McDonald's in Taunton Deane

Part of my order was wrong. Chips all over the bag. Burger presentation awful. Most of the cheese out of the burger and stuck to the paper, the patty was half out of the bun and cold!

I didn't received my happy meal drink

food was very cold and under cooked chips

it was cold all of it really upset didn't take delivery long from picking up

I want a full refund 1 it is not delivered it hasn’t arrived 2 3 hours it’s been 4 you are scammers will be sued

Good arrived cold. Driver called me I couldn’t understand him and he did not understand me. I had to go out in the end and find him as he couldn’t find the offices. Won’t be using this again. First and last time.

food was made 18:21 and arrived at 19:39 all the food is messed up in bag and stone cold all had to be thrown away I'm raging very very angry

Everything was delivered with care. The only problem was, ordered a large vanilla milkshake but got strawberry instead.

Unfortunately again i feel let down as some of my order didnt arrive. It seems to keep happening and no one really cares or you are able to contact about it.

Food arrived stone cold. Original delivery window was 13:10. It arrived after 13:40. Ordered bacon tasty, no bacon on the burger. Sauces for the nuggets and cheese melts weren’t included. All in all, terrible.

This is disgraceful that I have half of my meal missing and therefore have to sort out more food now

ordered a quarter pounder meal but did not get any chips with it and quarter pounder was not very warm

That was the worst meal ive ever had. How you could have even let it leave the restaurant in the state that it had been put together is beyond belief. Abysmal. I want a refund.

Slowest and dirtiest mcd I've been to in a long time. Card machines on screens don't work. Manager taking 10mins taking payments per order. Music jumping and unlistenable. The whole place is dirty. Who is running the place......no one. 1/10

Food was stone cold, chips therefore soggy, burgers all fell apart and milkshakes delivered upside down so leaked everywhere. Delivery time kept changing and the person came on a bicycle so I think that accounts to for how cold the food was. Wouldn’t use just eat again.

I ordered a double Big Mac and got given a normal one not happy, also your supposed to get 5 cheese bites and I got 4

Stopped in for a quick bite. Had the philly cheese stack. I didn't enjoy it, so wouldn't have it again. It was busy so service was slow. Nice restaurant and great location

So disappointed as every time we order from McDonald’s there are items missing which means someone ends up without a meal! You’d think they would make sure orders are checked before being collected or that the delivery drivers checks that everything is there but apparently not. This happens pretty much every time and I can’t understand why this isn’t being raised by Just Eat as a problem given the number of refunds they must have to issue for missing items! Shocking!

We went there as a family of 2 adults and 2 little kids, there was no space for us to seat anywhere, upstairs was closed and there were no high chairs available. Of course we had to leave.

Apart from having cold food everything was correct

every time we place an order there is always items missing... last 2 orders the same item has been left out of the order and today the large fries has arrived barely 1/4 full. consistently awful. it's not even a complicated order. never using again
