McDonald's in Reading

Early morning staff like to play games and serve cold food.

The McDonald's is fine, but the speed humps getting into the retail park are brutal! My car didn't know what hit it even at a slow speed. Stupid.

Eating in is OK but when you order from them through just eat and try to ring them about missing items no one picks up. 5 times I rang today and no answer. Crappy service

It's a McDonalds so you know what to expect and this lived down to expectations. To be fair service was very quick. The chips were decent and the coffee hot. There was no sugar though and whoever approved the cardboard lids should be repurposed....they get soggy quickly and I just don't get the need to sacrifice any sense of practical worth for the environment, especially considering the reality that next to none of the packaging goes anywhere but landfill. The double cheeseburger? It's pencil thin and bears no relation to the picture on the screen. I hope whoever approves this misrepresentation of food is served this dross daily as a punishment.

Very noisy kitchen staff and often tske far too long with food..more soon drive through. I tend to use the onebin savacenter as this one often gets my order incorrect with missing food. My journey is about 3mlS from home and I keep having to return. Time consuming

Was not happy with the delivery driver. He was rude and in a rush. Ended up leaving my food on the floor outside the house as I am in support living and couldn’t unlock the door without my carers who were literally 2 minutes from the door. Not happy with this driver! Food was good though. Thankyou

absolutely shocking, took 2 and a half hours to deliver and wasn't even warm when it arrived!

food too 45mins to arrive from a restaurant that is a 15min drive at most. driver clearly made multiple deliveries before brining my order. the drink was spilt in the bag, only half left in the cup. the burger looked like someone had shaken the box, it was in pieces and the fries were stone cold. whole meal ended up in the bin.

Didn’t receive ANY of my food, but received 2 McFlurrys that I hadn’t ordered and that had a COLLECT sticker on it. So I enter this information and ask for a refund, only to be told no! Had I not have already ordered my food again and it been consumed, I would NEVER order from here again!

I had an egg and cheese muffin and gulped the last 2 mouthfuls afters a coffee at Costa and after vomited it in street locally.

Got stuck in the drive thru for 30mins and not even an apology.

delivered only drinks out of my order. now hace to wait 7 days for a refund that just eat are probably not going to refund me. this will take my total to over 100gbp of undelivered and nonrefunded items. I'm livid. do better

The most disgusting service and food ever. People who work in this restaurant they literally can't read or understand a word of English. Then your order comes all wrong. Ordered through the app and just ticked out the chutney of the new burger and this is how much burger arrived. Absolutely fuming and gutted

After the order it was excepted and told it was on its way, I watched it all the way until it reached me,it was easy and quite quick. I will definitely order again very soon.

Order was stuck on "preparing - courier is at the restaurant" for what seemed like eternity. When it finally arrived, the items with order stickers on (mentioning this particular Just Eat order) said they were made at 10:07. The order wasn't delivered until 10:58. That's a long time for food to sit. No wonder it tasted a little funny!

I was served a McRib with Mouldy Bread. Complained asking for a refund, but they said they would give me another. Of course i don't want anything else out of a kitchen that happily sends out expired/bad food! Insisting on a refund, they said because i ate the fries already they would only give me £4 back, which is less than the value of the McRib on its own. I also saw multiple rats running around the immediate vicinity of the restaurant. I tried to contact customer services using the online AI chat, went through some quetions including do you have a reciept, of which i replied "no" as the restaurant retained this when giving me my £4 refund. This prompted an email response from a customer sevice assistant insisting thaty i need a reciept to make a complaint.

drink was knackered and had fell over in the bag so I didn't have a drink with my food

I ordered a marshmallow latte because it was a new exclusive product and they gave me a hot chocolate instead which I wasn't impressed by, however it was extremely busy as there was a reading Fc football match on the day but either way I'm not impressed

So far they always get the order right! Unlike the next nearest McDonald's!!

McDs the baseline for fast food you don't go for the atmosphere you go for a midlevel quick burger etc

My order was not delivered and I have been waiting downstairs and the app says food delivered. I need a redelivery or a refund please. This is really bad and my children are hungry and upset

McDonald's was clean, and the food was served quickly. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, and the staff was efficient. The meal was fresh and tasty, with a good variety of options available. A great place for a quick bite when you're in a hurry.

Fries are cold and soaky again. The deliveryman was nice and polite. he also read the instruction. not all of them read. this is only the 2nd time I don't have to keep a look out for the driver/rider. Thanks anyway.

Me my wife popped in for a question bit to eat , I ordered the Philly Cheese Stack as it looked very nice but I was disappointed with what I got it did get , it looks like a 5 yr old kid made it , it had no taste to it .

Just had my worst ever sausage egg muffin, sausage patte dry like cardboard and the bun was tougher then leather, the oracle mac d's u get freshly cooked this one u get dry old buns and over cooked patte, staff also have trouble speaking English, I'm sure it's owned by the same guy that owns kfc next door ? Because it would explain alot, stay well clear if u value your health.

Dissapointing that all their socket point is not working for charging my phone and laptop while dining in here today 20/9/24. I have no choice but walk over KFC.

The person that brought my food said he could not bring my food to my front door due to just eat policy. Which I have never heard about. I told I have babies still sleeping and there is no way I can come downstairs and leave my baby all alone in the house. He still insisted not to bring it to my door step

Consistently good service from this branch, as opposed to the Lower Earley one who are pretty abysmal. Only disappointing thing is ordering 3 drinks usually means they fall over and leak everywhere, if your order is delivered by scooter/moped. McDonald’s used to double lid the drinks to stop spillage, but for some reason stopped doing this.

Went to this branch last night, i saw insects flying around their ketchup stand, poor hygiene

Sadly my double mac was a mess... tasty but a mess all the same, I wonder sometimes if they are thrown from a distance

They couldn't even get a simple order right asked for 5 piece Chicken Select Meal large they tried to give me 2 big macs next it was 9 piece chicken select they though I'd ordered drinks were vile thrown away ASAP

I had just a chicken mayo meal. It looked awful. The bun was so thin, looked like someone stepped on it. Disgusting. One of the worst McDonalds experiences ever.
