Very friendly and helpful staff.

Found the staff disgusting.Guy who was collecting the money through the drive through was picking his nose and touching his face and rubbing his hands. When confronted he was rude and denied us our order.

The amount of times I have got home, opened the bag and realised they have forgotten something is insane. If I added up all the things I have paid for that they have forgotten to put in my bag I could probably buy a car with that money. Stop cheating me!

Typical McDonalds, plenty of parking etc. Be warned the drive through has not been opened on a number of occasions due to supposed system update. Did query this with one of the managers as i was told to wait in the parking lot for the update to be done but the car in the next lane went ahead and collected their order. Was told it’s none of my business and that i need to move on otherwise they will be calling the police! Left us in shock & we decided to go elsewhere as this was the manager threatening us & went from 0 to 100 on a power trip.

So we went here to get some food at 00:40, everything is closed, you can’t order drive through, there are cones put up there inside you can’t go and app doesn’t work for this location, employees are rude and doesn’t give any explanation

I order a lot from this McDonald's and the service is awful. 9 out of 10 deliveries are missing something. The tea always comes without milk and the burgers without ketchup. I had enough. Awful service.

Horrific. The “lady”, and I use that term very loosely, on the drive through was so rude. Maybe you can act like that where you come from, but not in this country love. Get some manners or get out.

It took 20 mins from leaving the restaurant which is a 2-3 mins drive max all my food was cold I put in for a refund and my order cost 20 quid and uve basically tried to give me back a fiver like what kind of service are you running? I’ll be posting up online about the service and I hope that you actually resolve this issue as it’s not even the first time and it’s very poor service

Another Delivery order that turns up cold. Also, what is the point of paying for source when they never put it in your bag? I ordered chicken selects with four sauces paid all the money and didn’t deliver any of the sauce

Waited a while for the delivery just for them to forget some of our food. The food that did arrive was cold. Just Eat would only offer a refund of single missing item - ruined meal.

was told 15-30 mins but took 1h30 and when food arrived it was stone cold and missing the dips i contacted just eat and they gave me a measley 7 pound in credit. seems it exceptable these days to charge people over the top and deliver rubbish

I visited to MC Donald’s last night after watching a film with my sister and partner. My sister wanted 6 nuggets and my partner and I hadn’t decided what we wanted to do we decided to wait to order and allow my sister to order. We used the drive through as the app was down for all restaurants in and around Hemel Hempstead. We ordered the 6 nuggets and treated very well at the point of order and paying. When we collected the nuggets the server asked for sauce options which my sister requested sweet and sour. The server gave 1 sauce and my sister requested another. The server then refused and said no she can only have 1 which I thought originally was a joke. I said can we have the sauce which he again refused and repeated you only ordered 6 nuggets so you only need 1. I offered to pay which he said ‘yeah that’s 20 pence. I said yes but I need a car machine to which he said no. He then told me if you want sauce I can get out the car and go inside or go back round to order the sauce and pay. When I said that ridiculous and I won’t move on because it’s not fair. He shouted to someone to ‘call the police’ I have not felt so embarrassed. I am disabled so getting out of the car is not an option. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. I left feeling like I had just encountered a bully.

My order, when wrongly to different McDonald's, the manager confirmed first its here, then after 10 min when I asked again she said its the other and I have to go there to pick my bigmac from there, it wasn't my fault, order gone to other McDonald's, but still they told me I have to go there, no respect for my time at all,

Chips or soggy sticks? Couldn't tell. Burger or sloppy tower of displeasure? questionable.

I ordered a big tasty and instead of giving a beef patty they gave me a chicken burger.

I've received someone elses drinks. I bought a fruit shoot and a sprite. I've received a Coke, a Fanta, and a water. I have already requested a refund for mine. The sticker on the bag is correct for my order. Store at fault. Not delivery driver.

I ordered at 16:33 turned up at around 17:45 for a mcdonalds my kid fell asleep hungry i had to end my night short and come home without my planned dinner it’s absolutely unacceptable awful service and even worse customer service!!!

Quality of food average (when you are lucky enough to actually get what you ordered. Service is very hit 'n miss, rarely good, occassionally average but more often quite poor, yet far from the worst McD. At drive thru recommend always check thoroughly as so often items are missing.

My order was delivered to another address so someone got a mcdonalds on me lol The website when you are logged in is wrongly selecting the wrong location because it is not choosing the address im logged into on my computer. a software issue.,

The order took a really long time to come as the delivery time kept being changed & the food was stone cold when it arrived & the chilli dip was missing .... really not good enough 😕

USELESS, ordered from Jarman’s as Apsley employ illiterate staff, seems like they have employed some of the apsley staff, order arrived 2 items missing, is it really that hard to read the order and check all the items are in the bag, you take long enough to give people there food surely you have time to check it.

Why do they advertise bbq dip with cheese bites . .even when I asked do they come with a dip ...yes was the reply .. I should have learnt the first time ..!! Secund time I have gone through the drive through and they haven't put the dip in the bag !!!!!
