Mcdonalds in Cherwell

Ordered three hot drinks on the touchscreen, then waited nearly fifteen minutes before they were produced from the back. Took them upstairs, sat down and then realised they were cold, had obviously been sat for some time. Called a waitress over and she immediately offered to go and get fresh, and hot, drinks for us. She returned a short time later, apologised again and gave us lovely hot drinks. We thanked her for her excellent service. Couple of things are really starting to annoy me about visiting maccies. Firstly, this is no longer fast food, the menu choice is far too large now, so you always end up waiting. Secondly, the number of delivery drivers stood around waiting for their orders not only causes congestion at the counter but has added to the delay in getting your food. No longer one of our regular eating places

Absolutely abysmal experience tonight ordered food on just eat after waiting 45 mins and confirmed delivery time, the food order was cancelled. So drove to drive through replaced my order, waited in parking bay 1 for the order, asked if they had put the sauces I asked for, they said sorry I forgot and went and got them, great. On return home pulled out the order for my family and one complete meal was missing, except the drink , disappointing for the family. I phoned the store to which the phone had rug out..... tried ringing again 15 mins later now the phone is only stating busy line ( phone taken off the hook) poor customer service with disappointing management running this restaurant. Now out of pocket for the food I paid for, disgusting tbh. Not the first time I experience this last time spoke to manager who said I could come and get a free meal next time to which I was denied when tried. This should be rectify ASAP.

When will I ever learn. Yet again get a delivery and items are missing. Would appear 3 for £4 mix and match means they mix and put it whatever they feel like. I mean they have a receipt that they stick to bag and they still can’t follow the list and make sure it’s all there before sealing. This has happened too many times to mention. Oh and don’t ask for a burger to have extras as they’ll just peel one that been sitting and shove extras in. Regularly the wrappers are barely covering the burger.

I’ve been using this McDonald’s for a while now and I have no idea why. Their service isn't great . I ordered a delivery yesterday through Uber eats. I ordered 3 large meals and one of the meals had the main component the deluxe dbl cheese burger missing, three large meals to make up 1 missing item. This isn’t the first time !! You just couldn’t make it up,.

I've had numerous issues at this place! all times through the drive-through. 1st time I had a really rude teller. Muttered 'Yeah what you want?' 2nd time the the entire bun was baptized in ketchup, inside and out! 3rd and 4th time they were both wrong drink! Overall this place has very poor staff ethics. A serious audit is recommended.

Can’t go wrong with a McDonald’s their wraps are a satisfying filler and their coffee is the best far better than the other well known coffees a chocolate muffin never disappoints winner all round

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a number of times and you never know the service that you’re going to get. Ive been inside before and ordered with my family and waited over 40 minutes for 3 meals for them to come out cold and then have to be replaced. Gone through the drive through for staff to say that their card machine has broken and me then being stuck in a queue when I can’t even order anything. Ordering two McFlurrys and having to wait 20 minutes and it ended up me having to phone McDonald’s for them to bring to the the window of the car (assuming they completely forgot about us). Another similar incident where I ordered food at the drive in got made to wait having been giving our milkshakes and ice cream and then them having melted by the time we had got our food (bearing in mind this was at midnight you would expect a good service). Other times it’s been fast and efficient but overall you never know what experience you’re going to get.... fairly disappointed if I’m honest.
