Ordered here as forgot to put another branch. Three meals ordered and not one single drink arrived. Worst Mcdonald's I've been to

There was a problem when I ordered on the app today as I arrived at the drive thru. The member of staff at the window was absolutely brilliant her customer service was outstanding. She called to get the Manager and he was also fabulous and resolved the issue. Food was piping hot and speedy.

This morning I ordered two separate breakfasts via the McDonalds app for collection, thus consisting of the breakfast wrap and mighty McMuffin, both were ordered with ketchup. We collected our order through the drive through, during which I informed the server at the first window that I wanted to give her an additional code for two hash browns that I had redeemed with amassed points in the app. The server was very rude and stated that she couldn’t accept another code. In response I asked if I could place a separate order and she outright refused, raised her eyebrows and said she wouldn’t be taking a separate order from me and that we needed to move to the next window. I know that she was lying as this is something I have done numerous times before and it seemed like she could not be arsed to do her job! To make matters worse, upon collecting our order and returning home, we realised that neither breakfast items had ketchup on them and the mighty McMuffin looked like it had been put together with scraps off of the floor and punched! Terrible service, would not recommend and certainly won’t be returning my custom.

Forget about hygiene in there. They constantly touch their clothes after every single move

Brilliant McDonald’s location with very friendly staff that are always happy to help. This store gets it right every time and is one of my favourite McDonalds to visit. Car park always has a space available and the toilets are always clean and tidy. Some staff members really go the extra mile for customers. One of the staff members in particular went the extra mile for an elderly gentleman while I was there. Helping him with the self serve screens which he seemed to be struggling with and he looked to appreciate the help.

Why is it always cold and why do they get the order wrong. Breakfast order delivered with no hash brown no juice cold muffin. No use in complaining as the restaurant blame the delivery company and the delivery company blame the restaurant so the customer pays for bad service all round. This is second time we’ve ordered giving them the benefit of the doubt, there wont be a third!!

Served by a friendly person in a Christmas jumper. Nice place chips hot but burger almost cold.

Absolutely rubbish and staff useless with helping with any kind of problems

Probably the best McDonald's chips and burgers I have ever had. Hot chips with a bit of a crunch and hot burgers that actually looked carefully assembled and not scattered around in the box with the cheese stuck to the carton. So for a quick takeaway it gets top marks at the Clay Cross branch 👍🏻

The food I got was cold on arrival and the app never updated me as to where my driver was with my food it still said “preparing you order” when my order arrived

Customer service is awful. Person served me also brought out my order with half it missing and then she ask to see the receipt although she had just took my order and not Customer focused at all. Won't be using this place again. I was with to residents I support and so not happy.

After taking 90 mins to deliver food it came with a muffin that had been assembled from the top of a ladder and pancakes missing 1 of the 2 ingredients i.e. syrup. Ridiculous place

This is a great place to visit l love to go the food is great staff very friendly but can be very busy at times

This has to be a joke my food came 1 hour late and it’s came really cold I’m putting a bad review done and ringing up this is not right

Everytime I visit lately the milkshake machine is always out of order, burgers and fries are always good but when you want a nice cold shake to be told yet again they haven't got any takes the biscuit

Honestly this McDonald's gets worse and not better. The fries were under filled and the burger a total disgrace. All cold.

Worst one around , on average you wait 20 mins in the actual restaurant, more often than not the order is wrong , had to complain so many times . The staff cant count to 5 as several occasions only had 4 strips in the box. Waited 10 mins for a mcflurry , restaurant was dead and no cars in drive through. Complained to a member of staff and the manager just walked passed and muttered this is just the way things are at the moment , didn't even stop or make eye contact . If i was the Franchise owner id pissed

Chicken was cold and no dip. I’ve ordered 5 times over the months and only once have I had the dips included. Not good enough!

The delivery driver went an awfully long way round to deliver according to the map. This caused the order to be cold. There was also no milk with the tea.

why does it show a bike when drivers in a car ?

I have received my order and didn't get part of it also they had not made my partners order right and this isn't the first time I have had 3 bad experiences now and I give you the benefit of doubt , I have rang up at 10:55pm tonight and explained what's happened I spoke to two of the managers at this store and both of them had a disgusting attitude with me on the phone and expected me to travel out to get the rest of my order when I suffer with mental health illnesses and I do not have a vehicle at hand. I find these to people and the whole Mc Donald's disgusting and I will stop my services as I am 30 years old and it's a shame that I have given my custom for many years and it's has come to me stopping my custom........ It's a very sad and it's a shame for MC Donald's as they was once a Fantastic place. Many good child hood memories all be destroyed

Each time we do a order there was always something missing and last night we placed a order on the new meal for two and we were given one burger instead of the two stated

chips stone cold, burgers weren't burgers they were ingredients thrown in a box, didn't resemble a burger, rib burger looks like someone has stamped on box n burger with feet n was missing my chicken nuggets I ordered, the food bag was open upon delivery too. unfortunately didn't notice till after driver had gone.

Late night visit, around 930/10pm. Hardly anyone in the building but order took 35 minutes to arrive. Hardly 'fast food'. Fries were hot and fresh however, our burgers (Big Mac and Qurter pounder) were cold and the edges burnt to the point you could taste it.

Nigel ,a lovely polite gentleman delivered our food right on time and it was still warm ,which is for a change as it’s usually cold.

Don’t mind it here, better than the Matlock McDonald’s. Only problem I have here is one girl in particular who is over friendly and very patronising and speaks to everyone as if they are kids, toilets are always pretty dirty too.

My food arrived 1 hour and 40 minutes after ordering the food, it arrived very cold had to be rewarmed in the microwave, only got refunded for a happy meal when the order cost £20 . Will not be using just eat again

Ordered via the app. A breakfast. We got in the drive thru lane at 10.45am. It was quite a queue. We got to the talk station but 1 car back at 10.50. The car infront of us sat there for over 10 mins as he wanted to order from lunchtime menu which starts at 11am. We got to the talk station at 11.01, gave the staff member our order number from the app. He said ‘it’s too late for breakfast’ - we explained we’d been sat behind a guy blocking the lane for over 10 minutes. He said he can’t do anything about it and was huffing and puffing. Useless customer service, awful attitude. We came away with nothing

Been here multiple times , I always order the breakfast items with no egg , They always give me egg on my breakfast items . Either the staff cannot read or are very thick . Staff are very rude and don’t go out of their way to make thing right when they give you the wrong order . Also they give forks with porridge and swear at you when you ask for a spoon. Will never be going here again will go to derby road McDonald’s or kfc instead

Ordered mc delivery it came missing a philly steak burger and got told they couldn't do anything as they passed my order off to uber so called uber and they said OK we will refund you £2.97 cos the meal deal was £8.99 so they say it's 3 items and divide the cost by 3 so it's a nice scam they run taking a £7 burger but only refunding less than £3 all I wanted was my burger but no they even hung up on me cos I said I wasn't happy with it

I don’t tend to write reviews but this is just appalling. Every time I have given this local McDonald’s a chance they just get it wrong!! Midday Tuesday, not busy and had to wait in the collection bay for 10 minutes to be given half a portion of chips! I didn’t open my bag until I got home so unfortunately too late to go back in and complain.

As a regular it pains me leaving this review but the place definitely needs some attention. If you are a party of 3 or more prepare to eat cold chips. If you are lucky, maybe, the rest of the order will still be lukewarm. Also factor a longer wait than normal. One of the reasons for delays is that delivery drivers get priority service at the counter. Also worth mentioning that there are only 2 disabled bays and delivery drivers often use them as their private parking. Just go there if you have a lot of time and are prepared to send food back when it will get to you after 30 min cold...

my meal came cold and no ice in my cola

Ordered a McDelivery from here and it came without the Big Mac. Rang the store, but nothing they can do apparently as they don’t control the drivers. Why is that my problem? Your incompetence in store meant the bag you gave the delivery driver didn’t have the food in that I ordered and paid for. Directed to use the app to apply for a refund before the person then just put the phone down. Tried to apply for the refund through the app but as soon as you say it’s a problem with McDelivery, it tells you to contact Uber Eats as they control the drivers. Why is it their problem that McDonalds staff in store can’t pack a bag correctly? The drivers don’t look in the sealed bags to make sure it has everything. Very poor customer service from McDonalds.

When was the last time they got your order right?, may aswell order small fries and you'll. End up with some banquet from another family.

Food is typical mcdonalds fayre. Service on this particular visit wasn't up to par I'm afraid. Left my best friend waiting at the counter whilst prioritising online delivery orders

Was excited to have a local Maccies for Uber eats delivery. Had a few orders and more have come with missing items than correct orders. Bit disappointing.

Terrible experience. I ordered a bbq smokehouse and instead got one of those standard little chicken burgers shoved inside the smokehouse bun and covered in lettuce. My partner ordered a grilled chicken salad and instead got a box of lettuce.

Driver asked them to do it again as it was guna be cold and they refused unless I rung up!!!out of order like I want cold food are they cheeky or what!!!!
