McDonald's in Stafford

I called for a snack about 2200hrs whilst travelling in the area; a simple hamburger and a milk shake. Unfortunately, the milk shake machine was closed down overnight; the hamburger was fine. Staff could have been a little more friendly.

We used the electronic terminals to order and had the food delivered to the table. Quick and easy. Food was your usual McDonald's quality. Similar prices to high street branches. Nice light & airy seating area.

Twice we have been served Luke warm food at this McDonald’s. Won’t be visiting again. It’s a joke being asked to park up problems in kitchen …so why is food not hot….

Visited this McDonald's location on the way home from North Wales. Ordered 2 double cheeseburger meals which seemed fine at the time and tasted ok. The next day my wife and I were subjected to the most truely horrible sickness, vomiting, diarreah, lack of appetite and no energy at all, similar symptoms of food poisoning. I am not blaming McDonald's as there is no proof, but this is are the only meal we ate that was exactly the same in 24 hours and we had identical (bad) results.

No waiting at this McDonald's, the staff seemed capable of serving the many customers that converged on site, food was to the usual standard.

Bog standard service station mc donalds prices higher then normal mc donalds had to use it a couple of times due to stopping at the hotel on the services couple of times i used it i found it cold rather used roadchef next to it
