Ordered a breakfast roll & bacon flatbread, bacon in the roll was so undercooked it was inedible, flatbread was so overcooked I almost broke a tooth, wasn’t even greeted at the second window which was manned by a manager, poor service, worse food, couldn’t care less

Not a good day for Mac D's, one of my burgers was cold, they forgot a couple of items on my order and the drive throw was just rammed as they kept parking people up, come on you do do way better.

Don’t waste your time ordering from here doesn’t turn up ever, and if your lucky enough that it does they will have got something wrong

Customer service non existent. Waits are ridiculous

To be honest, it should be 5 stars. However, I ordered 5 chicken selects and small fries. I actually got a bbq ranch burger, large fries, and a 20 nugget box. It was drive through so didnt realise to drove off. Thank you Hull Kingswood for messing up my order again. You could forgive a mistake but they never get it right.

I've ordered delivery about 2 hours ago and kept getting time changes, so of course tried calling to see what's up nothing. Ended up calling 6 times and it kept telling me the line is either too busy which it wasn't at 7pm to 9pm and also it told me the line was already taken even tho there's been 6 calls and no answer at this point 30 quid down the drain just because they can't have drivers pick up any orders then WHAT'S THE POINT OF DELIVERY IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY DRIVERS AT ALL. Please don't order from McDonalds at all as they can't take calls or have any drivers to do any deliveries just had enough of this

We had visited this McD last weekend and there were a group of kids creating mess. Must be so annoying for the staff. This review is for one working there named ‘Titi’, she is a true gem to them. The whole time we saw her cleaning the trays, table and interacting with the customers. Had a lot of positivity in her. Doing all of this with a wide smile 😁

This has always been our local McDonald's and when I'm trying to do app orders it'll default to the other one in asda which is worse than this store. Every since 2020, this place has massively gone down hill!! Some of the staff are good friendly and try to help, but the management is none existent, the kitchen is so slow and the food always looks like it's been punched, my last visit has pushed me over the edge and I will never set foot on this store again or order from them either. Me and my wife went in at 10:23 (our order time) we didn't recieve our food for 27 mins! And it was but 1 item cold, and not just been sat for a couple of minutes cold but its been there for 20 cold! There was mess all over the floors inside and out of the kitchen area and staff even kicked a brush out the way that was on the floor several times rather than pick it up. Customer services where of no use either, shocking now DONT TOUCH!!!

A pleasant visit this morning, clean restaurant and friendly staff, my food was hot and tasty. Receipt did not print but the issue was quickly resolved. 1 minor issue is the lack of parking because of delivery drivers, i.e. Uber, just eat etc

Can not rate food or service as after waiting nearly 2 hours for a delievery it still hasn't even started being prepared... absolutely abysmal would avoid at all cost

Shocking service from this store again, 2 items missing. This is numerous times this has happened. Can't have a refund unless I come in . Discusting, making money out of people. Why would I travel to you for a refund, that's the whole point of delivery. Get your staff doing there jobs properly. It happens too often.

firstly missing food and condiments. secondly food was cold. thirdly way over priced, it's always hit and miss with mcdonalds but nothing you can do to have the order rectified.

The food was stone cold. The order kept on being pushed back to circa 45 mins late. Then once delivery was ready the map showed there was a stop prior to mine. so basically they decided to let my food go cold while cooking another order. What a joke!

The entire order was cold. It arrived really late and the thing that i was looking forward to the most wasn't even included in the order. Really disappointing.

We ordered 3 burger meals (with milkshakes each) and a kids meal and after having the food being delayed for over an hour, we got no milkshakes, no fries and random bottles of water thrown in which we didn’t order. Not only that all food has come cold apart from one burger being lukewarm.

I placed my order at 21.03, it left the restaurant around 21.20pm, delivery was expected at 21,34pm. It began changing every few minutes and drivers tracker was unavailable. In the end it arrived at 22.06pm. The food was cold had to be heated.

I ordered a vegan patty and was given a beef burger. I knew it was a beef burger because it was spicy and a burger just released is spicy. My meat eating partner tried the burger and was sure it was beef! I then went in to let them know but was told it wasn’t meat. I’m someone who would NEVER complain but I’m almost certain it was meat as tasted completely different to what it usually tastes like so thought it was important to let them know. After not eating meat for over 5 years I’m deeply disappointed and I’m even more disappointed that I was treated like I was lying. Im also disappointed that they didn’t take it seriously. I’m an honest person and would not make a fuss over nothing. The restaurant was extremely busy and I understand mistakes happen but this is a mistake that effects peoples serious choices. If your vegan or vegetarian I would definitely NOT recommend going to this McDonalds

The self service order kiosk was easy to use, however, the code scanner wasn't working. Be aware, that if you order table service, for some reason, you don't get a paper receipt. I questioned this but, I was told, it just happens. The food came quickly and was tasty and hot. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The place itself was very clean and tidy.

Absolute joke, ordered two toffee apple pies, told it would be 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, I ask if the pies are ready & the lad behind counter said he’ll go check, brings me two apple pies, cold. The manager on duty told me it was freshly cooked, blatantly lying to my face that they were cooked to order. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before & I know for a fact they had those pies in the holding cabinet for a while. Now waiting on a fresh pair after being told another 20 minutes… 40 minutes for 2 pies? I could make the pastry, fill it & cook it faster than that. Absolute jokers

Put an order through at 10:30pm and it still hasn't arrived 2 hours later. So disappointed with the order and won't be ordering from here again! It finally arrived and guess what, they didn't even send my full order. Absolutely furious

Wait far too long for food with no apologies for the wait, the order is wrong 50% of the time and even when it’s correct they don’t give you straws for your drinks or napkins, worse than Beverley McDonald’s and that’s saying something.

It took nearly 2 hours for my order to be delivered and kids in bed now you wouldn’t accept a cancellation to the point the delivery driver rang me 10 times and was shining lights through my window and shouting I felt this was extremely intimidating!
