Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Service was absolutely shocking.. very long wait, staff didn’t know what they were doing.. I had to tell them what my order was and even when I received it, it was cold

Takes ages, service is poor, worst wraps I've ever had. Something is always broken - don't think they've ever had the McFlurry machine working

These lot are absolute shite at delivery, if you intend on ordering something expect to get some else or nothing at all, ordered the meal for four, got none of the fries and the double cheeseburgers I ordered had chili and jalapeños in them. Shocking

Busy McDonald's with disabled facilities, friendly staff and fast service, why aren't all like this

Don't trust the open hours here! I counted 3 white shirt managers 'pretending to be busy' and hiding, drive through shut for no reason, then told by Indian women will open in 15mins, still shut, then indoor order machines off? They made others wait aswell. Nothing.. everyone drove off one by one..

I had visited with my friends and I am a very big fan of MCD but didnt expect this from their employees. I had ordered a mcflurry, the front of house staff did call my order number out. I was far from the till but by the time I reached there she had kept my order aside. I asked her about my order she was so rude, she *banged* the cup on the table. Her name was Naba, I asked a colleague.

Very good quality and excellent service

Used to be a good branch but manager lets staff wear male aftershave and the food stinks of it twice in a row now not happy.

Fries cold and old food cold hamburger tasted disgusting the big Mac I got a cola with no ice but I didn't click with no ice . I don't recommend really poor food.

My friend and I went to this restaurant tonight. My friend was having trouble downloading the McDonalds app and a lovely member of staff Saahhiel helped us and sorted everything out for us. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, polite, kind, patient and really made our night. We highly reccomend this restaurant but mostly because of how helpful Saahhiel was. Thank you Saahhiel.

Was ok.. slow service food was a bit cold too...

Very slow workers. They only had 5 orders on the screen, one of them was my coffee. Why can’t small orders be placed first and shipped quickly? 1 coffee wait 10 minutes, seriously?

Served by a really nice young lady not sure her name but she was so kind and generous worked on a Friday at 2pm and was serving food to the cars. Deserves a raise!

Not a bad place, I miss the slices of plastic cheese, now they've got this yellow runny strange liquid instead and no napkins but it's alright, I'm glad they can save money for their shareholders, it's been a tough year and they need all they can get.

Best staff there at that McDonald's are TANYA AND THAN ALWAYS SERVING YOU WITH A WARM SMILE UNLIKE THE MANGERS AND SUPERVISORS WHO ARE MOST OF THE TIME OVERWORKED AND STRESSED OUT.

It is what it is. If you want Michellin stars, then it ain't for you.

The slowest McDonalds there is probably in the whole of the UK. There are always lots of member of staff who seem to have zero sense of urgency. Whatever you get you’ll be there waiting for at least 20 mins. Ridiculous. Go to kfc across the road they’re much faster, or Mcdonalds in town or Bedminster. AWFUL!!!!!

I'm absolutely disgusted!! I placed my order at 12.30, maybe 12.40. I received confirmation that my order had been accepted! cut a long story , I waited over 2 hours! it got to 2.30 I called the restaurant 12 times no answer there was no number to contact just eat directly! I then went to the restaurant and was spoken to sarcastically also told it's not there problem! so now I have used petrol been late picking up children from school! when my order finally arrived everything was stone cold &

Worst order I've ever had delivered. Food was cold, food missing and chicken selects were not in the box instead we got cold cheese bite things that weren't even ordered. Barely anything edible in the whole order.

i dont expect much when i order mcdonalds but this was the worst mcdonalds i have ever had by a long shott. food was stone cold. chips were stale and refried, drink was completely flat and my mcflurry was melted and half empty.

Completely wrong order. Not sure what’s more worrying that they messed this order up or there’s someone out there ordering condimentless burgers - had to bin the lot as the items they sent were effectively inedible.

Pretty tepid on arrival. But it was a cold, grim day.

Staff lovely but food cold. Kitchen is dirty with food all over floor, no fries cooked ready to go, so when food comes the burgers are cold whilst fries hot and fresh. Indian guy on till is good at the job, serving and trying to clean at same time whilst making sure theres fries ready. The man who waits the tables is a kind fella, and does his job well. Overall a decent atmosphere but, kitchen aspect below standard. Mcdonalds in general has really gone down hill and i actually feel disgusted by the food. The price is getting higher, the food is getting lower quality, and the restaurant itself is looking more like a prison every day.

It took 2 and a half hours for my food to arrive. The nuggets weren't even warm never mind hot and our ice cream was 100% melted. I don't think that this was a mc donalds issue but a Just eat issue. I have got hot food before so what happened today.

food ordered around 5:50 said 30/40min delivery time then kept looking driver arrived around 6:30 for the food to be delivered around 7:30! this is unacceptable if I knew I would be paying extra for service and delivery fees for it to be over an hour extra I wouldn't have bothered ordering, the fact that you give people a time them constantly change it when people are relying on the first time given to feed children is unacceptable, then when the food arrives it's cold and horrible anyway.

There was no straw for some reason i never get a straw is the 3rd time this happened and the food was cold

terrible delivery driver turned up with completely the wrong order. my order was worth over 30.00 and all I got delivered was one burger chips and a hot chocolate which was already leaking through the bag

The quality of the food verifies from day to day. It’s almost a risk to order, because the food may come cold or the drinks are ruined by being warm. Hard chips. Burgers that look and taste old . Nothing seems freshly made like it’s been sat on the side and not cooked from scratch. I’m loosing money ordering because it’s more expensive and they still get it wrong

I just had a strange encounter at the McDonald's in Avon Meads, Bristol BS2 0SP. I took my place in the drive through queue and purchased a cappuccino coffee, I did ask for Oat milk, but assistant on drive-thru was unsure how it was made or rather with which type of milk would be used, but I continued to order. I pulled up at the next window and a woman, (who rather than enquire if I required additional assistance), just handed me my hot beverage cup, wrapped in my receipt. No warm smile, nothing. I asked if I could have some brown sugar pls, and she replied, we only do white only. Hmm... Interesting because surely there should be moe choice for us paying customers, and come to think of it her tone, demeanour and manner was quite rude. Btw, the gentleman on the drive-thru was extremely pleasant x

Not too much waiting time after placing a order compared to other in the area :) The Ladyes that is taking care of the floor (Paulina and Josephine) are always nice and ready to help . Kids and adults feel welco ed anytime .

Yesterday was the last time i will ever go into Avonmeads McDonald's after going there everyday for a morning coffee/breakfast on my work commute. Yesterday morning I was instructed to park up and wait for my food for 2 orders I waited 25-30 minutes i then went in to ask why the order is taking to long the staff hadn't even started to prepare my order a complete shambles several other people where moaning and complaining regarding the poor service and extremely long delays and asking for refunds. The manager offered me a refund even tho I said I wanted my food I was forced to accept a refund only. Who ever is the regional area manager is for McDonald's needs to review the current situation and address the issues.

Cant be bothered to do a proper hot chocolate ordered the toasted marshmallow hot chocolate just to get a normal hot chocolate in a bigger cup no cream no toasted marshmallow sprinkles nothing train your staff to do a proper job not halfway ,too busy chatting and laughing instead of making sure the order is correct, how hard it is to do a toasted marshmallow hot chocolate

Shocking got food poisoning! Will not be returning

The expected delivery time kept pushing further out. When tracking the courier, I noted they had either gone the wrong way, or to deliver elsewhere prior to my order. Resulting in very cold and poorly presented food (items not in their containers, drinks spilled with bag wet) very disappointing

Never again! I placed my order at 5:45pm, my food was ready at 6:25pm! Chicken mayo burger was inedible, it was thin, rock hard, dry and cold, I couldn't bite through it.. The same with the cheese burger! Chicken nuggets were dry and cold. Complete waste of time and money!

El peor servicio al cliente de todos los tiempos. Por error me cobraron más de lo que esperaba por las comidas pidieron médiums y se hicieron grandes. Luego, cuando lo recoges, intentan reírse y te obligan a aceptarlo. Me negué y quería mi reembolso, el gerente se negó a darme un reembolso, ya que no aceptaría que lo viera quitarme mi tarjeta. Quería que entrara en la tienda, le expliqué que no podía, ya que estoy en una pierna y está lloviendo. Me devolvió la tarjeta, cuando fui a agarrar mi teléfono para grabar rápidamente cerró los obturadores y jugó como si fuera una víctima. Absolutamente asqueroso.

my McRib was dry, as in next to no sauce, it was also soggy and cold. Rather disappointed. chips were soggy, limp, barely salted and greasy. worst Maccies outside London so far.

I DONT EAT PORK and was given a Big Mac with bacon. The coffee was spilled everywhere. And the ice cream was melted and spilling everywhere.

Food is OK. I ordered a delivery on deliveroo after midnight, and still haven't received food after one hour even though i paid for priority service. The food is still in preparation stage. Very annoying that they keep changing arrival time like every ten minutes for multiple times.

I used the last bit of money had to order myself some food and 2 of the cheesey bacon flatbreads I didn’t get and a regular hot chocolate I didn’t get and I payed for it I would like a refund as I don’t have anymore money that was my last bit of money I had and I didn’t receive some things

I ask for no pickles in my burger and the packet said no pickles but guess what not one but two pickles and the food was cold
