McDonald's in Croydon

Staff i order food and toilets were locked and I ask lady on the counter she said will open for me but she walked to back side she didn't come back at front counter zero respect

I went to pets at home and bought some cat food and a dogs bed.

Used the drive through but quickly found it to be very busy. With only two waiting bays, vehicles were queuing for these. We were told to park in one and await our food. It came out in five minutes or so, but we had other vehicles queuing after us and felt under pressure to move off, so didn't check the bag contents. Clearly we should have, because part of the order was missing and we only discovered this after arriving home. The irony is that I was asked twice to check the order on screen, so it's a shame the staff can't do the same. Quality of food was also very poor and nothing like the pictures used to advertise. Won't be using again.

Food not that great but there is one lady on the early shift that is really helpful on the drive through all ways ready with the order

The delivery Driver was lovely, and when the food was finally ready, he was here very quickly. Sadly, the restaurant sent cold food after constantly changing the time which got later and later. It removed the option to cancel.

Order took so long, one of our guests had to leave, resulting in a whole meal and dessert going to waste ((McPhilly Meal, £7,99, Twix McFlurry, £2.49). Was unable to contact restaurant to cancel this part of the meal, £10.48 wasted. Extremely unhappy

Freezing cold missing number of items

Once again McDonald’s missed an item from my order and just eat refused to refund what was missing. Time after time I am missing items or the wrong order given, even when I show just eat proof I do not get a refund. Will never be ordering again

we select the quantity of condiments but they never give us what we request, only one of each! why even give the option to request more than one then?? always very disappointing. I wish they gave you the option to purchase if they're that tight with giving sauces... I would be happy to pay so I can actually enjoy my meal with the desired amounts of sauces.

Used the drive through. Distinctly average experience which I would associate with McDonalds. Used ot for convenience TBH. Staff polite, clear and did what it said on the tin. However, no sugars offered with hot drink or serviettes.

After long time I happened to be in McDonald’s and had a burger. It was utter crap. So crap that I couldn’t take more than a bite and felt I had to leave a review to make people aware.

£28 order and missing all food, driver brought me just a coke after going on a detour elsewhere. No response from Just eat, fully expecting to do a card chargeback for this order. Service poor and after using this app for 16 + years, it’s time to avoid it.

I understand that the food will obviously not arrive hot, however my food was very cold, my chicken nuggets tasted stale and not crunchy and my mcflurry was melted and was room temperature.

The order - arrived after original plan when checking the progress I watched the courier stop and deliver other orders so by the time mine arrived the coffee was spilt & luke warm like the burgers and the hash browns cold.

The hot chocolate was the worst hot chocolate I have ever had ..it was fresh, lack the taste of chocolate and it was to be a medium but seemed so small...which was a good thing as it was rubbish...the burger came out looking like someone had eaten piece had to take it back...

Delivery in good time but food cold had to be microwaved!

Driver got lost and couldn’t find property. Had to go to the road to collect delivery and guide driver to flat. Wrong drink delivered and cold food.

kinda dirty inside but the lady working was trying her best to clean it , had a really nice pineapple stick so that made everything an instant hit ! my wrap and my coke zero were also very lovely - me and my friend had a nice experience eating here. though they did keep shouting the same number over and over again without giving people much chance to respond which made it a bit annoying but aside from that everything was lovely 🍔

i understand you need to shout numbers, but why so loud and repetitive? they shouted someone’s number 8 times in maybe 20 seconds, very loud. food was good! drinks were good! and they have pineapple sticks which is always a +1 lady was trying hard to clean everything up as people seem to just leave it a mess

keeps missing food every time I order

Gave me soda water instead of sprite and coke which ruined the meal. Driver delivered 2 orders before mine so it was cold

Large Big Mac was very dry and 2 drinks missing.

Absolutely shocking experience food was stone cold and when I asked the driver if the food would be warm as he was so late he said it would be hot. Drinks had slipped over so we only had half our drinks. All packaging was socked . Very disappointed

I can't believe how often McD's can get orders so wrong. I ordered 1 Big Mac, 1 small fries, cheese nuggets and 2 apple pies. What I received? 1 Big Mac, 1 large fries, 2 small fries, cheese nuggets and 1 apple pie. Mental!!!

Took ages to arrive. Map was showing delivery guy going all over the place before delivering our food. Estimated delivery time kept moving to later and finally arrived half an hour late and the food is freezing cold now. Absolutely appalling and awful. Will never order McD via just eat again!

order not delivered to me. Funny how someone knew my last four digits of my phone number for delivery confirmation and I added a tip . Sort out who you employ and I hope he or she enjoyed my meal.

all the fries were well over cooked, the mc crispy burgers were over cooked rock hard and buns were over cooked too. very disappointed

my delivery time changed multiple times. Our house is less than 3 minutes from the restaurant, when I checked on the map, the courier was going in the opposite direction. Our delivery was late and not hot.

Fries were cold and taste like carboard, the delivery was fast and on time which means the fries were sitting there way before the driver picked it up

All the drinks were spilled and the driver blamed Mac Donald’s which makes twice as guilty because if the drinks were already spilled he didn’t checked properly.He handed the bag with the drinks to me without warning me and all the drinks leaked in and out my flat.Driver very unprofessional and rude and as almost every time my experience with just eat is disappointing.

Avoid this shop!!! They advertise all over the world regarding dinosaurs toys and when you go to get the food they say the toys they have run out, why advertise and not have enough of it, if not in stock stop advertising so the customers are not mislead. My son was heart broken as he loves dinosaurs and the main reason for us to spend money is the toy for my child. McDonald should be ashamed of themselves for false advertisement. Instead we did get Smurf toy, pathetic!!!
