 St. Mary StreetBought lamb and meat pasty! Utter rubbish, barely any meat just potatoes and flavouring! At almost a fiver it most definitely isn't worth it! Staff were friendly though but as a product won't be buying again!

13 Abbotsbury Road, Weymouth DT4 0AD EnglandWe pre-ordered for collection, picked up our order, and drove home (just 2 minutes away). Shortly after, the restaurant called to inform us they had forgotten part of our order and asked us to drive back—they did not offer to deliver the missing items. When we returned to collect the missing part, I mentioned that our food had now gone cold. Rather than offering any goodwill gesture, they insisted the food “wouldn’t be cold.” Unfortunately, it was. Worse, when we reheated the food, the rice had clearly gone off—it tasted old and unpleasant. I attempted to call the restaurant three times to address this, but my calls were ignored. It’s disappointing to be treated this way as a customer, especially after their mistake. I won’t be ordering from here again.
