This is a joke. Sometimes I order delivery to home. The taste is ok, regular McDonald's, but the delivery is a joke. On the last 3 orders something was missed and I'm not talking about fries or sauces but when I order a bigmac meal and only get fries and coke I want to cry. Please be more careful next time

Food took nearly one hr It came stone cold I spoke to them on the phone. They tried to blame the driver for taking one hr on a 7 min delivery address. They left me on the line having a good old laugh amd then hung up the call and purposely ignored every call thereafter. Ass Manager: Tamas Woman on the phone: Dhwani

First, They need to hire people with common sense and train them properly. Food is served with no papers on the tray. They use antibacterial liquid to clean the plates and then put the fries on the plate without a paper. The crew member didn’t even have the courtesy to say sorry and change it for us. I had to take the tray with food to the counter and ask to change it. Most of the times the fries are served without any salt in it. Today was no exception to that. They really need to know the basics. They are like machines. No human touch. Very disappointed.

My food took so long to arrive and when it finally arrived it was a completely different order to what I ordered making me unable to eat.

I waited an hour for my food, the food is freezing cold! I’ve never waited that long for McDonald’s I spent £20!

Staff always seem friendly and inside is clean and spacious. However, the last 6 months or so, whenever I use the drive thru and get to the food collection window, I’m quickly ushered to “wait” at the next window or park up in a collection space round the corner regardless of how big or small your order is. This happens even when there’s no one behind me in the queue. On one occasion I was the only one in the queue and had placed a simple order, yet they still asked me to drive to a collection space, I said I would stay where I was as there was no one behind me and then literally 30 seconds later they handed me my food and hence would have been a total waste of time waiting somewhere else. I can understand them doing this when they are extremely busy, but seems to be just routine for them to do it no matter how quiet or busy it is. This doesn’t happen at any other local McDonald drive thru’s, always just this one.

I was really hungry and also thankfully the drink did not spill at all thank you for my food

It was rubbish! The food was freezing cold despite being earlier than expected, and one of the main items was missing! We ordered TWO Double quarter pounders - they sent ONE! NOT HAPPY!

Driver was almost 10 minutes parked next to the address, and it was only when I contacted him in case he had issues finding the address that he said he did. I told him where it was and he arrived in 2 minutes. By then the food was cold. If he had issues finding the address he should've made contact straight away, rather than waiting there for 10 minutes and waiting to here from us.

Very slow service , regardless of the time or the day . Waiting almost 15min for a happy meal with chicken . The service is chaotic and messy . Place is not tidy

McDonald's Food delivered cold. Asked for no tar tar sauce an they sent sauce which I am allergic to so can't eat. Driver was late then blamed the driver of his car that they had to stop off. Mapped showed them stopping for 10mins. Just eat coincidentally have No option to make complaint quickly. You have to go threw a long process then they do not refund you. Uber is better.

I’m fed up of things missing from our McDonalds orders. This time it was 2 lots of chips and a chicken burger - almost half the order! Come on McDonalds, do better.

Took over an hour to deliver my order and the restaurant is 5 mins away , it also arrived stone cold I could of walk there and back in 10 mins and my food would of still been hot

It was cold and not very nice. The delivery driver was very polite and was very quick. McDonald’s on the other were useless and have been for some time now.

Drive thru & car park. Lots of other retail outlets & a Costa Coffee in the same retail park.

Tasty Big Tasty yum, Breakfasts are good quality. Recommend the Breakfast Roll

waited over and hour and a half for delivery foods turned up stone cold and inedible ice creams are not melted and liquid whole orders had to be thrown put tried canceling atleast 14 times but as usual just eat just steal pekples money

We finally get our delivery and i pick up the bag for the drinks and the whole bag is soaked with my Fanta and coke it dripped all across the floor, they put a drink on top of 2 McFlurrys and 2 drinks instead of putting it in another cup holder They also gave us a Big Mac instead of mozzarella balls. And our food arrived freezing cold. It also took over an hour to get our food and the driver used the excuse of McDonald’s being busy at 1am I highly doubt that.

Closed but someone accepted order and kept us waiting for 2 hours.

Utter rubbish. No one answers the telephone…EVER! Our entire order has come COMPLETELY ruined several times now and we have had enough. They do not respond to calls, do not respond to emails and as a team are a complete shambles. We paid extra for certain items (like extra cheese) and other items and not only was extra cheese not added, it was all removed- food was completely cold (not even a hint of warmth), chips were old, smelly and withered and also freezing cold. I know McDonalds isn’t fine dining but I don’t understand how incompetent you have to be to get orders wrong when everything is literally written down, instruction by instruction. I encourage everyone to spend your money elsewhere. What a waste of space. I wish there was a way to give minus stars. Next time will go to Burger King, hopefully their staff can actually read.

The staff are overworked and stressed. There needs to be a better system in place to find a balance in serving the customers in the store instead and online orders. God bless the staff for their hard work

My order was missing 9chixken nuggets

I had the McRib medium meal. The McRib was horrible, a pork patty which tasted processed and cheap. Yuk! Nothing rib like about it, the sauce was horrid too.

Order never arrived. The driver obviously ate it and just eat didn’t refund me!

McDonald's is getting expensive for what it is and standards are dropping. Firstly I could not pay on two separate cards using GooglePay. The machine then ran out of paper so I could not get a receipt. Although I ordered a large meal, the fries were not properly filled, at best it was a medium sized meal portion. When I complained they happily topped them up. The large coke was not full to the top. Restaurant was clean and staff friendly.

Was good but the chicken nuggets and 1 ice cream was missing , so grandsons weren’t happy

I’ve had things go missing before but never like this my double sausage mc muffin has half the muffin eaten and the breakfast roll has come with one piece of bacon and nothing else but a load of brown sauce that is so much the roll is falling apart from a lite touch it’s soaked up so much sauce

This order was NEVER delivered after waiting 3 hours for it, however I have been charged and you have put delivered when this is totally not true. I had to order from another McDonald’s branch so have paid twice and now out of pocket. It is impossible to speak to anyone and is a terrible service. Fast food definitely not!

Food cold and sloppy and tastless for the only item of food that did actually arrive. The double sausage and egg muffin meal only had 1 sausage! And the egg had shells in it! Yuk! And the hash brown and bacon muffin was non existent. Awful 😞 unhappy

The quarter pounder burger was dry and thrown together anyhow without any ketchup. I guess since you can't take it back they just prepare the food anyhow

My order was 45 mins late. Cold fries and Chicken pieces, Ice was melted in the drinks tasted like water. Ice was melted... very unhappy with this order and Just eat only refunded for the food! I've binned the whole thing!

I’m not lovin’ it. Always forgets an item, or two, or three when I place a drive thru order. I’ve taken to sitting at the window for a good minute just to check the bag and make sure everything is there. It never is. I’m beginning to wonder if they are short changing customers on purpose because of how frequently items are forgotten. They even have the audacity to look offended when I tell them they’ve forgotten an item, I’ve never received an apology just the receipt snatched back and the forgotten item all but thrown in to my hands.

The chips where obviously not freshly cooked 🙄 they even tasted sllike they've been cooked and then recooked because they had been sitting out for a long time.I spent £50 and wasted it all on this absolute manure!! Also they forget my autistic child's happy meal!! And the safety seals on the food packages where mot sealed properly. what kind of people are you hiring mac Donald!!
