McDonald's in Blackpool

Food was great but the restaurant was messy. Lots of dirty uncleared tables.

Often go here when in Blackpool. Always nice, hot food. Highly recommend.

The customer service from this place is amazing. Today I had a nightmare and broke down in the carpark, I had my 6 year old in the car with me and it’s a very cold day. I went in to ask the staff members if anyone had a jumpstart they’d be able to help me with, and without hesitation, the manager and another employee came out to help me. It was freezing cold and wet, and they still took the time to come and give me a hand. I just can’t thank them enough. You saved my day as I was 20 mins away from home. The food we received was lovely and fresh and hot. Thank you so much!! I wish I’d asked your names but you’ll know who you are!

Easy to get although traffic around is always heavy. Fairly clean and fairly quick service

In all of the Mcdonalds, if you order a hot drink and they give it you with this new white paper lid it’s no good it’s a danger ask for a refund because the lid just turns to mush and you will pour the drink all over yourself. Get a refund. They will soon stop giving them to you. Starbucks is an across the road and so is Greggs and they do proper cups and proper lids. Don’t let Mcdonalds make a chomp of you.

Stopped for food at 10.30pm fries were freezing and stale burger was dripping with fat and freezing cold with a lot of small black bits all over it. Nuggets were like they had been left for a while. Really disappointed meal wasted money down the drain.

Just cold and soggy, Update. Not sure why buts its always hit and miss at this branch. either hot and tasty or cold soggy and tastes like cardboard. They definitely need an area manager to assess for a week or two

McDonalds promedio, la comida llegó bastante rápido y en realidad era correcto. Lugar muy ocupado, sin duda necesita más personal para los momentos más ocupados, ya que la gente solo parece llegar allí sus propias órdenes cuando se dejan en el mostrador.

Always good for coffee and ice cream for a treat. Avoid high calorie ultra processed food if possible .

I ordered food including a wrap in store at the till and Specifically requested no tomato in my wrap due to an allergy. Paid the girl for the food then got my food. I opened the wrap packaging and looked in, no tomato fab. During eating I've taken a bite near the bottom and instantly spat it out as I could taste tomato! It was hidden in the fold of the wrap at the bottom. I made a complaint via the website as I was already quite far away by the time I'd eaten the wrap. So far I've had no response and this was 3 weeks ago now! Won't be eating in there again as they clearly don't adhere to allergy policies.

This is one of the best macs around, the staff are very helpful and floor service was terrific. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is, the music is far too loud, especially when you pop in for a coffee and a catch up on work emails.

What can you say about McDonald's? Some clean, some dirty, some warm food, some cold food. Thankfully, the former applies to this particular one. 😀

Absolutely terrible poor food poor service supposed to be fast food placed my order asked to go and park up . Granted it was busy but seeing about 20 just eat drivers come and go. About 15 other cars pull up go in and get there order. Then in the end I have to go in and find out where my order was . Manager did say sorry . Only to get home food cold and tasted rubbish .

Your staff are extremely rude and unpleasant and should not be allowed to deal with the customer if they can not treat people right!!! Me and my girlfriend are on holiday - we came for something quick to eat, which was not the case - we waited over 45 minutes for some nuggets and chips and a milkshake. The food was freezing cold - milkshake wasn’t even thick like normal it was melted and had no taste what so ever, the place was very unhygienic, when we notice that we should of walked out at the point will not be returning

It was terrible from service to the utterly terrible freezing food. Complained all all I got was i can change if your unhappy. No apology or anything. As I was diabetic, i needed to eat something there and then as I felt unwell at the time so didn't want to wait even longer. But the face on the women when something was said was disgusting and if looks could kill, well !!!

Mcdonald's is Mcdonald's. You can have a delicious Chicken wrap or a rubbish one with either really hot fries or sometimes cold ones. Lattes are good tho

This is the best McDonald's we've been in. Spotlessly clean, so well kept. Food very good, the only criticism we had, was the chips could have been hotter

My last visit to a McDonald's period!!!!! Ordered five meals and everyone of them had to be sent back cold ,,then the meals that we had changed weren't much better ,serves me right for going in the first place never really a good place to eat

After a long day of travelling and working, I decided to grab a quick meal at McDonald's instead of trying to park at the seafront and look for something. I am very disappointed with the presentation of this double big mac. Possibility the most expensive item they sell, you would certainly expect it not to look like this! One of the worst McDonald's I've visited. I must have either been unlucky here or lucky at the others I've visited in the past few months.

Just a quick bite, nothing special at all.

My son and i just drove back from hospital in liverpool. We had a big mack meak wifh orange juice. It was cold. And tasteless. I cant believe how disgusting ut was but we did not want to queue up to bring it all back as we had been out hours and needed to get home. It was the worst take away i have had.

shocking, forgot quarter pounder burger, the fries for large were more like small, missing a happy meal, also the 6 nuggets were missing 2 out of the box! honestly how hard can it be to get something correct!! Wouldn't mind but it's not cheap anymore and now I've have the kids eating and half not! I've had to reorder food. this isn't acceptable.

Kind staff very clean and helpful went in one time and had a problem with technical issues soon resolved supported by cleaning staff

Kids love this place due to the ipads. They enjoy their time there. Food was good as usual and they always tend to give you some extra sauces. Friendly and helpful staff. Toilets are always an issue tho. They never cleaned enough for the amount of foot traffic.

Got my order wrong. Had to go and re order. Full of takeaway drivers. Not enough parking.

Stopped off for some breakfast on the way home. Food was lovely and the staff were very helpful and kind.

One of the coffees had spilt as the lid wasn't fastened properly. the driver was very apologetic and offered to first get me a new order, then go back and replace the coffee. He was very pleasant.

Fries are really burnt and have gone straight in the bin!!! Forgot the BBQ dip with my nuggets and forgot the extra pickles and Big Mac sauce on the burger. No straw with drink! it’s not difficult to read an order.

Food was not as I ordered it. Triple cheeseburger came as a double. And double big mac came as a regular big mac.
